技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生物质颗粒燃料炊事、取暖两用炉,为一种以生物质颗粒为燃料,实现其高效清洁燃烧,并将产生的热能用于炊事和取暖的一种燃烧与热能利用装置,属于热能工程技术领域。
背景技术
我国目前正面临着严重的能源供应和利用以及与其相关的环境问题。以煤炭为例,不仅供应紧张、价格迅速上涨,而且在民用和部分工业利用过程中存在效率低、污染严重等问题。另外,燃煤释放出大量CO2,它是一种典型的温室气体,导致全球气候异常。因此,减少对矿物质燃料的依赖、大力开发利用可再生能源,当前在国际和国内都是急需解决的问题。
生物质能源是一种可再生能源,我国生物质资源丰富。利用草本和木本生物质生产出来的颗粒燃料,可以用来替代煤炭。它不仅能够提供更多的能源,还具有燃烧效率高、污染物排放少等特点。燃用生物质颗粒燃料,不仅SO2排放极少,NOx排放低,还具有“CO2零排放”的特点,因此受到各国的重视。
与煤炭不同,生物质颗粒燃料的挥发分含量比较高,传统燃煤炉具不宜直接用来燃烧生物质颗粒燃料,否则会产生燃烧不完全现象;即使是针对生物质颗粒燃料专门设计的炉具,也会由于设计不当而产生燃烧不完全等不良现象,影响生物质能源的广泛应用。因此,必须为生物质颗粒燃料设计和开发一种适当的燃烧装置,才能实现生物质颗粒燃料的高效燃烧及其产生的热能的高效利用。目前已有的生物质燃料利用设备或者是气化-燃烧装置,或者是半气化-燃烧装置,它们的结构复杂,热利用效率偏低;国外的生物质颗粒燃料燃烧设备仅用于供暖,且结构复杂,价格昂贵。
实用新型内容本实用新型的目的是提供一种生物质颗粒燃料炊事取暖两用炉。它结构简单、操作方便,可以实现生物质颗粒燃料的高效和清洁燃烧,特别适用于满足城镇、乡村居民家庭和其他小型规模的炊事、采暖需求。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种生物质颗粒燃料炊事取暖两用炉,含有主燃烧系统、给料系统以及由灶台和热交换器构成的热利用系统,其特征在于:所述的燃烧系统包括燃烧室,设置在燃烧室内的中心带凸起状的布风板以及设置在布风板下部且与布风板相连的振动机构,所述布风板上开设有布风口;在所述的灶台和燃烧室之间设有燃烬系统,该燃烬系统由外炉墙,内炉墙,内外炉墙之间的二次风预热室和燃烬室组成,在所述的外炉墙上设有进风口,在内炉墙上设有通风口。
在上述方案中,所述的二次风预热室断面为圆环形或方环形。所述的给料系统由料仓和给料及控制机构构成,给料及控制机构采用连续或者间歇式结构。
本实用新型与现有相关技术相比,具有以下优点及突出性效果:①本实用新型是针对生物质颗粒燃料专门设计的燃烧装置,燃烧室中的布风板和振动机构不仅起到了均匀分布燃料的作用,还为燃料燃烧提供了良好的供风条件,并能够保证长期通畅运行。②二次风被送入炉膛之前,被紧凑设计于内、外炉墙之间的二次风预热室加热至较高温度,保证二次风的引入不会使炉膛温度降低;更为重要的是,二次风提供的氧气促进了炉膛内烟气中可燃成分的充分燃烧,为生物质颗粒燃料的充分燃烧提供了保证,燃烧效率不低于98%,烟气中CO浓度仅为20ppm左右。③生物质颗粒燃料燃烧产生的热能被两级利用,首先用于炊事,然后用于采暖,保证了热能的充分利用,大大提高了炉具的热效率,采用该炉具可以大幅度提高生物质能源的利用效率。④本实用新型具有模块化特点,多台炉具组合以后可以形成热功率更大的供热装置,方便灵活。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的具体实施及工作过程。
本实用新型提供的生物质颗粒燃料炊事取暖两用炉,该炉主要包括主燃烧系统、燃烬系统、给料系统以及由灶台和热交换器构成的热利用系统;主燃烧系统由燃烧室3和布风板4及与布风板相连的振动机构5构成,布风板的中心带凸起状,在布风板的上面还开设有布风口7,振动机构5安装在布风板的下面;在运行过程中,马达17驱动振动机构5,使得布风板上下振动,防止布风口7被灰烬堵塞,保证布风口畅通,进而保证为生物质颗粒燃料提供一个良好的供风条件。在布风板4及其振动机构5营造的良好供风条件下实现充分热解和燃烧反应。一次燃烧所需要的空气由进风口6进入布风板下部,然后通过开设在布风板4上面的布风口7进入燃烧室3;燃烧所产生的灰烬通过布风口7落入下面的灰斗8。
燃烬系统设置在所述的灶台15和燃烧室3之间,该燃烬系统由外炉墙11,内炉墙12,内、外炉墙之间的二次风预热室13和燃烬室9组成,在所述的外炉墙上设有进风口10,在内炉墙上设有通风口14。燃烧室中生成的高温烟气进入燃烬室9,然后进行二次燃烧,将燃料化学能充分转化为热能,所需要的氧气由二次风提供,该二次风首先由进风口10进入位于外炉墙11和内炉墙12之间的环形预热室13内被加热,然后通过开设在内炉墙12上面的通风口14进入燃烬室9。
热利用系统由灶台15和换热器16构成,经过两次燃烧产生的高温烟气首先在灶台15内供炊事使用,然后经过换热器16将热量传递给循环水供采暖使用,排出换热器16的烟气还可以流过农户家庭的热炕进一步利用其中的热能,最后通过烟囱排向大气。给料系统由料仓1和给料及控制机构2构成,可以按照设计要求连续或者间歇式地将储藏在料仓内的生物质颗粒燃料自动送入燃烧室。

1.一种生物质颗粒燃料炊事取暖两用炉,含有主燃烧系统、给料系统以及由灶台和热交换器构成的热利用系统,其特征在于:所述的燃烧系统包括燃烧室(3),设置在燃烧室内的中心带凸起状的布风板(4)以及设置在布风板下部且与布风板相连的振动机构(5),所述布风板上开设有布风口(7);在所述的灶台和燃烧室之间设有燃烬系统,该燃烬系统由外炉墙(11),内炉墙(12),内外炉墙之间的二次风预热室(13)和燃烬室(9)组成,在所述的外炉墙上设有进风口(10),在内炉墙上设有通风口(14)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的生物质颗粒燃料炊事取暖两用炉,其特征在于:所述的二次风预热室断面为圆环形或方环形。
3.按照权利要求1所述的生物质颗粒燃料炊事取暖两用炉,其特征在于:所述的给料系统由料仓(1)和给料及控制机构(2)构成,所述的给料及控制机构采用连续或者间歇式结构。
