Abstract
Un aparato para mezclar un líquido o un producto pastoso. El aparato comprende una primera parte de alojamiento (11) y una segunda parte de alojamiento (12) ensambladas juntas. La camisa reguladora protege el producto mezclado de la contaminación por el fluido refrigerante. También facilita la detección de fugas entre el espacio interior de alojamiento y la camisa reguladora. La invención se relaciona también con un método correspondiente.
