Claims (13)

1. Postupak miješanja sastava od dvije ili više sastojaka, pri čemu sastojci sadrže jednu ili više termolabilnih komponenti, pri čemu je sastav dobiven kao rezultat amorfna ili heterogeno homogena, taj postupak sadrži miješanje sastojaka u termokinetičkoj komori (MC) za miješanje, pri čemu osovina (2, 23) termokinetičke mješalice radi pri prvoj brzini u prvom vremenskom razdoblju dok se ne dostigne unaprijed određena vrijednost, kada se brzina osovine podesi na drugu brzinu tokom drugog vremenskog, pri čemu postupak miješanja neprekinut između prvog i drugog vremenskog razdoblja, pri čemu termolabilne komponente sadrže jedan ili više aktivnih farmaceutskih sastojaka i/ili jedan ili više polimernih farmaceutski prihvatljivih ekscipijensa, i pri čemu je kraj prvog vremenskog razdoblja pretežno prije no što temperatura komore za miješanje (MC) dosegne temperaturu prijelaza na smicanje ili točku taljenja bilo koje komponente sastojaka, ili pri čemu, je kraj prvog vremenskog razdoblja unaprijed određeno vremensko razdoblje i promjena druge brzine se napravi automatski pomoću termokinetičke mješalice na kraju prvog vremenskog razdoblja, ili pri čemu je kraj prvog vremenskog razdoblja prije no što temperatura komore za miješanje (MC) dosegne temperaturu prijelaza na smicanje aktivnog farmaceutskog sastojka u sastojcima, ili pri čemu kraj je prvog vremenskog razdoblja pretežno prije no što temperatura komore za miješanje (MC) dosegne temperaturu prijelaza na smicanje farmaceutski prihvatljivog ekscipijensa u sastojcima, naznačen time što je druga brzina veća od prve brzine.
2. Taj postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu sastojci sadrže najmanje jedan polimer osjetljiv na toplinu.
3. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu drugo vremensko razdoblje je pet posto ili više, ili 10 posto ili više od prvog vremenskog razdoblja.
4. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je na kraju drugog vremenskog razdoblja brzina vrtnje osovine promijenjena s druge brzine na treću brzinu tokom trećeg vremenskog razdoblja budući dostigne unaprijed određenu vrijednost, specifično, pri čemu taj postupak miješanja je neprekinut između drugog i trećeg vremenskog razdoblja.
5. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je kraj drugog vremenskog razdoblja prije nego što se aktivni farmaceutski sastojak razgradi toplinom, posebno pri čemu su na kraju drugog vremenskog razdoblja taj aktivni farmaceutski sastojak i farmaceutski prihvatljiv ekscipijens tih sastojaka amorfni.
6. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je prva brzina veća od 1000 obrtaja u minuti i druga brzina je 200 do 400, 200 do 1000 ili 200 do 2500 obrtaja u minuti veća od prve brzine.
7. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu termolabilne komponente sadrže najmanje jedan aktivni farmaceutski sastojak i najmanje jedan polimerni farmaceutski prihvatljiv ekscipijens, i pri čemu je kraj prvog vremenskog razdoblja prije nego što temperatura komore za miješanje (MC) dosegne prijelaznu temperaturu smicanja ili točku taljenja bilo kojeg aktivnog farmaceutskog sastojka ili polimernog farmaceutski prihvatljivog ekscipijensa u tim sastojcima.
8. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu je aktivni farmaceutski sastojak izabran od antibiotika, analgetika, cjepiva, antikonvulzivi, sredstva protiv dijabetesa, sredstva protiv gljivica, antineoplastičnih sredstva, antiparkinsonskih sredstva, antireumatskih sredstva, sredstva za suzbijanje apetita, modifikatora biološkog odgovora, kardiovaskularnih sredstava, stimulansa središnjeg živčanog sustava, sredstva za kontracepciju, dijetetskih suplemenata, vitamina, minerala, lipida, saharida, metala, aminokiselina (i prekursora), nukleinskih kiselina i prekursora, kontrastnih sredstava, dijagnostičkih sredstava, agonista receptora dopamina, sredstva protiv erektilne disfunkcije, sredstva za fertilitet, gastrointestinalnih sredstava, hormona, imunomodulatora, sredstva protiv hiperkalcemije, stabilizatora stanica mastocita, relaksanasa mišića, nutritivnih sredstava, oftalmoloških sredstava, osteoporoznih sredstava, fizioterapeutskih sredstva, parasimptomimetici, parasimpatolitici, respiratornih sredstava, umirujućih hipnotičkih sredstava, sredstva membrane kože i sluzokože, sredstva koji utječu na odvikavanje od pušenja, steroida, simpatolici, sredstva za urinarni trakt, relaksanti maternice, vaginalnih sredstva, vazodilatatora, antihipertenzivi, hipertireozna sredstva, antihipertireozna sredstva, antiastmatika i sredstva za vertigo.
9. Termokinetička mješalica za proizvodnju farmaceutskog pripravka koji sadrži sastojak osjetljiv na toplinu, ta mješalica sadrži: (a) pretežno cilindričnu komoru za miješanje (MC); (b) osovinu (23, 24) smještenu kroz središnju os komore za miješanje (MC); (c) elektromotor (15) spojen na osovinu da bi učinkovito uticao na prijenos kretanja vrtnje na osovini (23, 24); (d) jednu ili više izbočina (25) iz osovine i okomito na dugu os osovine (23, 24); (e) jedan ili više termičkih senzora (20) spojenih na zid komore za miješanje (MC) i funkcionalan da otkrivaju toplinu ili temperaturu najmanje dijela unutrašnjosti komore za miješanje (MC); (f) uređaj s promjenjive frekvencijom spojen na motor (15); (g) vrata (6) smještena u zidu komore za miješanje (MC), učinkovita kada su otvorena tokom odvijanja postupka da sadržaj komore za miješanje (MC) prođe iz komore za miješanje (MC); i (h) elektronički upravljač u komunikaciji sa senzorima temperature, vrata (6) i uređaj s promjenljivom frekvencijom; pri čemu elektronički upravljač sadrži korisnički uređaj s ulaznim otvorom, mjerač vremena, elektronički memorijski uređaj konfiguriran za prihvaćanje korisničkog unosa procesnih parametara za dvije ili više faza ciklusa termokinetičkog miješanja, i monitor; pri čemu se unaprijed određeni procesni parametri spremaju u memorijski uređaj i prikazani su na monitoru tokom jedne ili više faza odvijanja postupka; i pri čemu, kada se ispuni jedan od unaprijed određenih parametara tijekom neke faze ciklusa obrade, elektronički upravljač automatski pomjera ciklus rada na slijedeću fazu, i pri čemu se unaprijed određene vrijednosti izabiru iz skupine koja sadrži temperaturu, brzinu vrtnje osovine, povučenu amperažu od strane elektromotora, vrijeme te faze ciklusa rada, i bilo koju kombinaciju navedenih, naznačen time što spomenuta naknadna faza koristi višu brzinu miješanja nego prethodna faza.
10. Termokinetička mješalica sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 9, pri čemu najmanje jedan od senzora temperature (20) otkriva infracrveno zračenje i pri čemu je razina zračenja izlazna vrijednost kao temperatura na monitoru.
11. Termokinetička mješalica sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 9, pri čemu je komora za miješanje (MC) s unutarnje strane obložena dijelovima unutarnje obloge.
12. Termokinetička mješalica sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 9, pri čemu prikaz izlaznih vrijednosti sadrži temperaturu komore, obrtaje motora u minuti, povučenu amperažu motora, proteklo vrijeme ciklusa, ili bilo koju kombinaciju navedenih.
13.
