Claims (11)
1. Eljárás fabázisű anyagok, különösen faforgács-lemezek, farostlemezek vagy ®i-lemezek eliálllfásárá IgnocelMózkől, amely eljárás a kővetkező lépéseket tartalmazza: a./ lignocelMéz-tartalmá aprított termékek előkészítése; bj additív hozzáadása a lignocelltilőz-tartalmü termékekhez; c./ az additív vei összekevert lignoeelmlőz-tartalmú aprított termékek préselése ragasztóanyaggal, hőkezelés alatt; fabázisú anyagok előállításához, azzal jellemezve, hogy az additív aktív szén; és az additív hozzáadása révén Itékony organikus vegvületek (YOC), különösen törpének és savak emisszióját csökkentjük.
2. Az előző igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy az· aktív szenet szilárd formában, előnyösen szemcseátmérö < 1 mm szemcsenagyságú pőr formájában, és/vagy előnyösen 4 mxndg terjedő átmérőjű grairaláhimként adjuk hozzá a ügnoceiulőz-tariaimú aprított termékekhez.
3. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerint? eljárás, ázzál jellemezve, hogy az aktív szén belső felületé 300 és 2000 mg/g között van, és/vagy a sirlsége 0,2 - 0,6 g/ end között van, és a pórusmérete átlagosan 1 non és 50 nm között van.
4. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy az additfvet abszolúte száraz Hgnoedlulózra számítva 0,1 - 20 súly % mennyiségben adagoljuk.

Az 1-8. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, bogy az aktív szenet legalább additívként a középréteget képező, lignoeelluiőz-iaitalmú aprított termékekbe juttatjuk be.
9. Az előző igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve* bogy az additívet a szárító elé és/vagy a szárító után, és/vagy a ragasztóanyag bevitele előtt és/vagy a ragasztóanyag bővítőiét követően tápláljuk be,
10. Az előző igénypontok bármely ike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, bogy az aktív szenet porként, granulá tűmként, szuszpenziőként és/vagy diszperzióként, előnyösen porgranniátumként sziárd formában adagoljuk.
11. Faanyag, előnyösen farostlemez, különösen könnyű és szuperkönnyű MDF-lemez vagy OSB-lemez, amely az 1-10. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárással állítható elő.
