Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to industrial technology for the production of broiler meat in order to stimulate digestion, improve metabolism and, ultimately, to obtain a high live weight of broilers in the shortest growing time (at the age of 39 days), and can be used in biology and crop production.
A known method of growing broilers (see SU No. 1625467, A01K 67/02, 1988), including sequential periodic lighting and dimming, and during the lighting period they feed and water, during which these operations are stimulated by intermittent tone bursts.
The disadvantages of this method are the high energy consumption, uneven distribution of illumination and acoustic effects on the bird in the area of its feeding and drinking.
А01К 67/02,1991 г.)Closest to the claimed method is a method of stimulating the productivity of fattening and increasing the digestibility of feed of poultry meat breeds by combining exposure to it with visible light radiation and stimulation with tone parcels that mimic the voice of the bird during its feeding, watering and darkening during the rest (see SU No. 1831281 Cl. A01K 67 / 02.1991)
The main disadvantage of this method is the complexity of the design and process.
А01К 31/00, 1997 г.).The closest to the claimed installation adopted for the prototype is the installation for lighting the bird at the cage, including a light cable located along its habitat above the feeding and resting areas, in the form of prisoners enclosed in a protective translucent sheath and sequentially spaced with equal intervals of visible sources light emissions connected to current-carrying elements connected to a power source through a device for automatically controlling the effects of a bird (see RU No. 2 095974, class A01K 31/00, 1997).
The disadvantages of this installation are its high energy consumption, uneven distribution of light fluxes over the technological zones of fodder activity and poultry differentiated by illumination, which results in an increased cost of production.
The objective of the invention is to increase the safety and categorization of poultry, improve digestibility of feed, increase productivity while reducing energy consumption, feed consumption, water, electricity, cost and labor content.
Решение поставленной задачи достигается тем, что цыплят-бройлеров (кросса "Росс-508") в суточном возрасте перед закладкой в клетки подвергают воздействию светодиодного излучения красного диапазона (СДИК), пропущенного через информационную биологически активную матрицу (ИБАМ).The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that broiler chickens (Ross-508 cross-country), at the age of one day, are exposed to the red light emitting diode (SDIK) transmitted through the biologically active information matrix (IBAM) before laying in the cells.
The technical result consists in the fact that the influence of SDIC through IBAM leads to a significant increase in the live weight of broilers (at the age of 39 days) due to stimulation of digestion, improved metabolism and more efficient use of nutrients of complete ration in chickens.
The method of biostimulation of broiler chickens is as follows. Clinically healthy chickens of daily age are formed into eight separate groups (50 goals in each of the cages), taking into account the origin, age and live weight. Each formed group consists of a control and experimental group. Broiler chickens are fed typical full-feed feeds in which the content of metabolic energy, nutrients and biologically active substances complies with existing recommendations. Each experimental group in the installation to stimulate digestion and increase feed digestibility is exposed to SDIC through IBAM with various components. As components of IBAM substances, Kalang flour, nettle seeds, timothy seeds, red rowan fruits, lemon balm, Jerusalem artichoke tubers and dietary supplement Chavanprash are used. During the experiments, the live weight of broiler chickens was determined at the daily age, then on the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th day and immediately before slaughter - on the 39th day.
At the end of the experiments, slaughter was carried out, slaughter indicators were determined by the mini-herd method. The results of the experiments showed that the gain in live weight of broiler chickens of all experimental groups was outstripped in comparison with the control group on

4.Installation for stimulating digestion and improving digestibility of feed in poultry meat breeds (figure 1, figure 2), designed for 50 goals, consists of
Installation for biostimulation works as follows.
Each experimental group of chickens in the installation to stimulate digestion and increase feed digestibility is exposed to SDIC through IBAM with various components. As components of IBAM substances, Kalang flour, nettle seeds, timothy seeds, red rowan fruits, lemon balm, Jerusalem artichoke tubers and dietary supplement Chavanprash are used.
The low intensity LEDs of the red range were carried out by LEDs, the radiation of which is closed by IBAM with one of the biological components, subject to the following parameters: wavelength λ = 680 nm, pulse duration τ and = 250 ns, pulse frequency f = 80 Hz, radiation power of one LED P rad = 2.6 mW, radiation exposure 15 s.
At the end of the experiments, slaughter was carried out, slaughter indicators were determined by the mini-herd method.
фиг.3)The experiments showed the effectiveness of the low-intensity effects of SDIC on the gain in live weight of broiler chickens, which is confirmed by an increase in their growth, development and live weight (see figure 3)
So, in the case of exposure to radiation 15 seconds. SDIK without IBAM, meat chickens of the experimental group increased their initial weight by 33.48 times, while in the control only 30.79 times.
The low-intensity exposure to SDIC depended on the type of component of the IBAM substance. The maximum values of this indicator were obtained when using nettle seeds, lemon balm, and red rowan fruits as an IBAM component with an exposure of SDIC of 15 seconds and amounted to 34.66, 34.71, and 35.04 times, respectively. In general, the increase in initial live weight of broiler chickens ranged from 28.50 to 35.04 times.
The meat chickens of the experimental groups differed from the control group in greater massiveness. At the same time, large values of measurements of articles were noted (body length, width and girth of the chest, keel length).
фиг.4).Data slaughter indicators of the control and experimental groups of chickens are shown in the diagram (see figure 4).
When slaughtering, the masses of non-gutted, half-gutted, and also the output of gutted carcasses of broiler chickens from the experimental groups were higher than those in the control. The mass of a number of organs and muscles also exceeded control values. This applies to the mass of the femoral muscles (by 1.34% ... 15.88%), the stomach without a cuticle (by 2.48% ... 66.80%) and the heart (by 5.02% ... 42.52%) when using mountain ash red in combination with 15 sec SDIK.
Thus, with the same consumption of feed, but with different factors affecting the body, the growth and development rate of broiler chickens increases. It should be borne in mind that the effectiveness of exposure to SDIC depends on the type of substance used by the IBAM component.
This method has been tested at the poultry farm CJSC "Agricultural concern Veliky Novgorod."
