Abstract

A találmány tárgya feldolgozási lépés nélküli eljárás hosszúláncúpoliéter-poliolok előállítására oly módon, hogy első lépésben azelemek periódusos rendszerének (az 1970-es IUPAC-Egyezmény szerint)IIIA csoportjába tartozó fémek perfluoralkilszulfonátjaivalkatalizálva 5-200 ppm katalizátor-koncentrációnál és 80-200 °Creakcióhőmérsékleten kismolekulás kiindulási anyagokat alkilén-oxidokkal reagáltatva 200-1000 móltömegű oligomer alkoxilezettkiindulási vegyületeket állítanak elő, amelyeket ezt követőenfeldolgozási lépés és katalizátor-elválasztás nélkül az előállítandópoliéter-poliol mennyiségére vonatkoztatott 30 ppm vagy annálkevesebb, nagy aktivitású DMC-katalizátor jelenlétében alkilén-oxidokkal reagáltatva nagymolekulájú hosszúláncú poliéter-poliolokkáalakítanak.
