Claims (14)
1. Mikrovalni oscilator (1), koji sadrži:
izvor (2) mikrovalova, i
rezonator koji ima mikrovalni kanal za vođenje zračenja iz navedenog izvora mikrovalova, pri čemu navedeni rezonator sadrži:
kutiju (3) koja ima prvi kanal (6), pri čemu je navedeni izvor mikrovalova instaliran na navedenoj kutiji; i
bazu (4) koja ima drugi kanal (7), pri čemu je navedena osnova električno povezana sa navedenom kutijom,
pri čemu je drugi kanal (7) produžetak prvog kanala i navedeni prvi kanal (6) i navedeni drugi kanal (7) formiraju mikrovalni kanal koji ima izlaz kroz koji se emitira mikrovalno zračenje,
pri čemu je u navedenom mikrovalnom kanalu smješteno, bar djelomično, sredstvo (9) za potiskivanje namijenjeno za potiskivanje povratnog vala, i
naznačen time što je minimalna površina poprečnog presjeka mikrovalnog kanala na izlazu 8 do 12 puta veća od maksimalne površine poprečnog presjeka sredstva (9) za potiskivanje.
2. Oscilator prema zahtjevu 1, koji dalje sadrži valovod (5) koji povezuje izvor (2) mikrovalova i kutiju (3).
3. Oscilator prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je rezonator napravljen kao integralni dio.
4. Oscilator prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu mikrovalni kanal ima poprečni presjek koji varira duž njegove uzdužne osi.
5. Oscilator prema zahtjevu 4, pri čemu se drugi kanal (7) širi u smjeru od prvog kanala (6) prema izlazu mikrovalnog kanala.
6. Oscilator prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je površina mikrovalnog kanala obložena slojem električno vodljivog materijala.
7. Oscilator prema zahtjevu 1, koji dalje sadrži najmanje jedan rashladni kanal (10) napravljen u rezonatoru.
8. Mikrovalni oscilator matričnog tipa, koji sadrži:
najmanje dva mikrovalna oscilatora (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
pri čemu su rezonatori navedena najmanje dva mikrovalna oscilatora električno povezani jedan sa drugim.
9. Oscilator matričnog tipa prema zahtjevu 8, koji dalje sadrži proširenja postavljena na bazama navedena najmanje dva mikrovalna oscilatora (1).
10. Oscilator matričnog tipa prema zahtjevu 9, pri čemu su sva proširenja (14) navedena najmanje dva mikrovalna oscilatora (1) napravljena kao integralni dio.
11. Oscilator matričnog tipa prema zahtjevu 8, pri čemu su sve baze (4) navedenih mikrovalnih oscilatora (1) napravljene kao integralni dio.
12. Oscilator matričnog tipa prema zahtjevu 8, koji dalje sadrži sinkronizacijske kanale (15) koji povezuju mikrovalne kanale navedena najmanje dva mikrovalna oscilatora (1).
13. Oscilator matričnog tipa prema zahtjevu 8, koji dalje sadrži sinkronizacijske umetke postavljene u kutijama (3) i/ili bazama (4) navedena najmanje dva mikrovalna oscilatora (1).
14. Oscilator matričnog tipa prema zahtjevu 8, pri čemu su bar neki od navedena najmanje dva mikrovalna oscilatora električno povezani jedan sa drugim pomoću konektora (13).
