Claims (10)
1. Sklop (1) za detekciju nedostataka na karoseriji motornog vozila (20), njegovoj potkonstrukciji i gumama, koji se sastoji od portala (10), ravnog presjeka u obliku obrnutog slova U, oblikovanog da omogući prolaz navedenog motornog vozila (20), u uzdužnom smjeru (X), od stražnjeg dijela (101) portala (10) prema prednjem dijelu (102) portala (10); navedeni portal (10) sadrži unutarnju površinu (11) koja se proteže poprečno (Y) između dva slobodna bočna kraja (111, 112) i koja sadrži izvor svjetlosti (12) prilagođen za bitno ujednačeno osvijetljenje karoserije motornog vozila (20) tijekom njegovog prolaza, navedeni portal (11) sadrži najmanje jednu neprozirnu traku (12) koja se proteže poprečno (Y) cijelom dužinom unutarnje površine (11); navedeni sklop (1) sadrži mnoštvo kamera (30-45) instaliranih na udaljenosti od portala (10), u najmanje jednom uzdužnom smjeru (X), kako bi se mogle snimiti slike karoserije motornog vozila (20) pri prolasku ispod portala (10) i element za detekciju koji može primiti navedene slike snimljene navedenim mnoštvom kamera (30-45) i na temelju navedenih slika otkriti nedostatke na karoseriji, djelomično analizom refleksije navedene neprozirne trake (12) na karoseriji, a djelomično izravnim prepoznavanjem u navedenim slikama nedostataka istaknutih promatranjem odraza izvora svjetlosti (12) na karoseriji;
navedeni sklop sadrži na svakoj strani portala (10), stražnju strukturu za pričvršćivanje (2, 3) koja se proteže prema stražnjem dijelu (101) portala (10), paralelno s uzdužnim smjerom (X), i prilagođenu da omogući pričvršćivanje barem dijela mnoštva kamera (31-38) tvoreći kamere za stražnju detekciju, orijentirane tako da dobiju slike bočnih i stražnje strane motornog vozila (2) kad prolazi kroz navedeni portal (10); naznačeno time što
navedeni sklop obuhvaća na gornjem dijelu (108) portala (10) strukturu za fiksiranje zrcala (6), koja se proteže prema prednjem dijelu (102) portala (10), i drugu strukturu za pričvršćivanje za pričvršćivanje kamera (41-43) iz mnoštva kamera tvoreći gornje kamere (41-43), orijentirane bitno paralelno prema uzdužnoj osi (X) u smjeru zrcala (6), navedeno zrcalo (6) pokazujući odgovarajući kut kako bi se omogućila refleksija prema navedenim gornjim kamerama slike gornjeg dijela motornog vozila (20) kad ono prolazi kroz navedeni portal (10).
2. Sklop za detekciju (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što unutarnja površina (11) ima lučni oblik u poprečnom smjeru (Y).
3. Sklop za detekciju (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 naznačen time što sadrži prednju strukturu za fiskiranje (60), montiranu izravno iznad (102) portala (10) i prilagođenu za fiksiranje barem dijela mnoštva kamera tvoreći kamere za prednju detekciju, orijentirane tako da dobiju sliku prednjeg dijela motornog vozila (20) kad ono prolazi kroz navedeni portal (10).
4. Sklop za detekciju (1) prema jednom od bilo kojeg patentnog zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što sadrži uklonjivi modul (52) namijenjen da bude instaliran na tlu, ispod portala (10), i sadržeći barem jednu donju kameru (53), orijentirane pod kutom od približno 20° do 90°, i namijenjenu za dobivanje slika potkonstrukcije motornog vozila (20).
5. Sklop za detekciju (1) prema jednom od bilo kojeg patentnog zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što sadrži uređaj za izolaciju svjetla (51), tvoreći uzdužni neprozirni luk za prolaz motornog vozila (20), koje se proteže prema stražnjem dijelu (101) i/ili prema prednjem dijelu (102) portala (10).
6. Sklop za detekciju (1) prema jednom od bilo kojeg patentnog zahtjeva 1 do 5, mnoštvo kamera uključuje najmanje jednu kameru velike ili srednje brzine, omogućujući dobivanje slika za analizu refleksije navedene neprozirne trake (13) na karoseriji, te najmanje jednu kameru visoke razlučivosti za dobivanje slika prilagođenih za izravno prepoznavanje nedostataka na karoseriji.
7. Sklop za detekciju (1) prema jednom od bilo kojeg patentnog zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što sadrži najmanje jedan dio za prepoznavanje (50) motornog vozila (20), primjeren za upravljanje paljenjem navedenog izvora svjetlosti (12) unutarnje površine (11) portala (10) kad motorno vozilo (20) prilazi portalu (10).
8. Sklop za detekciju (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što dio za detekciju (50) sadrži senzor dubine (50) usmjeren u uzdužnom smjeru (X) prema stražnjem dijelu (101) portala (10) kako bi se otkrio prilaženje motornog vozila.
9. Sklop za detekciju (1) prema jednom od bilo kojeg patentnog zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što je izvor svjetlosti (12) formiran od matrice elektroluminescentnih dioda prekrivenih prozirnom stijenkom.
10. Sklop za detekciju (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što je matrica elektroluminescentnih dioda izrađena od uzdužnog niza traka LED vrpce pričvršćenih, na primjer zalijepljenih, poprečno na unutarnju površinu (11).
