Claims (8)

1. Kompleks opreme za obradu bez otpada biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada (BMW), uključujući drobilicu (2) na ulazu BMW-a (1), higijenski uređaj (3) spojen na izlaz drobilice (2), bioplinsko postrojenje (4) spojeno na izlaz higijenskog uređaja (3), liniju za sušenje (5) spojenu na masovni izlaz iz bioplinskog postrojenja (4), pirolizator (7) koji ima drugi izlaz (7.1) bio-ugljena i spojen na izlaz s linije za sušenje (5), stroj za sabijanje (8) koji je također povezan s izlazom iz linije za sušenje (5), pri čemu je prvi izlaz (8.1) supstrata tla ili iz linije za sušenje (5) ili od stroja za sabijanje (8).
2. Kompleks opreme za obradu bez otpada biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što od pirolizatora (7) do linije za sušenje (5) postoji povratna petlja uključena kroz uređaj za miješanje (6) s ulazom (10) bio-hranjivog otpada, pri čemu stroj za sabijanje (8) uključen nakon linije za sušenje (5) ima izlaz trećeg proizvoda (8.2).
3. Kompleks opreme za obradu bez otpada biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što bioplinsko postrojenje (4) ima izlaz energije (4.1) od topline i/ili izlaz energije (4.2) elektriciteta i/ili izlaz energije (4.3) Bio-CNG-a.
4. Metoda obrade bez otpada biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada (BMW) u kompleksu opreme iz patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 3, uključujući operaciju drobljenja (A) u drobilici (2) biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada iz ulaza BMW-a (1), nakon čega slijedi: - Ili operacija (B) higijenizacije u higijenskom uređaju (3) usitnjenog biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada, higijenizirana biomasa (B.1). dalje je obrađena u bioplinskom postrojenju (4) operacijom (C) rasplinjavanja biomase, masovni izlaz (C.1) digestata iz bioplinskog postrojenja (4) dalje se obrađuje u liniji za sušenje (5) operacijom sušenja (D) za proizvodnju prvog izlaza (8.1) osušenog supstrata tla (D.1); -- Ili operacija sušenja (D) u liniji za sušenje (5) zdrobljenog biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada za proizvodnju prvog izlaza (8.1) osušenog supstrata tla (D.1).
5. Metoda obrade bez otpada biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada iz patentnog zahtjeva 4, naznačena time što nakon operacije sušenja (D) slijedi operacija (E) peletizacije osušenog supstrata tla (D.1) do prvog izlaznog proizvoda (D.1-1) peletiziranog supstrata tla.
6. Metoda obrade bez otpada biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada iz patentnog zahtjeva 4, naznačena time što osušeni supstrat tla (D.1) prelazi na sljedeću operaciju karbonizacije (F) u pirolizatoru (7) s drugim izlaznim proizvodom (F .1-1) bio-ugljen.
7. Metoda obrade bez otpada biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada iz patentnog zahtjeva 6, naznačena time što drugi izlazni proizvod (F.1-1) bio-ugljen prelazi u operaciju miješanja (G) s otpadom bionutrijenata iz drugog ulaza (10), pri čemu se međuprodukt (G.1) miješanja dovodi u operaciju sušenja (D) s izlazom osušenog supstrata tla za poboljšanje zemljišta (D.2).
8. Metoda obrade bez otpada biorazgradivog komunalnog otpada iz patentnog zahtjeva 7, naznačena time što nakon operacije sušenja (D) slijedi operacija peletiranja (E) osušenog supstrata tla za poboljšanje zemljišta (D.2) u treći izlazni proizvod (D.2-1) peletiziranog supstrata tla poboljšanja zemljišta.
