Claims (23)
1. Uređaj za aeriranje pastoznog proizvoda,
gdje uređaj sadrži kućište (1), koje se pruža u uzdužnom smjeru, gdje navedeno kućište (1) sadrži ulaz (4) za pastozni proizvod kojeg treba aerirati i izlaz (5) za aerirani proizvod, te,
unutar kućišta (1), u najmanju ruku prvi komplet rotora i statora (21) i drugi komplet rotora i statora (22), gdje svaki komplet rotora i statora (21,22) ima komplementarno nazubljene obode orijentirane međusobno nasuprotno u uzdužnom smjeru, gdje navedeni uređaj sadrži pogonsko vratilo (3), gdje su rotori iz svakog kompleta rotora i statora (21,22) spregnuti s navedenim pogonskim vratilom,
gdje navedeni uređaj dodatno sadrži injektor plina (6) koji, uzvodno od prvog kompleta rotora i statora (21), injicira plin u pastozni proizvod kojeg treba aerirati,
naznačen time što uređaj dodatno sadrži međukomoru za miješanje (7), koja se nalazi u kućištu između prvog i drugog kompleta rotora i statora (21,22), i sredstvo za unašanje sekundarnog proizvoda, izbočeno u međukomoru za miješanje (7), radi pražnjenja u navedenu međukomoru za miješanje (7).
2. Uređaj za aeriranje pastoznog proizvoda u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što sredstvo za unašanje sekundarnog proizvoda sadrži injektor fluida (8).
3. Uređaj za aeriranje pastoznog proizvoda u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što sredstvo za unašanje sekundarnog proizvoda čini ulaz za sekundarni pastozni proizvod.
4. Uređaj za aeriranje pastoznog proizvoda u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što međukomora za miješanje (7) ima oblik valjka, centriranog na osi vrtnje vratila (3), te što je sredstvo za unašanje sekundarnog proizvoda izbočeno u međukomoru za miješanje na udaljenosti od vanjske površine (31) vratila koja se kreće između 10% i 95% udaljenosti, po polumjeru međukomore za miješanje (7), između navedene vanjske površine (31) vratila i stijenke (111) kućišta (1), po mogućnosti između 20% i 70% navedene udaljenosti, a poželjnije između 25% i 50% navedene udaljenosti.
5. Uređaj za aeriranje pastoznog proizvoda u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što kućište (1) sadrži unutarnju prstenastu stepenicu (121), po duljini, u uzdužnom smjeru, međukomore za miješanje (7).
6. Uređaj za aeriranje pastoznog proizvoda u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što međukomora za miješanje (7) ima oblik valjka, centriranog na osi vrtnje vratila manjeg promjera od promjera rotora.
7. Uređaj za aeriranje pastoznog proizvoda u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što međukomora za miješanje (7) je volumen koji ne sadrži mehaničke dijelove, osim navedenog injektora fluida.
8. Uređaj za aeriranje pastoznog proizvoda u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što međukomora za miješanje (7) ima duljinu koja u najmanju ruku odgovara duljini kompleta rotora i statora.
9. Uređaj za aeriranje pastoznog proizvoda u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što kućište (1) sadrži, u uzdužnom smjeru, više modula,
gdje navedenih više modula sadrži:
• ulazni modul (11), koji sadrži ulaz za proizvod i injektor plina;
• najmanje jedan međumodul kućišta (12), konfiguriran da načini međukomoru za miješanje (7), te
• izlazni modul (13), koji sadrži izlazni otvor za proizvod.
10. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što svaki međumodul kućišta (12) služi za smještaj jednog, dva ili tri kompleta rotora i statora.
11. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je rotor iz svakog kompleta rotora i statora spregnut s uzdužnim pogonskim vratilom, a stator iz svakog kompleta rotora i statora je spregnut s kućištem.
12. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što uređaj sadrži prvo vratilo (31), spregnuto s rotorom iz u najmanju ruku prvog kompleta rotora i statora (21), i drugo vratilo (32), spregnuto s rotorom iz u najmanju ruku drugog kompleta rotora i statora.
13. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što su prvo vratilo (31) i drugo vratilo (32) suosna s uzdužnom osi (A) uređaja.
14. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12 ili patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što je uređaj konfiguriran za pogonjenje prvog vratila (31) i drugog vratila (32) različitim brzinama vrtnje i/ili u suprotnim smjerovima.
15. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 14, naznačen time što uređaj sadrži neovisna pogonska sredstva koja rotacijski pogone prvo vratilo (31) odnosno drugo vratilo (32).
16. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 15, naznačen time što je međukomora (70) načinjena između para rotora i statora spregnutog s prvim vratilom (31) i para rotora i statora spregnutog s drugim vratilom (32).
17. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 16, naznačen time što uređaj sadrži sredstvo za unašanje sekundarnog proizvoda (80), koje unaša sekundarni proizvod u međukomoru (70), načinjenu između para rotora i statora spregnutog s prvim vratilom (31) i para rotora i statora spregnutog s drugim vratilom (32).
18. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 17, naznačen time što su parovi rotora i statora spregnuti s prvim vratilom (31) zatvoreni u prvom dijelu kućišta (41), a parovi rotora i statora spregnuti s drugim vratilom (32) su zatvoreni u drugom dijelu kućišta (51).
19. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 18, naznačen time što međudio kućišta (71) tvori međukomoru (70) između prvog dijela kućišta (41) i drugog dijela kućišta (51).
20. Postupak aeriranja pastoznog proizvoda, naznačen time što se sastoji u prolaženju struje pastoznog proizvoda kojeg treba aerirati kroz uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, injiciranju plina uz pomoć uzvodnog injektora plina u struju pastoznog proizvoda na položaju uzvodno u odnosu na prvi komplet rotora i statora, te injiciranju sekundarnog proizvoda u međukomoru za miješanje uz pomoć sredstva za unašanje sekundarnog proizvoda.
21. Postupak aeriranja pastoznog proizvoda u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 20, naznačen time što je pastozni proizvod mliječni prehrambeni proizvod.
22. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 20 ili patentnim zahtjevom 21, naznačen time što se plin kojeg se uz pomoć uzvodnog injektora plina uvodi u pastozni proizvod bira između zraka, dušika, ugljičnog dioksida, didušikovog oksida, te njihovih kombinacija.
23. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 20 do 22, naznačen time što se sekundarni proizvod bira između zraka, dušika, ugljičnog dioksida, didušikovog oksida, tekuće čokolade, tekućeg karamela, voćnog preljeva, aromatiziranog umaka, te njihovih kombinacija.
