Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen dreistufigen Separator fuer Fluessigkeiten, fluessige Aerosole und Gase und enthaelt die Ausfuehrung des Innenaufbaus und des Gehaeuses. Der Vorteil des dreistufigen Separators besteht gemaesz der Erfindung darin, dasz nur vorgereinigtes Gas in den Filter und Adsorber gelangt und deren Flaeche nicht verunreinigt wird. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dasz d. durchlaessigen Separierschichten aller drei Separierelemente in radialer Richtung eine genuegend grosze Durchlaszflaeche bieten und eine hoehere Leistung bei Beibehaltung der Auszenabmessungen ermoeglichen. Auszerdem kann die vollstaendige Abschichtung der Separierschichten durch Vergusz der unteren und oberen Kanten in den Grundflaechen erhalten werden. Der dreistufige Separator dient vorwiegend zur effektiven Vorreinigung eines Gases mit hohen technischen Forderungen, wie beispielsweise zum Entoelen von Druckluft, die fuer das unmittelbare Einatmen durch Bedienpersonal in Schutzanzuegen bestimmt ist, zum Mischen mit Sauerstoff in Atem- und Reanimationsgeraeten, zum Turbinendrillbohren in der Zahntechnik, fuer Zwecke der Nahrungsgueterwirtschaft usw.
