Claims (10)
1. Postupak za preradu miješanog otpada, naznačen time što sadrži korake:
a) razdvajanje navedenog otpada u najmanje dvije partije koje uključuju: (i) uglavnom prehrambeni otpad (fini otpaci) i (ii) uglavnom papir i drugi materijal koji se može reciklirati (krupni otpaci);
b) pupliranje navedenih krupnih otpadaka; i
c) pranje navedenih krupnih otpadaka pulpe da se dobije prva celulozom bogata biomasa; i
d) prerada navedenog finog otpada termomehaničkim pulpiranjem i razdvajanjem po gustoći da se dobije druga celulozom bogata biomasa,
pri čemu navedena prva i druga celulozom bogata biomasa zajedno sadrže manje od oko 10% pepela i glukan : ksilan u odnosu od oko 5-8 : 1.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se navedeno razdvajanje provodi najmanje jednim sitom ili bubnjem, izborno pri čemu navedeni bubanj ima veličinu otvora između oko 300-500 mm ili između oko 50-150 mm.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što izdvojeni fini otpaci imaju promjer manji od oko 200 mm.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što poslije navedenog koraka pulpiranja b) najmanje je dio pulpiranog materijala usitnjen, izborno pri čemu se navedeni usitnjeni materijal ponovo pulpira.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeno pulpiranje krupnih otpadaka (korak b)), za rezultat ima dobivanje najmanje tri dijela koji uključuju: (i) pulpu; (ii) druge materijale koji se mogu reciklirati i prljavu vodu od pranja.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što se navedeni drugi materijali koji se mogu reciklirati (koji uključuju plastični film i materijale koji se mogu reciklirati kao što su plastični i metalni kontejneri), uklanjaju iz navedenog pulpiranog materijala prije koraka pranja c).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedenim korakom pranja c) nastaje neorganski suštinski čvrsti tok sa česticama većim od oko 1 mm.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni korak pranja c) uključuje uporabu surfaktanata, uključujući surfaktante biološkog porijekla, i/ili enzime i/ili katalizatore i/ili aditive i/ili bilo koja druga pogodna sredstva i/ili poželjno pri čemu navedenim korakom pranja c) nastaje još i voda od pranja, koja se izborno prerađuje biološkim tretmanom i reciklira nazad u glavni postupak i/ili koristi za proizvodnju bioplina.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što se navedeni neorganski suštinski čvrsti tok koristi za termičko sagorijevanje ili za konverziju u sintezni plin (sin-plin).
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što navedeno termomehaničko pulpiranje omogućava razgradnju organske materije bez suštinskog skupljanja bilo kakvih plastičnih materijala; i/ili poželjno pri čemu navedeno razdvajanje po gustoći dopušta izdvajanje (i) teškog materijala čestica, na primjer stakla i silicija; (ii) lakog materijala čestica, na primjer plastike; i (iii) organske materije; i/ili poželjno gdje navedena prerada navedenih finih otpadaka za rezultat ima vodu od pranja bogatu organskim materijama; i/ili gdje se navedena laka materija čestica ponovno uvodi u korak pranja c) iz patentnog zahtjeva 1.
