Claims (16)
1. Postupak proizvodnje plinovitog biometana pročišćavanjem bioplina nastalog iz postrojenja za skladištenje neopasnog otpada (ISDND) prema kojem:
- inicijalni protok plina se komprimira,
- protok plina za pročišćavanje se uvodi u bar jedan adsorber ispunjen adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati COV,
- protok plina osiromašen sa COV na izlazu iz adsorbera ispunjenog adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati COV podvrgava se bar jednoj membranskoj separaciji uz primjenu od 1 do 4 nivoa membrane čijom se propustljivošću izdvaja više od 90% CO2 i bar 30% O2 iz protoka plina,
- retentat nastao membranskom separacijom se uvodi u bar jedan adsorber pod promjenljivom temperaturom i pritiskom, ispunjen adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati veći dio zaostalog CO2,
- protok plina osiromašen sa CO2, na izlazu iz adsorbera ispunjenog adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati veći dio zaostalog CO2 podvrgava se kriogenoj separaciji, u destilacijskoj koloni radi izdvajanja O2 i N2 iz protoka plina, prema kojoj:
◦ protok plina osiromašen sa CO2hladi se razmjenom topline sa tekućim CH4izvučenim iz destilacijske kolone,
◦ tako ohlađen protok plina se zatim šalje u destilacijsku kolonu,
◦ tekućina bogata metanom se izvlači iz destilacijske kolone,
◦ vrši se isparavanje tekućine bogate metanom putem izmjenjivača topline sa protokom plina osiromašenim sa CO2koji potiče iz PTSA.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjev u 1, naznačen time što se adsorber ispunjen adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati COV regenerira pomoću permeata nastalog membranskom separacijom.
3. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što:
- protok plina osiromašen sa COV koji izlazi iz adsorbera ispunjenog adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati COV podvrgava se prvoj membranskoj separaciji,
- adsorber ispunjen adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati COV regenerira se pomoću permeata nastalog iz navedene prve membranske separacije,
- retentat nastao iz prve separacije podvrgava se drugoj membranskoj separaciji,
- permeat nastao iz druge membranske separacije ponovo se uvodi prije kompresije.
4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se jedan ili više adsorbera, pod promjenljivom temperaturom ili pritiskom, ispunjeni adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati veći dio zaostalog CO2 regeneriraju pomoću isparjelog protoka plina bogatog sa CH4.
5. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se adsorber, pod promjenljivom temperaturom i pritiskom, ispunjen adsorbentima, koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati veći dio zaostalog CO2, regenerira destilatom bogatim sa N2 nastalim iz kriogene separacije.
6. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što gornji dio destilacijske kolone ostaje hladan isparavanjem tekućeg dušika koji potječe iz vanjskog izvora.
7. Postupak prema patentnim zahtjevima 5 i 6, naznačen time što se destilat bogat sa N2, nastao iz kriogene separacije, miješa u koloni sa parom dušika koja služi za hlađenje gornjeg dijela kolone, zatim se adsorber ispunjen adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati veći dio zaostalog CO2 regenerira pomoću navedene mješavine.
8. Postupak prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što protok plina, nastao regeneracijom adsorbera ispunjenog adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati COV, oksidira.
9. Postupak prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8 naznačen time što destilat, bogat sa N2 nastao kriogenom destilacijom, oksidira.
10. Postupak prema patentnim zahtjevima 8 i 9, naznačen time što se 2 protoka plina miješaju prije oksidacije.
11. Postupak prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što se dobiva toplina generirana kompresijom inicijalnog protoka plina za predgrijavanje protoka plina koji služi za regeneraciju adsorbera ispunjenog adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati veći dio zaostalog CO2.
12. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što fazi kompresije prethodi faza odsumporavanja.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što fazi odsumporavanja prethodi sušenje protoka plina.
14. Postrojenje za proizvodnju biometana pročišćavanjem bioplina nastalog iz postrojenja za skladištenje neopasnog otpada (ISDND) izvođenjem postupka prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
15. Postrojenje za proizvodnju biometana pročišćavanjem bioplina nastalog iz postrojenja za skladištenje neopasnog otpada (ISDND) prema patentnom zahtjevu 14 koji obuhvaća uzastopno:
- izvor bioplina (l)
- kompresor (18) koji je u stanju komprimirati bioplin pod pritiskom od 8 do 24 bara,
- 2 adsorbera (21, 22) ispunjena adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati COV,
- 2 nivoa membrana za separaciju (38, 39) koji su u stanju djelomično izdvojiti CO2 i O2 iz protoka plina,
- 2 adsorbera (43, 44) pod promjenljivom temperaturom i pritiskom ispunjena adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati veći dio CO2 zaostalog u protoku plina,
- izmjenjivač topline (60) koji je u stanju ohladiti protok plina osiromašen sa CO2 i ispariti tekućinu (69) bogatu metanom,
- destilacijsku kolonu (62).
16. Postupak ili postrojenje prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time to je adsorber, ispunjen adsorbentima koji su u stanju reverzibilno adsorbirati COV, adsorber pod promjenljivim pritiskom (PSA).
