Claims (14)
1. Metoda za uklanjanje topljivih čestica iz struje plina, naznačena time što se metoda provodi u opremi za završnu obradu prema zahtjevu 9 koja sadrži zonu za hvatanje čestica, pri čemu metoda sadrži podvrgavanje struje plina gašenju s vodenom tekućinom za gašenje i propuštanje prigušenog plina kroz navedenu zonu za hvatanje čestica, pri čemu je struja plina podvrgnuta navedenom gašenju u najmanje dva stupnja u nizu, koristeći uzvodnu tekućinu za gašenje (2) i nizvodnu tekućinu za gašenje (5), pri čemu su pojmovi uzvodno i nizvodno definirani u odnosu na smjer strujanja struje plina, pri čemu se topljive čestične tvari otapaju u vodenoj tekućini za gašenje i pri čemu nizvodna tekućina za gašenje ima nižu koncentraciju otopljenih navedenih čestica od uzvodne tekućine za gašenje,
pri čemu se gašenje provodi raspršivanjem tekuće vode,
pri čemu je koncentracija otopljenih čestica u uzvodnoj tekućini za gašenje između 20% i 50%,
i pri čemu je koncentracija otopljenih čestica u tekućini za gašenje nizvodno između 0.1 tež.% i 5 tež.%, pri čemu je struja plina otpadni plin iz završne sekcije postrojenja za proizvodnju uree, i čestična tvar je prah uree.
2. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je koncentracija otopljenih čestica u uzvodnoj tekućini za gašenje između 40% i 45%.
3. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je koncentracija otopljenih čestica u tekućini za gašenje nizvodno između 0.5 tež.% i 2 tež.%.
4. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su čestice koje se uklanjaju kisele, i najmanje jedna od tekućina za gašenje sadrži alkalni reagens odabran iz skupine koju čine: kaustik, vapno, vapnenac, hidratizirano vapno, pepeo muha, magnezijev oksid, natrijev pepeo, natrijev bikarbonat, natrijev karbonat, i njihove mješavine.
5. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je čestica koju treba ukloniti alkalna, i najmanje jedna od tekućina za gašenje sadrži kiseli reagens odabran iz skupine koji se sastoji od octene kiseline, borne kiseline, ugljične kiseline, limunske kiseline, klorovodične kiseline, fluorovodične kiseline, dušične kiseline, oksalne kiseline, fosforne kiseline, sumporne kiseline i njihovih mješavina.
6. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što prvi stupanj gašenja ima vodu koja kontinuirano reciklira kroz hidrauličke mlaznice i sakuplja se u rezervoaru.
7. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što zona za hvatanje čestica sadrži uređaj za hvatanje čestica koji je nizvodno od druge zone za gašenje i gdje je navedeni uređaj za hvatanje čestica odabran između mokrog pročišćivača, Venturijevog pročišćivača, mokrog elektrostatskog taložnika, i njihove kombinacije.
8. Metoda prema zahtjevu 7, naznačena time što je navedeni uređaj za hvatanje čestica Venturijev pročišćivač.
9. Oprema za završnu obradu za postrojenje za ureu, navedena oprema za završnu obradu sadrži uređaj za završnu obradu s ureom koji sadrži ulaz za tekuću ureu, ulaz za rashladni plin, kolektor za čvrstu ureu, izlaz za otpadni plin i najmanje jedan sustav za hvatanje čestica naznačen time što barem jedan sustav za hvatanje čestica sadrži, u nizu, ulaz plina, prvu zonu za gašenje (2), zonu za hvatanje čestica i izlaz plina, prva zona za gašenje sadrži ulaz za tekućinu za distribuciju tekućine za gašenje, nizvodno od toga linija protoka plina do zone za hvatanje čestica, i izlaz tekućine za tekućinu za gašenje, navedeni ulaz i izlaz tekućine čine dio prve recirkulacijske petlje (3) za tekućinu za gašenje, gdje nizvodno od prve zone za gašenje, i uzvodno od izlaza plina iz zone za hvatanje čestica, predviđena je najmanje druga zona za gašenje (5), navedena druga zona za gašenje ima ulaz tekućine i izlaz tekućine za tekućinu za gašenje, pri čemu ulaz i izlaz tekućine iz druge zone za gašenje čini dio druge recirkulacijske petlje (7) koja može raditi neovisno o navedenoj prvoj recirkulacijskoj petlji, pojam nizvodno je definiran u odnosu na smjer strujanja struje plina, i pri čemu čestica zone za hvatanje sadrži uređaj za hvatanje čestica koji je nizvodno od druge zone za gašenje, pri čemu je navedeni izlaz za otpadni plin u fluidnoj vezi s ulazom plina uređaja za hvatanje čestica.
10. Oprema za završnu obradu prema zahtjevu 9, naznačena time što prva i druga zona za gašenje mogu raditi neovisno.
11. Oprema za završnu obradu prema zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačena time što je navedeni uređaj za hvatanje čestica odabran između mokrog pročišćivača, Venturijevog pročišćivača (9), mokrog elektrostatskog taložnika (11), i njihovih kombinacija.
12. Oprema za završnu obradu prema zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačena time što zona za hvatanje čestica sadrži Venturijev pročišćivač (9) i mokri pročišćivač, i pri čemu je druga zona za gašenje nizvodno od navedenog mokrog pročišćivača i uzvodno od navedenog Venturijevog pročišćivača.
13. Oprema za završnu obradu prema zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačena time što uređaj za završnu obradu ureom je jedinica za granulaciju s fluidiziranim slojem,
i zona za hvatanje čestica sadrži jedan ili više Venturijevih pročišćivača (9) tipa MicroMist Venturi (MMV).
14. Postrojenje za ureu koje sadrži odjeljak za sintezu i obnavljanje; navedena sekcija je u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa sekcijom za isparavanje, navedena sekcija za isparavanje je u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa završnom sekcijom i ima liniju protoka plina do kondenzacijske sekcije; i navedena završna sekcija ima liniju protoka plina do sekcije za čišćenje prašine, pri čemu završna sekcija sadrži opremu za završnu obradu prema zahtjevu 9.
