[0002] 锅炉作为一种日常生产生活常用的加热设备。现有技术中有机热载体锅炉以燃煤为主,采用层状燃烧方式,燃烧设备以固定手烧炉、链条炉、往复排炉和振动排炉等形式,现有的循环流化床锅炉,虽然属动态燃烧,燃尽率较高,但是高正压燃烧尘大,尽管在炉膛出口处加设一个分离器,用于收集部分烟灰返回炉膛燃烧,该锅炉存在循环烟灰浓度大、受热面磨损严重、煤燃烧率低、环境污染严重的弊端。
[0003] 随着国家改革开放的不断深入,工、农业生产及国民生活对能源需求量不断增加、 矿产资源的逐步枯竭、环境污染问题日益尖锐,为贯彻国家可持续发展战略,向再生能源及清洁能源方向发展已经形成趋势。目前,中国工业、农业生产使用的热风锅炉特别是农业加工业等生产使用的锅炉基本以煤为主要燃料,不仅浪费矿产资源,而且排放量特别大。
[0004] 目前,高杆作物种植面积大,秸杆产能更大。中国各级政府曾出台各种政策,如秸杆还田、加工饲料、造粒发电等进行补贴,主要目的只有一个就是“秸杆禁烧”,然而实际情况并没有得到根本改善。每到作物收获季节各地仍是浓烟滚滚,究其根本原因是政策的实施有一定的难度,换句话说就是不惠农。实践证明秸杆还田会在一定程度上增加种植户的减产风险,加工饲料与造粒发电运输成本过大,来自各方面的问题综合制约了秸杆焚烧问题的根治。发明内容
[0005] 本发明的一个主要目的在于克服现有技术中的至少一种缺陷,提供一种新能源智能化双旋锅炉。

[0007] 根据本发明的一个方面,提供新能源智能化双旋锅炉,包括:

[0009] 燃烧室,设置于所述炉体内,所述燃烧室包括依次连通的初燃室与再燃室;其中所述初燃室设为两个且分居所述再燃室两侧;
[0010] 送料系统,设置于所述炉体一侧,所述送料系统包括设置于所述初燃室内部的初燃挥发分解室、设置于所述炉体外部的燃料储备仓、分料锁气器、燃料送入螺旋叶板、设置于所述炉体侧壁的燃料口;
[0011] 排渣清灰系统,包括依次连通的降渣降尘室、螺旋出渣机、出渣管及出渣口;
[0012] 助燃输氧进风系统,包括依次连通的进氧送风风机、风管、供氧风集箱、供风胆底风套、料槽供风胆、热交换风通道、供风输氧孔及多孔供风管;
[0013] 烟气通道系统,依次连通初燃室、再燃室及排烟口;
[0014] 热风通道系统,依次连通自然风进口、低温风通道、低温风集箱、中温风通道、中温风集箱、高温风通道、高温风集箱及热风出口;
[0015] 其中,通过所述送料系统的送料电机运转进而驱动分料锁气器均匀分料,所述燃料送入螺旋叶板将燃料储备仓内的燃料经燃料口送入所述初燃挥发分解室分解,以及依次经过初燃室、再燃室燃尽,燃烧后尾气经排烟口排出,废渣经螺旋出渣机、出渣管及出渣口排出;
[0016] 与此同时,自然风经自然风进口进入炉体,依次经过低温风通道、低温风集箱、中温风通道、中温风集箱、高温风通道、高温风集箱,最后经所述热风出口导出。
[0017] 根据本发明的一实施方式,所述初燃挥发分解室呈倒锥状,其下部设有与燃料送入螺旋叶板配合的开口,所述开口为送料通道。
[0018] 根据本发明的一实施方式,所述初燃挥发分解室内侧设有一环槽及设置于所述环槽内的电动点火装置,所述电动点火装置采用预热点火方式点火。
[0019] 打开设备运行总开关,机体开始运行送料,在预热初燃室温度为300°C以下时,所述电动点火装置启动,电动点火装置的预热管升温达到600°C,此时燃料开始逐步燃烧分解,随着温度逐步上升,电动点火装置会自动停止,送料系统、热风通道系统、助燃输氧进风系统开始正常工作。
[0020] 根据本发明的一实施方式,所述多孔供风管、料槽供风胆均设有通风孔。
[0021] 根据本发明的一实施方式,所述燃烧室上方设有风载体气化室,所述风载体气化室采用高密度耐火板组成,且所述风载体气化室的前后两端均与风集箱连通作为通风道。
