Abstract
The method involves drilling endless screws (20a-20c) to a hole with specific depth for loosening of soil. The endless screws are lifted up to an intermediate position in the borehole by supplying binder suspension. A lower mixing region is formed between a bottom hole and the intermediate position in the borehole, and in which loosened soil is mixed with the supplied binder suspension to form mortar. The loosened soil is fed above the lower mixing region from an upper borehole to be above the intermediate position when the mortar is transported to the soil surface. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a mortar floor; and (2) a drilling equipment.

For tea quality of tee soil mortar wall s consistency as homogeneous as possible over tea entire depth of the wall is of paramount Importance. A uniform consistency is essential for the feats tightness end stability of tee wail. Depending on tee composition of tee soil to be worked upon, especially in die case of strongly diverges} soil layers., if is often necessary tor tee purpose of ensuring suffer·} homogenization teat sfter the production of tea sol mortar In the trench the augers ana again lowered once or several Urnes into tho trench m order to obtain an espeoslly good homogenieahon through additional mixing Farfearjy during tease finishing «idifjonai strokes soli mortar frequently lests out onto tea surface. this signifies a less of materiel and feeds to contemmahon. Basically, S: pfetafty st cößtiheeqs flight sagem can M mwgsä io fee rsaKt io each ëm, Ä fed suing fsseas of te fediyfdusi augers soleirfeg each elder, On adjustment of the sepr geometry provision can also be mads for a certain overlapping: of the cuffing areas. According to the invention it is particularly preferred that s drifting apparais with three ccetinuous flight angers arranged next to each other is used As a resuit, an easydo-mansge length of the drifted trench is achieved. The arrangement of tour; five or more continuous fight augers is feasible
According to the invention it is especially preferred feat in fee fourth step the two outer continuous light augers are driven to convey fee soli material into fee lower mixing area and fee centrai confnuous fight auger is driven to convey the soil mortar from fee lower mixing area in the upward direction. In this manner. a targeted vertical drcafation. can oe achieved over the borehole depth. Due to é more intense conveyance of fee ioeeened soil material in the downward direction as compared to the esnvepnce of fee soil mortar from: fee lower mixing ares m the upward direction: a particuierly good rnisrtg is achieved. Moreover, if fee soil mortar leaks out on fee upper borehole opening fee operator of fee doing apparatus can steady recopia; that fee soil mortar has spread camsletely or to a very targe depee In the borehole.
On Implementation of fee first step the borehole is produced by fee augers, to which process, however, fee loosened end brofesmup sol! la notconveyed from te fxrshois: or at least not to a siplsani degree, Depending: on the type: ef soil a: supply of fkpd cart be dispensed wife during the doing or fenlfeg of fee borehole:, 'fo reduce wear if isfet aÉranfegs in accordance wife fee fe vehlon feat tn fee first sfep during; idősebig #te soif fender suspension is: supplied fsr fee ippse of lubrication vis ai feast oneífioíiow stem of a continuous igffeispr, the supply οίίΙρίΟ loan be fetrodpoed ilo fee: idősebed soli material vis she continuous l-ght auger, a selection of several cshlnuous: figtf augers or at! cohlbabus: flight augers via the tip or via outlet openings arranged along the length of the augers. FurfeeruKte, fctr a goad homogsrsbmton of fee seif mortar it is advantageous IWw or after fee second step fee continuous light augers ate driven fe s rotating manner without axis: moverrent. Especially when the continuous flight augers are gxiaity idle and; when a soii material is present feat is at feast partialy aide to flow a good mixing can be attained
After she continuous fight augers have been raised to fee intermediate positon they are lowered again in fee fiord step. This towering can be earned out op toe tooseg psfetiod. Aoeotoing to fee Invention it is preferred feat in fee third step fee csrinaous flight augers are bwsied up to the botshefe boftsm, Hence, fee bdringees flight: sogers efíítetfdi:feoj^::fee:tehe%tófofe up tfe fee sosfaes. A fedhsr improvement in homogenisation is achieved in a preferred meaner in that in fee fourth step soil mortar conveyed upwards to fee soii surface is conveyed back towards fee lower mixing area. On fee surface a means, in particular a ditch, can be provided which temporarily receives ieaking soli mortar for re-conveyance.
According to fee invention it is preferred feat in fee borehole a vertical circulatory flow is generated. iBspendfeg: on fee oripai composition of fee self rnaferlal: and pte desired quality of fee soil mortar intended a cteeiaton frent fee lower mixing arse la fee upward directon and: hack again can de set for a ptedaiarmfeed period: :of time by way of the continuous iont augers. Depending; m fee direction of rotation of fee conveying angers m upward conveyance can be effected: Is fee. central ares or by tbs onto continuous flight augers. The required conveyance in fee opposite direction ssn then be effected by fee respective other ceotoeous light augers. The directions of rotation: of fee eonfeaus bights augers can also be reversed so .that fee circulatory ftsw in the tenets is else reversed whilst having a high mixing effect
