Abstract
Le procédé de préparation de 2-bromo-alpha-ergocryptine, est caractérisé par le fait qu'en atmosphère inerte, on brome d'alpha-ergocryptine au moyen d'hydrotribromure de pyrrolidone ou de N-bromosaccharine en solution dans un éther cyclique en présence d'un amorceur à radicaux, à la température ambiante ou à température légèrement élevée. Applicable notamment à la préparation de produits utilisables dans le traitement du cancer du sein, et pour l'inhibition de la sécrétion de l'hormone prolactine et de l'hormone de croissance.
