Claims (20)

1. Proces za hidrolizu ligno-celulozne biomase koji obuhvaća slijedeće korake A) Dovođenje u kontakt ligno-celulozne sirovine, sirovine sačinjene od biomase koja ima suhi sadržaj i vodu sa barem dijelom rastvarača, rastvarača sačinjenog od u vodi topivih hidroliziranih vrsta; pri čemu je barem dio u vodi topivih hidroliziranih vrsta isti kao u vodi topive hidrolizirane vrste koje se mogu dobiti hidrolizom biomase u sirovini; B) održavanje kontakta između sirovine iz toka sirovine i rastvarača u prisustvu kompozicije katalizatora, na temperaturi u rasponu od 20°C do 200°C tijekom vremena u rasponu od 5 minuta do 72 sata za stvaranje hidroliziranog proizvoda iz biomase u sirovini; pri čemu spomenuti katalizator sadrži barem jedan enzim ili mikroorganizam koji konvertira barem jedan od spojeva u biomasi u spoj ili spojeve niže molekulske mase; pri čemu odnos količine celuloze zajedno sa količinom proizvoda iz hidrolizirane celuloze u rastvaraču prema količini celuloze u sirovini je barem 0.8:1; i pri čemu spomenute u vodi topive hidrolizirane vrste su u vodi topive hidrolizirane vrste celuloze izabrane od glukoze, celobioze, i visokih glukoznih polimera, uključujući njihove odgovarajuće dimere i oligomere; i u vodi topive hidrolizirane vrste hemiceluloze izabrane od ksilana, glukuronoksilana, arabinoksilana, glukomanana, i ksiloglukana; i pri čemu se spomenuti proces izvršava bez dodavanja neorganske kiseline ili organskih rastvarača za solubilizaciju lignina; i pri čemu spomenuta ligno-celulozna sirovina sadrži više od 5% mase suhog sadržaja celuloze.
2. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu suhi sadržaj obuhvaća celulozu, hemicelulozu, pri čemu je barem dio u vodi topivih hidroliziranih vrsta isti kao u vodi topive hidrolizirane vrste koje se mogu dobiti iz hidrolize celuloze u sirovini, a kontakt između sirovine i rastvarača je u prisustvu katalizatora za hidrolizu celuloze.
3. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, pri čemu odnos mase celuloze zajedno sa proizvodima hidrolize celuloze u rastvaraču prema masi celuloze u ligno- celuloznoj sirovini je izabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od više od 1 :1, više od 1.5:1, više od 2:1, više od 3:1, više od 4:1, i više od 5:1.
4. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 3, pri čemu barem dio kompozicije katalizatora je u kontaktu sa sirovinom prije nego što sirovna dođe u kontakt sa barem dijelom rastvarača.
5. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, pri čemu odnos biomase prema vodi sirovine odabran je iz grupe koja se sastoji od više od 1 :4, više od 1 :3, više od 1 :2, više od 1 :1.5, više od 1 :1, i više od 1 :0.9.
6. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 5, gdje kompozicija katalizatora sadrži enzim.
7. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, pri čemu je temperatura u rasponu izabranom iz grupe koja se sastoji od 20 do 105°C, i 20 do 95°C.
8. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, pri čemu je vrijeme u rasponu izabranom iz grupe koja se sastoji od 5 minuta do 48 sati, 5 minuta do 36 sati, 5 minuta do 24 sati, 5 minuta do 12 sati, 5 minuta do 8 sati.
9. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, pri čemu proces predstavlja serijski proces koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake A) uvođenje sirovine u posudu koja već sadrži barem dio rastvarača, B) uvođenje kompozicije katalizatora u posudu prije, u isto vrijeme sa, ili poslije uvođenja sirovine u posudu, C) održavanje sirovine, rastvarača, i kompozicije katalizatora u posudi u spomenutom temperaturnom rasponu od 20°C do 200°C tijekom vremena u rasponu od 5 minuta do 72 sata, D) uklanjanje hidroliziranog proizvoda iz posude.
10. Proces iz patentnog zahtjeva 9 pri čemu je sav hidrolizirani proizvod uklonjen iz posude prije uvođenja dodatne sirovine i rastvarača koji sadrži u vodi topive hidrolizirane vrste.
11. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, pri čemu dio hidroliziranog proizvoda, naime ostatak, je ostavljen u posudi.
12. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, pri čemu je proces neprekidan proces koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake A) neprekidno uvođenje sirovine u posudu koja već sadrži barem dio rastvarača, B) uvođenje kompozicije katalizatora u posudu, C) neprekidno uklanjanje mase hidroliziranog proizvoda iz posude.
13. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, pri čemu proces predstavlja proces sa klipnim protjecanjem.
14. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, pri čemu proces koristi reaktor sa neprekidnim miješanjem.
15. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 14, pri čemu je dio u toku rastvarača pomiješan sa sirovinom prije uvođenja u posudu, a odnos rastvarača prema toku sirovine je zasnovan na količini rastvarača u posudi zajedno sa količinom rastvarača u toku sirovine.
16. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 15, pri čemu prije kontaktiranja ligno-celulozne sirovine sa rastvaračem, količina sirovine je raspoređena u barem prvi tok sirovine kako bi se stvorio prvi tok rastvarača hidrolizom sirovine prvog toka sirovine sa dodatkom katalizatora u prvi tok sirovine pri čemu je količina katalizatora u rasponu od 0.1 do 150 FPU / g suhog sadržaja cjelokupne sirovine i hidroliza je izvršena na temperaturi u rasponu od 20°C do 95°C tijekom vremena u rasponu od 5 minuta do 72 sata i ligno-celulozna sirovina, rastvarač, i rastvarač prvog toka rastvarača su u kontaktu jedan sa drugim i taj kontakt se održava na temperaturi u rasponu od 20°C do 95°C u vremenskom rasponu od 5 minuta do 72 sati.
17. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, pri čemu je dio prvog toka rastvarača pomiješan sa sirovinom koja nije prvi tok sirovine pre uvođenja u posudu i svi odnosi toka rastvarača prema toku sirovine su zasnovani na ukupnoj količini toka rastvarača što je količina prvog toka rastvarača i rastvarača u thp posudi.
18. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 17, pri čemu je barem dio čvrstih materija u hidroliziranom proizvodu razdvojen od hidroliziranog proizvoda.
19. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 18, pri čemu je barem dio čvrstih materija razdvojen od hidroliziranog proizvoda i recikliran u proces.
20. Proces prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 18, pri čemu razdvajanje barem dijela čvrstih materija od toka hidroliziranog proizvoda je izvršeno pomoću uređaja izabranog iz grupe koja se sastoji od hidrociklona i centrifuga.