[0022] 根据本发明的一实施方式,所述燃烧室中均横向布设若干载风通风管,能起到热交换、降尘、定型的作用。[〇〇23] 根据本发明的一实施方式,所述燃烧室上端烟火室中纵向布设两个烟火室载体隔板,将烟火室分割成两个扇形状的烟火室及一个中心烟火通道,烟火从初燃室的扇形状的烟火室下进上出,进入再燃室内的高温烟道,通过二次点火口高温点火形成再次燃烧从而彻底燃尽,同样从中心烟火通道下部进入上部导出后经再燃室燃烧,最后经烟气出炉通道及排烟口排出。
[0024] 根据本发明的一实施方式,所述初燃挥发分解室上方设有一气化室仓,所述气化室仓横截面呈“人”字形。
[0025] 由上述技术方案可知,本发明具备以下优点和积极效果中的至少之一:
[0026] (1)本发明中燃料从初燃挥发分解室的下部进入,分层分段燃烧,提高了燃料利用率及热效率,同时避免能源浪费;
[0027] (2)本发明中采用助燃输氧进风系统供氧送风,有效提高了燃烧速度及燃烧质量;
[0028] (3)本发明中供风输氧过程是通过多孔供风管及料槽供风胆供风,达到了燃烧无死角、供氧均衡、充分燃烧的效果;
[0029] (4)燃料经过初燃分解后通过供料机械的顶力将燃料推翻,以及通过再燃室再次供氧燃烧,通过二次点火口将烟气中的可燃气体彻底燃尽,实现无烟排放;
[0030] (5)自然风进入炉体后经低温风通道、低温风集箱、中温风通道、中温风集箱、高温风通道、高温风集箱逐层升温,热交换彻底,节约能源。附图说明

[0042]如图2、3所示,所述燃烧室设置于所述炉体44内,所述燃烧室包括依次连通的初燃室与再燃室89,其中所述初燃室设为两个且分居所述再燃室89的两侧。如图1、2所述,所述送料系统设置于所述炉体44 一侧,所述送料系统包括设置于所述初燃室内部的初燃挥发分解室75、设置于所述炉体44外部的燃料储备仓、分料锁气器(图中未示)、燃料送入螺旋叶板 6、设置于所述炉体44侧壁的燃料口 43。如图1、2所示,所述排渣清灰系统包括依次连通的降渣降尘室13、螺旋出渣机、出渣管55及出渣口68。如图1、3、4所示,所述助燃输氧进风系统包括依次连通的进氧送风风机2、风管3、供氧风集箱4、供风胆底风套7、料槽供风胆9、热交换风通道10、供风输氧孔11及多孔供风管12,所述进氧送风风机2设置于风机底座1上。如图2 所示,所述送料系统采用送料电机61驱动,所述送料电机61的底部设有电机座60,以及设置于送料电机61输出端的送料电机变速箱62,所述燃料送入螺旋叶板6设置于送料主轴5上, 所述送料主轴5的两端设有轴承座63。[〇〇43]如图1、2所示,所述燃料储备仓的顶部为一敞口,其内部设有第一下料斜板50、第二下料斜板51,所述第一下料斜板50设置于两侧,所述第二下料斜板51设置于两个第一下料斜板50之间,且围成一个具有上宽下窄结构的下料机构。该下料机构的底部设有一燃料入口 52。具体操作是,将燃料放入所述燃料储备仓内,在燃料自身重力的作用下,沿所述第一下料斜板50、第二下料斜板51经燃料入口 52进入,在所述送料电机61的驱动下,所述燃料送入螺旋叶板6将燃料送入所述初燃挥发分解室75内。[〇〇44]如图2、3所示,所述初燃挥发分解室75呈倒锥状,其下部设有与燃料送入螺旋叶板 6配合的开口,所述开口为送料通道。所述初燃挥发分解室75内侧设有一环槽77,所述环槽 77用于安装电动点火装置8,所述电动点火装置8采用预热点火方式点火。进一步地,在预热初燃室温度为300°C以下时,所述电动点火装置8启动,所述电动点火装置8的预热管(图中未示)升温达到600°C,此时燃料开始逐步燃烧分解,随着温度逐步上升,电动点火装置8会自动停止,送料系统、热风通道系统、助燃输氧进风系统开始工作。其中,所述进氧送风风机 2经外界的空气栗入,依次经过风管3、供氧风集箱4及供风胆底风套7后,向所述料槽供风胆 9的上部流动,所述热交换风通道10与所述料槽供风胆9连通,同时所述热交换风通道10还设有供风输氧孔11及多孔供风管12。进一步地,所述多孔供风管12、料槽供风胆9均设有通风孔(图中未示),通过通风孔输送空气,有助于充分燃烧。[〇〇45]如图2、3所示,所述燃料在初燃挥发分解室75内燃烧,随时所述燃料送入螺旋叶板 6源源不断的送入燃料,燃料不断的被点燃,经燃烧挥发,其燃烧的灰渣经所述初燃挥发分解室75的顶部向其四周溢出,落在所述初燃挥发分解室75外侧的降渣降尘室13,进而通过螺旋出渣机、出渣管及出渣口 68排出。