Claims (14)
1. Kompaktor (100) za granulaciju plastičnih materijala, navedeni kompaktor (100) sadrži prvu zonu ili jedinicu (101) za utovar i distribuciju prikladnu za utovar plastičnim materijalom i za distribuciju navedenog materijala utovarenog u druge zone i/ili jedinice navedenog kompaktora (100); drugu zonu ili jedinicu (104) koja sadrži rotirajuću predionicu (110) uključujući šuplji cilindrični dio s mnoštvom perforacija i napravljen da se okreće pomoću motora, mnoštvo valjaka za zbijanje (105) koji su napravljeni da rotiraju navedenom utičnicom za predenje (110) i raspoređeni radijalno duž vanjskog oboda navedene utičnice za predenje (110) u pravilnim radijalnim razmacima, pri čemu je materijal granuliran sinterizacijom koja proizlazi iz prisilnog prolaska kroz navedene perforacije u navedenom šupljem cilindričnom dijelu navedene predionice (110) pod djelovanjem navedenih valjaka (105); pri čemu navedeni kompaktor (100) sadrži treću zonu ili jedinicu za prisilno uvlačenje navedenog materijala na svaki od navedenih valjaka (105); naznačen time što sadrži odgovarajući niz rotirajućih pužnica (111) za opskrbu od kojih se svaki okreće pomoću motora s reduktorom (112) i koji su barem djelomično smješteni u cjevasto kućište (113), pri čemu su navedeni pužnici (111) i odgovarajuća cjevasta kućišta (113) raspoređeni izvan navedene mreže za predenje (110) i raspoređeni radijalno duž vanjskog opsega navedene mreže za predenje (110) u uglavnom pravilnim radijalnim intervalima ovisno o broju pužnica, i u tom slučaju se navedeni materijal koji treba granulirati dovodi u svaki od navedenih cjevastih kućišta (113) kroz spojnice (123) i padajući duž vodova (122) i tjera se svakim od navedenih pužnica (111) izvan navedene predionice (110) u blizini odgovarajućeg valjka (105).
2. Kompaktor (100) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen činjenicom što sadrži četvrtu zonu ili jedinicu za skupljanje navedenog granuliranog plastičnog materijala dok napušta navedenu predionicu (110).
3. Kompaktor (100) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 2, naznačen činjenicom što svaka od perforacija navedenog šupljeg cilindričnog dijela navedene cijevi za predenje (110) sadrži prvi vanjski dio koji je uglavnom stožastog oblika prema vanjskoj strani navedene mreže za predenje (110) i drugi uglavnom cilindrični dio prema unutrašnjosti navedene mreže za predenje (110) i spojen na navedeni prvi uglavnom stožasti dio.
4. Kompaktor (100) prema jednom od zahtjeva 2 do 3, naznačen činjenicom što navedena četvrta zona ili jedinica sadrži lijevak (133) za skupljanje granulata koji napušta navedeni spineret (110) i sredstva za isporuku za isporuku granulata u spremnik (130).
5. Kompaktor (100) prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen činjenicom što navedeno sredstvo za isporuku sadrži najmanje jedan vod (131) i sredstva za ventilaciju (132) za kretanje granulata duž navedenog voda (131) puhanjem.
6. Kompaktor (100) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 5, naznačen činjenicom što sadrži sredstva za rezanje (1101) postavljena barem djelomično unutar navedene predionice (110) u blizini perforacija navedenog šupljeg cilindričnog dijela navedene predionice (110) za rezanje proizvoda kako izlazi kroz navedene perforacije u granule unaprijed definirane duljine.
7. Kompaktor (100) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 6, naznačen činjenicom što sadrži rashladni krug za hlađenje pomoću rashladne tekućine svakog od navedenih rotirajućih valjaka (105).
8. Kompaktor prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 7, naznačen činjenicom što svaki od navedenih rotirajućih valjaka (105) sadrži cjevasti dio (106) koji je postavljen tako da se okreće na nosivoj cilindričnoj fiksnoj osovini (107), i činjenicom što navedeni krug hlađenja sadrži najmanje jedan vod (1070) koji se proteže u unutrašnjost navedene cilindrične fiksne osovine (107).
9. Kompaktor (100) prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen činjenicom što je navedena najmanje jedna cijev (1070) oblikovana tako da raspodijeli navedenu rashladnu tekućinu u zračnom prostoru (1071) između navedenog cjevastog dijela (106) i navedene fiksne nosive osovine (107) svakog od navedenih valjaka (105).
10. Kompaktor (100) prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 9, naznačen činjenicom što sadrži krug hlađenja/grijanja za hlađenje/grijanje pomoću tekućine navedene predionice (110).
11. Kompaktor (100) prema jednom od zahtjeva 2, 4 i 5, naznačen činjenicom što navedena jedinica za utovar i distribuciju (101) sadrži lijevak za utovar (102) i transportnu traku (103) za prijenos materijala utovarenog u navedeni lijevak za utovar (102) u navedenu četvrtu zonu ili jedinicu (120).
12. Kompaktor (100) prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen činjenicom što navedena četvrta zona ili jedinica (120) sadrži mnoštvo distribucijskih lijevka (121) od kojih svaki može primiti materijal koji prenosi navedena traka (103).
13. Kompaktor (100) prema zahtjevima 1 i 12, naznačen činjenicom što je svaki od navedenih vodova (122) predviđen za prijenos materijala iz svakog od navedenih distribucijskih lijevka (121) do odgovarajućeg jednog od navedenih cjevastih kućišta (113).
14. Kompaktor (100) prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen činjenicom što sadrži šest navedenih valjaka (105) postavljenih izvan navedene predionice (110) u pravilnim radijalnim intervalima od 60°.
