Description
A találmány tárgya eljárás mesterségesen keltetett házi és vad szárnyasok vitalitásának növelésére.The present invention relates to a method for increasing the vitality of artificially raised domestic and wild birds.
Ilyen eljárást ismertet a 2217/80 alapszámú magyar találmányi bejelentés. It is known that in order to render artificial insemination of mammals and the fertilization of fish eggs, and to improve the viability of the offspring 5, sperm is exposed to radiation at doses of 3 to 5 Gy. Such a procedure is described in Hungarian Patent Application No. 2217/80. With this irradiation, an increase in the fertilization percentage as well as the survival rate of the offspring can be achieved, iq. This procedure and this dose could only be performed before fertilization. However, this vitality-boosting irradiation only applies to individuals of the sperm treatment generation, not their offspring, so it is not a hereditary (mutational) change 55 but only an energy release.
However, semen treatment may only be used where artificial insemination is carried out. The idea was raised that it would be possible to provide stimulus energy after irradiation by natural means.
A találmány azon a felismerésen alapszik, hogy lehetséges természetes úton történt megtermékenyítés esetén is egyes állatfajoknál, különösen házi és vad szárnyasoknál besugárzással serkentő célú energiaközlés, ha a 25 sperma besugárzásához szükséges dózisnál lényegesen kisebb dózissal végezzük a tojások vagy a kikelt naposcsibék sugárkezelését.The present invention is based on the discovery that even in the case of possible natural insemination in certain animal species, especially domestic and wild fowl, the energy transmission by irradiation is achieved by exposing eggs or hatching chicks to a significantly lower dose than that required for irradiation of sperm.
A találmány szerinti eljárásnak az a lényege, hogy a szárnyasok keltető tojásait vagy közvetlenül keltetés 30 után naposcsibéit stimulációs sugárdózissal, fajoktól függően legfeljebb 3 Gy, előnyösen 0,5-1 Gy dózissal besugározzuk. The essence of the method of the invention is to irradiate the hatching eggs of the poultry or the day-old chicks immediately after hatching with a radiation dose of up to 3 Gy, preferably 0.5-1 Gy depending on the species.
A találmány szerinti eljárást részletesebben a kiviteli példák kapcsán ismertetjük. 35The process according to the invention will be described in more detail with reference to the embodiments. 35
Lay the eggs with their blunt ends down on the egg trays so that the radiation from above and from the side reaches the egg's proper organs and materials at the optimum angle and intensity.
The day-old chicks are arranged in 40 cages of similar width to the egg trays so that the dose is evenly distributed. This is achieved by placing a 25-day-old chick in a basic cage corresponding to a 30-piece egg tray.
Care should be taken to ensure that the eggs do not cool or irradiate during irradiation. do not cool the chick. It is therefore necessary to ensure that, where necessary, heating is provided with a uniform heat at the point of exposure. Immediately after irradiation, the treated eggs are placed in the incubator and the treated day-old chicks are placed in the nursery. Therefore, it is expedient that the irradiation be incubated or incubated. in the place of education. Portable irradiation equipment is best suited to ensure this last condition.
A steady dose of radiation can be provided by egg trays and cages placed on a conveyor belt and passed through a radiation tunnel.
Experiments have shown that the germination percentage can be reproducibly increased by 2.5 to 3% using a dose of 1 Gy. Experience has shown that direct irradiation prior to hatching enhanced the selection of individuals with inherently low vitality immediately prior to hatching. because the number of bloody and stuffy individuals has increased. However, radiation treatment increased the vitality of the hatched individuals and significantly reduced the mortality and morbidity rates. This result was verifiable not only in the central holdings but also in the relatively large flocks of backyard poultry farmers. In particular, the reduction of Marek's disease and Mycoplasmosis disease was well demonstrated. In a fully controlled backyard herd, the mortality from the 1 Gy irradiated eggs was 8.33%, compared to 13.92% in the control population. In this 1200-piece irradiated broiler herd, the mean weight was 4 dkg more than in the control population and the mean individual breast weight was 7 dkg greater.
A kísérletek során, amikor hetente boncolták a keltetés alatt álló állományokat, kimutatták, hogy az embrionális fejlődés felgyorsul és a csirkeembrióknál a sugárkezelt tojásokban levő embriók mellüregének bezáródása mintegy 4 nappal korábban fejeződött be, mint a kontroll állománynál.Experiments with weekly autopsy of incubated flocks have shown that embryonic development is accelerated and that the closure of the thoracic cavity of chicken embryos in irradiated eggs is completed approximately 4 days earlier than in the control flock.
A találmány nincs a kiviteli példa szerinti eljárásra korlátozva, hanem kiterjed az igénypontok, különösen a főigénypont terjedelme alá tartozó minden megoldásra. The invention is not limited to the process of the exemplary embodiment, but encompasses all solutions within the scope of the claims, in particular the main claim.
