本发明涉及垃圾处理领域,具体涉及一种餐厨废弃物与生活垃圾焚烧发电协同处理工艺。
背景技术
随着经济发展以及城市化进程的加快,城市生活垃圾的常量越来越大,垃圾填埋的处理方式暴露出越来越多的弊病。目前,通过焚烧法,将垃圾处理的同时,回收垃圾中的可利用能量,是一种比较被认可的方法。
然而,垃圾焚烧处理过程中往往存在以下问题:1、垃圾的含水量较高,即使经行脱水处理后,其含水量依旧高于普通燃煤的含水量,采用传统燃煤的燃烧炉,难以使得生活垃圾焚烧充分。2、传统炉膛的二次风设计,炉内的烟气流通不够剧烈,使得生活垃圾的燃烧不充分。3、生活垃圾与餐厨垃圾成分差异较大,不能协同处理,混合处理的效果较差。4、垃圾焚烧后会产生各种气体和固体金属污染物,对各种污染物的处理效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是为了解决背景技术中的问题,提供餐厨废弃物与生活垃圾焚烧发电协同处理工艺。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
餐厨废弃物与生活垃圾焚烧发电协同处理工艺,主要采用以下装置协同处理:垃圾渗滤装置、沼气发生装置、焚烧装置、烟气处理装置和发电设备;所述垃圾渗滤装置包括两组,一组用于生活垃圾处理,另一组用于餐厨垃圾处理,其中用于餐厨垃圾处理的那一组与所述沼气发生装置相连;
所述工艺具体步骤包括:
A将餐厨废弃物与生活垃圾分别投放入相应的所述垃圾渗滤装置内;
B生活垃圾在垃圾渗滤装置内渗滤3-7天后送入焚烧装置;
C餐厨垃圾经过绞碎、除沙后,送入沼气发生装置内进行发酵,得到沼气和固体残渣;
D所述焚烧装置包括,料斗和沼气进口,将步骤B中渗滤产物与步骤C中得到的固体残渣混合后送入料斗内,将步骤C中得到的沼气通入沼气进口;
E所述步骤D中的混合物在焚烧装置内焚烧后,产生的固体残渣排出,产生的烟气送入烟气处理装置,所述焚烧装置为焚烧锅炉,所述发电设备为蒸汽轮机,焚烧所产生的蒸汽用于发电设备的发电;
F烟气在所述烟气处理装置进行飞灰的脱硝以及重金属脱离处理。
本技术方案中,将垃圾分成生活垃圾和餐厨垃圾两大类,分别处理,将生活垃圾主要用于固体燃烧,餐厨垃圾发酵值得沼气后在焚烧装置内联合焚烧,并且采用沼气进行干燥处理,充分利用了垃圾资源,此外通过烟气处理装置能有效的出去,焚烧烟气中的有害物质并且回收金属残渣。
作为优选,所述焚烧装置为焚烧锅炉,具体包括,进料区、炉膛、炉排、出烟口、排渣口、进风口和回料装置,所述进料区包括,料斗、送料器和沼气进口;所述炉膛包括,干燥区、设置在所述出烟口下方的燃烧区以及与所述排渣口相连的燃烬区;所述炉排包括,至少两个炉排段,所述炉排段之间设置有破碎铰刀,与所述进料区相连的炉排段为干燥炉排,所述干燥区设置在所述干燥炉排的正上方,所述沼气进口设置在所述干燥区上方;所述回料装置包括,接料斗和回料螺杆;
所述垃圾渗滤装置与所述料斗相连,所述沼气发生装置上方设置有与所述沼气进口相连的沼气出口,所述沼气发生装置底部固相产物送入所述料斗内,所述回料装置通过管路与所述料斗相连;
所述烟气处理装置与所述焚烧装置的烟气出口相连,包括,飞灰预处理部、脱硝部、处理炉和尾气处理部,所述飞灰预处理部包括,飞灰收集室、粉煤输送管、混合室,所述脱硝部包括,水罐、氨气罐、混合罐和输送罐,所述输送罐与所述处理炉的中部相连通。
作为优选,步骤F中,烟气通过所述飞灰收集室收集后,在所述混合室和来自粉煤输送管的粉煤混合后送入处理炉内加热处理的温度控制在1200℃~1800℃。
作为优选,氨气与水在所述混合罐内搅拌混合。
作为优选,所述输送罐与所述处理炉的相连通处炉膛温度控制在850℃~1100℃。
作为优选,所述出烟口的侧壁上设置有二次风出口,所述出烟口中心位置设置有辅助二次风出口,所述辅助二次风出口包括导流壁和二次风管,所述导流壁呈下大上小的水滴状,所述二次风管设置在所述导流壁的侧面,所述导流壁内设置有水冷循环。
作为优选,所述沼气进口处设置有第一辅助燃烧器,所述燃烬区的炉壁上设置有第二辅助燃烧器。
作为优选,进风口,包括与所述炉排段一一对应的进风单元,每个所述进风单元包括独立设置的引风管和引风机。
作为优选,所述混合室的数量至少为两个,每个混合室的气体出口处设置有电控阀门,所述电控阀门与控制器相连,所述控制器控制所有所述电控阀门中至少有一个处于打开状态且至少有一个处于关闭状态,且每个电控阀门打开的时间相同;所述混合室外设置有氧气加压装置,所述氧气加压装置包括氧气发生器和加压泵。
作为优选,所述尾气处理部包括,冷凝器和布袋除尘器。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果:
① 本发明所述的餐厨废弃物与生活垃圾焚烧发电协同处理工艺,将垃圾分类处理焚烧,提高了垃圾处理效率,大幅增加了垃圾利用率。

焚烧装置3为焚烧锅炉,具体包括,进料区31、炉膛32、炉排33、出烟口34、排渣口35、进风口36和回料装置37,进料区31包括,料斗311、送料器312和沼气进口313;炉膛32包括,干燥区321、设置在出烟口34下方的燃烧区322以及与排渣口35相连的燃烬区323;炉排33包括,至少两个炉排段331,炉排段331之间设置有破碎铰刀332,与进料区31相连的炉排段331为干燥炉排333,干燥区321设置在干燥炉排333的正上方,沼气进口313设置在干燥区321上方;回料装置37包括,接料斗371和回料螺杆372;

E步骤D中的混合物在焚烧装置3内焚烧后,产生的固体残渣排出,产生的烟气送入烟气处理装置4,焚烧装置3为焚烧锅炉,发电设备5为蒸汽轮机,焚烧所产生的蒸汽用于发电设备5的发电;氨气与水在混合罐423内搅拌混合,输送罐424与处理炉43的相连通处炉膛温度控制在850℃~1100℃。
F烟气在烟气处理装置4进行飞灰的脱硝以及重金属脱离处理,烟气通过飞灰收集室411收集后,在混合室413和来自粉煤输送管412的粉煤混合后送入处理炉43内加热处理的温度控制在1200℃~1800℃。
