Claims (15)
1. Superprovodnik visoke temperature, HTS, magnet (400, 500, 600, 700, 800) koji sadrži:
zavojnicu (401) formiranu od umetnutih koncentričnih namotaja namotanih oko osi (403) zavojnice, pri čemu svaki namotaj sadrži HTS materijal; i
prvi i drugi konduktorski element (404A, 404B) od kojih svaki sadrži odgovarajuće površine za električni kontakt kroz koje se doprema električna struja do, ili prima električna struja od, dijela odgovarajućeg najmanje jednog od namotaja, pri čemu svaka površina za električni kontakt osigurava električni kontakt između provodnog elementa i aksijalnog ruba zavojnice najmanje djelomično oko putanje odgovarajućeg najmanje jednog od namotaja, i
naznačen time da je površina za električni kontakt prvog provodnog elementa postavljena bliže osi nego površina za električni kontakt drugog provodnog elementa, pri čemu električna struja dopremljena do zavojnice kroz prvi provodni element (404A) cirkulira oko uzastopnih namotaja zavojnice prije nego što je primi drugi provodni element (404B).
2. HTS magnet prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu svaki namotaj sadrži HTS traku (100) i omotač (105) električno povezan za HTS traku, pri čemu su električni kontakti osigurani sa omotačem.
3. HTS magnet prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 pri čemu površine za električni kontakt osiguravaju električni kontakt sa jednom ili više aksijalnih rubova zavojnice oko više od 20%, više od 50% ili više od 80% putanje odgovarajućeg najmanje jednog od namotaja.
4. HTS magnet prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je jedna ili više od površina za električni kontakt u obliku prstena.
5. HTS magnet prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva i koji sadrži najmanje jednu ploču (405A, 405B) koja se pruža preko jednog ili više ostalih namotaja, prvog ili drugog provodnog elementa formiranog integralno sa pločom ili osiguranoj na njoj.
6. HTS magnet prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, pri čemu je prvi ili drugi provodni element ispupčen sa površine ploče (405A, 405B) i ploča dalje sadrži dielektrični ili elektrootporni sloj (406A, 406B) za električnu izolaciju površine ploče od dijela jednog ili više ostalih namotaja.
7. HTS magnet prema patentnom zahtjevu 6 i koji sadrži međufazni provodni sloj (407A, 407B) koji se pruža preko jednog ili više ostalih namotaja za prijenos topline i/ili električne struje od ruba namotaja, i poželjno, pri čemu:
međufazni provodni sloj sadrži metal koji se može lemiti kao što je mesing i/ili nehrđajući čelik; i/ili
međufazni provodni sloj je oblikovan promjenom njegove debljine.
8. HTS magnet prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu zavojnica sadrži električnu izolaciju (402) između namotaja.
9. HTS magnet prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 8 i koji sadrži jedan ili više senzora i/ili jedan ili više grijača raspoređenih između ploče i zavojnice.
10. HTS magnet prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu površina za električni kontakt prvog ili drugog provodnog elementa (404A, 404B) osigurava električni kontakt sa bilo najviše unutrašnjim ili najviše vanjskim namotajem zavojnice (401).
11. HTS magnet prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu površina za električni kontakt prvog ili drugog provodnog elementa (404A, 404B) osigurava električni kontakt preko diskontinuiteta u namotajima.
12. HTS magnet prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu površine za električni kontakt osigurava električni kontakt sa suprotnim površinama zavojnice (401, 501).
13. HTS magnet prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji dalje sadrži jednu ili više dodatnih zavojnica (400A-F), pri čemu zavojnica ili svaka dodatna zavojnica ima provodne elemente za osiguravanje električnog kontakta sa suprotnim površinama te zavojnice, pri čemu su zavojnice naslagane aksijalno i električno povezani jedna za drugu kroz njihove odgovarajuće provodne elemente, i poželjno, pri čemu su susjedno aksijalno naslagane zavojnice namotane u suprotnim smjerovima.
14. HTS magnet prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji sadrži dvije ili više koncentrično umetnutih zavojnica (601, 602) od kojih svaka ima odgovarajuće provodne elemente, pri čemu je svaka zavojnica električno povezana za susjednu zavojnicu električnom vezom (705, 706) između odgovarajućih provodnih elemenata zavojnice, i poželjno, pri čemu:.
električna veza je fleksibilna; i/ili
HTS magnet sadrži jedan ili više međudržača (607, 707) postavljenih između susjednih zavojnica za presretanje radijalnih sila; i/ili
odgovarajuće HTS trake (100) susjednih zavojnica se razlikuju u jednom ili više od sljedećeg: debljini; sastavu; širini; i broju.
15. Tokamak koji sadrži HTS magnet prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je HTS magnet konfiguriran da osigura toroidalno magnetno polje ili poloidalno magnetno polje.