[〇〇46] 其中,在所述螺旋出渣机包括出灰出渣链轮64,所述出灰出渣链轮64设为两个且分别设置于出渣管55的顶部与底部,将出灰链条66收尾连接且设置于所述的两个出灰出渣链轮64上;还包括用于驱动出灰出渣链轮64运转的变速电机65。具体操作时,通过所述变速电机65驱动出灰出渣链轮64旋转,进而带动所述出灰链条66运转。进一步地,所述出灰链条 66上设有排渣链齿67,所述排渣链齿67有助于将灰渣排出。所述降渣降尘室13的底部设有泻渣泻灰斜板70,所述泻渣泻灰斜板70靠近螺旋出渣机的一侧向下倾斜,有利于将灰尘、灰渣聚集,进而通过螺旋出渣机、出渣管55及出渣口排出。[〇〇47]如图2、3所示,经初燃挥发分解室75燃烧的烟气及灰尘向上流动,由于所述初燃挥发分解室75上方设有一气化室仓16,所述气化室仓16横截面呈“人”字形。烟气及灰尘经所述气化室仓16时其流动方向发生改变,具体为向所述气化室仓16的仓顶76流动,至I」达仓顶 76后,向其两侧流动,所述气化室仓16将未能燃尽的可燃气体溢出到烟火燃烧通道73参与燃烧,增加了烟气及灰尘在气化室仓16的停留时间,有利于充分燃烧。同时,所述气化室仓 16的顶部为泻灰面74,灰渣、灰尘落在所述泻灰面74上时,在自身重力作用下顺着所述泻灰面74落入降渣降尘室13内。[〇〇48]如图5所示,所述燃烧室上端烟火室85中纵向布设两个烟火室载体隔板83,将烟火室86分割成两个扇形状的烟火室及一个中心烟火通道,烟火从初燃室的扇形状的烟火室下进上出,进入再燃室89内的高温烟道23,通过二次点火口 18高温点火形成再次燃烧从而彻底燃尽,同样从中心烟火通道下部进入上部导出,最后经所述烟气出炉通道35及排烟口41 排出。
[0049] 本发明所述新能源智能化双旋锅炉中,所述烟气通道系统依次连通初燃室、再燃室89及排烟口 41;所述热风通道系统依次连通自然风进口 57、低温风通道14、低温风集箱 78、中温风通道15、中温风集箱27、高温风通道、高温风集箱38、热风出口 59;其中所述的高温风通道包括第一高温风通道25及第二高温风通道29。其中,通过所述送料电机61运转进而驱动分料锁气器均匀分料,所述燃料送入螺旋叶板6将燃料储备仓内的燃料经燃料口 43 送入所述初燃挥发分解室75分解,以及依次经过初燃室、再燃室89燃尽,燃烧后尾气经排烟口 41排出,废渣经螺旋出渣机、出渣管55及出渣口 68排出。与此同时,自然风经自然风进口 57进入炉体44,经过低温风集箱78、烟火热交换室、中温风集箱27、烟气热交换室、高温风集箱38,最后经所述热风出口 59导出。同时,自然风经自然风进口 57进入炉体44,依次经过低温风通道14、低温风集箱78、中温风通道15、中温风集箱27、高温风通道、高温风集箱38,最后经所述热风出口 59排出。
[0050] 本发明中,在所述低温风集箱78中设有一传感器79,所述传感器79为氮氧化物传感器,用于检测进入的自然风的氮氧浓度;当然在排烟口 41处也设有氮氧化物传感器,用于检测排出气体中氮氧浓度。
[0051] 在本实施例中,所述烟火热交换室、烟气热交换室中均横向布设若干载风通风管, 能起到热交换、降尘、定型的作用。[〇〇52] 本发明的发明人经过多年与基层群众接触加之二十余年锅炉设计及制造经验,最终设计了本申请新能源智能化双旋锅炉来解决秸杆焚烧、原有农产品加工业燃煤排放、加工饲料及造粒发电运输成本大等问题。
[0053] 目前产粮地是秸杆的主要产出区域,粮多的地方秸杆亦多,目前粮食烘干锅炉基本使用燃煤锅炉,这样不仅排放大,重要的是造成能源浪费更大,如中国黑龙江省龙江县现有粮食烘干塔(日烘干100-500吨粮食)500座,每座烘干塔日耗煤量10-50吨。以日烘干粮食 200吨塔为例,日耗煤量13吨,生产周期120天,合计耗煤1560吨,如使用智能化双旋锅炉以秸杆大颗粒为燃料,日烘干粮食200吨耗秸杆颗粒6吨,节能50 %以上,且排放达标,同时可降低秸杆运输成本,就地取材、就地消化、利国利民。
