Claims (14)
1. Sklop fluidnog cilindra (200), naznačen time, da obuhvaća:
klipni sklop koji sadrži klip (201) spojen s klipnjačom (203), pri čemu klipnjača (203) sadrži šuplje tijelo (203) koje posjeduje unutrašnji spremnik fluida (204);
tijelo cilindra (206) koje je koaksijalno s navedenom šupljom klipnjačom (203) i barem je djelomično opkoljava; i
usisni otvor fluidne pumpe (208) koji je u protočnoj komunikaciji/spoju s navedenim unutrašnjim spremnikom fluida (204) kroz prijenosnu cijev (212) koja se proteže od navedenog klipa (201), gdje je navedena prijenosna cijev (212) koaksijalna s navedenim klipom (201), navedenom klipnjačom (203) i navedenim tijelom cilindra (206), dok je ispusni otvor (224) navedene fluidne pumpe (208) u protočnoj komunikaciji/spoju s produžnom tlačnom komorom (214);
pri čemu:
navedeni klip (201) posjeduje klipnu čeonu stranu (202) i navedena klipna čeona strana (202) sadrži otvor koji je konfiguriran tako da klizno zahvaća navedenu prijenosnu cijev (212);
klip (201) je konfiguriran tako da se pomiče u smjeru protezanja (228) pomoću pogonske sile koja se primjenjuje na klipnu čeonu stranu (202), a uzrokovana je ispuštanjem fluida putem fluidne pumpe (208) u navedenu produžnu tlačnu komoru (214); i
povratno povlačenje sklopa fluidnog cilindra (200) uzrokovano je gravitacijom.
2. Sklop (200) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća ventilski blok (216) koji je spojen s prvim krajem (218) navedenog tijela cilindra (206) i koji sadrži jedan ili više fluidnih kanala (220) koji su formirani u njemu.
3. Sklop (200) prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da navedeni ventilski blok (216) posjeduje usisni kanal pumpe (222) koji se proteže između navedene prijenosne cijevi (212) i usisnog otvora (222) navedene fluidne pumpe (208).
4. Sklop (200) prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da navedeni ventilski blok (216) posjeduje ispusni kanal pumpe (224) koji se proteže između navedenog ispusnog otvora navedene fluidne pumpe (208) i navedene produžne tlačne komore (214).
5. Sklop (200) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je navedena produžna tlačna komora (214) definirana između navedene prijenosne cijevi (212) i navedenog tijela cilindra (206).
6. Sklop (200) prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time, da navedeni ispusni kanal pumpe (224) nadalje sadrži oprskrbni put navedene produžne tlačne komore (214), koji posjeduje kontrolni ventil (302).
7. Sklop (200) prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time, da navedeni ispusni kanal pumpe (224) nadalje sadrži povratni put koji posjeduje sigurnosni ventil (306).
8. Sklop (200) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedena prijenosna cijev (212) klizo zahvaća navedeni klip (201) kroz elastomerni brtveni sastav.
9. Sklop (200) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća motor (210) promjenjive brzine, koji je spojen s navedenom pumpom (208), pri čemu je navedeni motor (210) promjenjive brzine konfiguriran tako da pogoni navedenu pumpu (208) s različitim brojem okretaja koji odgovaraju različitim protočnim brzinama fluida koji protječe kroz navedenu pumpu (208).
10. Postupak rada uređaja škaraste dizalice (600), naznačen time, da navedeni postupak obuhvaća:
pripremanje (602) uređaja škaraste dizalice koji uključuje radnu platformu, veći broj povezanih, savitljivih nosača koji su usmjereni po križnom uzorku i sklop fluidnog cilindra (110) koji je konfiguriran tako da primjenjuje silu na postavljene lančane podupirače, u svrhu podizanja radne platforme;
dovođenje (604) promjenjive protočne brzine fluida u produžnu tlačnu komoru (214) sklopa fluidnog cilindra (200) iz spremnika (204) u unutrašnjost klipnjače od klipnog sklopa (200) uporabom fluidne pumpe (208) s promjenjivim brojem okretaja, koja je integralna sa sklopom fluidnog cilindra (200), pri čemu je protočna brzina fluida u zavisnosti o broju okretaja fluidne pumpe (208), koji se može birati, pri čemu protočna brzina fluida prema produžnoj tlačnoj komori (214), definira brzinu podizanja radne platforme; i
odabiranje (606) brzine fluidne pumpe (208) korištenjem uređaja za unos promjenjivih vrijednosti.
11. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća ispuštanje fluida iz produžne tlačne komore (214) prema spremniku (204) kroz otvor čija se veličina može birati, u svrhu spuštanja radne platforme.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća upravljanje brzinom ispuštanja fluida, korištenjem otvora čija se veličina može birati.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da biranje brzine fluidne pumpe (208) korištenjem uređaja za unos promjenjivih vrijednosti, obuhvaća generiranje signala naredbe za brzinu fluidne pumpe, korištenjem upravljača s komandnom ručicom.
14. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da biranje brzine fluidne pumpe (208) korištenjem uređaja za unos promjenjivih vrijednosti, obuhvaća odabiranje brzine električnog motora (210) koji je spojen s fluidnom pumpom (208), korištenjem uređaja za unos promjenjivih vrijednosti.
