Abstract
Раскрыт способ удаления растворимых твердых частиц из потока газа, например пыли карбамида из отходящего газа секции завершающей обработки установки по производству карбамида. Способ включает по меньшей мере две стадии гашения отходящего газа с использованием гасящей жидкости на водной основе. Гасящая жидкость, используемая на первой стадии гашения выше по потоку, может иметь более высокую концентрацию растворенных твердых частиц, чем гасящая жидкость, используемая на второй стадии гашения ниже по потоку. Прошедший гашение газ пропускают через зону улавливания частиц, как правило, содержащую один или более из мокрого скруббера, скруббера Вентури и влажного электростатического осадителя.