[0054] 综上所述,本发明中燃料从初燃挥发分解室的下部进入,分层分段燃烧,提高了燃料利用率及热效率,同时避免能源浪费;本发明中采用助燃输氧进风系统供氧送风,有效提高了燃烧速度及燃烧质量;本发明中供风输氧过程是通过多孔供风管及料槽供风胆供风,达到了燃烧无死角、供氧均衡、充分燃烧的效果;燃料经过初燃分解后通过供料机械的顶力将燃料推翻,以及通过再燃室再次供氧燃烧,通过二次点火口将烟气中的可燃气体彻底燃尽,实现无烟排放;自然风进入炉体后经低温风通道、低温风集箱、中温风通道、中温风集箱、高温风通道、高温风集箱逐层升温,热交换彻底,节约能源。

Claims (8)
1.新能源智能化双旋锅炉,其特征在于,包括:炉体;燃烧室,设置于所述炉体内,所述燃烧室包括依次连通的初燃室与再燃室;其中所述初 燃室设为两个且分居所述再燃室两侧;送料系统,设置于所述炉体一侧,所述送料系统包括设置于所述初燃室内部的初燃挥 发分解室、设置于所述炉体外部的燃料储备仓、分料锁气器、燃料送入螺旋叶板、设置于所 述炉体侧壁的燃料口;排渣清灰系统,包括依次连通的降渣降尘室、螺旋出渣机、出渣管及出渣口;助燃输氧进风系统,包括依次连通的进氧送风风机、风管、供氧风集箱、供风胆底风套、 料槽供风胆、热交换风通道、供风输氧孔及多孔供风管;烟气通道系统,依次连通初燃室、再燃室及排烟口;热风通道系统,依次连通自然风进口、低温风通道、低温风集箱、中温风通道、中温风集 箱、高温风通道、高温风集箱及热风出口;其中,通过所述送料系统的送料电机运转进而驱动分料锁气器均匀分料,所述燃料送 入螺旋叶板将燃料储备仓内的燃料经燃料口送入所述初燃挥发分解室分解,以及依次经过 初燃室、再燃室燃尽,燃烧后尾气经排烟口排出,废渣经螺旋出渣机、出渣管及出渣口排出;与此同时,自然风经自然风进口进入炉体,依次经过低温风通道、低温风集箱、中温风 通道、中温风集箱、高温风通道、高温风集箱,最后经所述热风出口导出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新能源智能化双旋锅炉,其特征在于,所述初燃挥发分解室呈 倒锥状,其下部设有与燃料送入螺旋叶板配合的开口,所述开口为送料通道。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新能源智能化双旋锅炉,其特征在于,所述初燃挥发分解 室内侧设有一环槽及设置于所述环槽内的电动点火装置,所述电动点火装置采用预热点火 方式点火。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的新能源智能化双旋锅炉,其特征在于,所述初燃挥发分解 室上方设有一气化室仓,所述气化室仓横截面呈“人”字形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新能源智能化双旋锅炉,其特征在于,所述多孔供风管、料槽 供风胆均设有通风孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新能源智能化双旋锅炉,其特征在于,所述燃烧室上方设有风 载体气化室,所述风载体气化室采用高密度耐火板组成,且所述风载体气化室的前后两端 均与风集箱连通作为通风道。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的新能源智能化双旋锅炉,其特征在于,所述燃烧室中均横 向布设若干载风通风管,能起到热交换、降尘、定型的作用。
8.根据权利要求1所述的新能源智能化双旋锅炉,其特征在于,所述燃烧室上端烟火室 中纵向布设两个烟火室载体隔板,将烟火室分割成两个扇形状的烟火室及一个中心烟火通 道,烟火从初燃室的扇形状的烟火室下进上出,进入再燃室内的高温烟道,通过二次点火口 高温点火形成再次燃烧从而彻底燃尽,同样从中心烟火通道下部进入上部导出后经再燃室 燃烧,最后经烟气出炉通道及排烟口排出。
