Claims (3)
1. Postupak pretvaranja sirovine teškog ugljikovodika koji se sastoji od spojeva čija su vrelišta veća od 340°C, pri čemu navedeni postupak daje visoku fleksibilnost za proizvodnju propilena, benzina i srednjeg destilata, primjenjujući sljedeće korake kada proces radi u načinu rada maksimalnog propilena ili maksimalnog destilata:
a) korak katalitičkog krekiranja (FCC) teškog reza, koji proizvodi najmanje propilenski rez i benzinski rez u reaktoru s uzlaznom strujom s izlaznom temperaturom iz reaktora između 450°C i 650°C i omjerom C/O od između 2 i 20, ili u reaktoru sa silaznom strujom s izlaznom temperaturom iz reaktora između 480°C i 650°C i omjerom C/O od između 10 i 50, te u prisutnosti katalizatora koji sadrži aluminijev oksid, silicijev dioksid ili matricu silicijev dioksid-aluminijev oksid, pri čemu:
- kada postupak radi u režimu maksimalnog propilena, navedeni benzinski rez koji je proizveden u navedenom koraku katalitičkog krekiranja je C5-benzinski rez s konačnom točkom između 150°C i 220°C, pri čemu katalitičko krekiranje radi na izlaznoj temperaturi većoj od 600°C, a katalizator sadrži određeni udio zeolita ZSM5,
- kada proces radi u režimu maksimalnog destilata, navedeni benzinski rez koji je proizveden u navedenom koraku katalitičkog krekiranja je C5-150°C benzinski rez,
b) korak selektivnog hidrogeniranja (SHU) navedenog benzinskog reza koji je proizveden navedenim korakom katalitičkog krekiranja (FCC), koji radi pod sljedećim uvjetima: tlak između 0,5 i 5 MPa, temperatura između 80°C i 220°C, s prostornom brzinom tekućine po satu (LHSV) od između 1 h-1 i 10 h-1, prostorna brzina tekućine po satu je izražena u litrama punjenja po litri katalizatora na sat (l/l.h), te u prisutnosti katalizatora koji sadrži najmanje jedan metal iz skupine VIb i najmanje jedan neplemeniti metal iz skupine VIII, nanesen na poroznu podlogu, te pri čemu je težinski sadržaj oksida elementa skupine VIb između 4 i 20 težinskih%, a težinski sadržaj oksida elementa skupine VIII je manji od 15 težinskih%, korak selektivne hidrogenizacije (SHU) koji omogućuje hidrogeniranje diolefina prisutnih u navedenom benzinskom rezu i pretvorbu lakih spojeva sumpora iz navedenog benzinskog reza u spojeve sumpora više točke vrelišta,
c) korak destilacijskog odvajanja (SPLIT) benzina dobivenog iz koraka b), omogućavajući odvajanje dva reza: laganog benzinskog reza C5-Pf, i teškog benzinskog reza Pf-220°C, pri čemu temperatura Pf koja tvori granicu između lakog benzina i teškog benzina iznosi između 50°C i 80°C,
d) korak pročišćavanja (PUR) laganog benzinskog reza C5-Pf dobivenog iz koraka c), s ciljem smanjenja dušika na manje od 1 ppm po težini, poželjno manje od 0,2 ppm, kontaktom s adsorbentom odabranim iz aluminijevih oksida, silicijevog dioksida-aluminijevih oksida i molekularnih sita,
e) korak oligomerizacije (OLG) laganog benzinskog reza C5-Pf dobivenog iz koraka pročišćavanja (PUR), pri čemu su radni uvjeti navedenog koraka oligomerizacije (OLG) sljedeći:
kada proces radi u načinu rada s maksimalnim propilenom:
- temperatura između 120°C i 250°C,
- tlak između 3 i 6 MPa,
- katalizatori na bazi silicijevog dioksida-aluminijevog oksida;
kada proces radi u načinu rada s maksimalnim destilatom:
- temperatura između 150°C i 350°C,
- tlak između 3 i 6 MPa,
- katalizator na bazi kristalnog zeolita,
navedeni radni uvjeti koji omogućuju usmjeravanje proizvodnje na benzin ili srednji destilat,
f) korak odvajanja oligomera dobivenih na kraju koraka e), omogućuje oslobađanje najmanje dva reza:
- lagani benzinski rez PI-150°C,
- teški benzinski rez 150°C-220°C, i
- rez na 220°C+,
proces dalje radi prema sljedećim značajkama:
- kada proces radi u načinu rada s maksimalnim propilenom, lagani benzinski rez PI-150°C, teški benzinski rez 150°C-220°C i rez na 220°C+ koji su dobiveni iz koraka odvajanja oligomera recikliraju se u FCC,
- kada proces radi u načinu rada s maksimalnim destilatom, lagani benzinski rez PI-150°C se reciklira u FCC.
2. Postupak za pretvaranje sirovine teškog ugljikovodika, koji predstavlja visoku fleksibilnost za proizvodnju srednjeg destilata, benzina i propilena, prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što, kada postupak radi u načinu maksimalnog destiliranja, katalizator jedinice za oligomerizaciju se bira iz skupine koju čine zeoliti ferierit, ZSM-5, mordenit i ZSM-22, sami ili u smjesi, te je vrlo poželjno da se koristi zeolit ZSM-5.
3. Postupak za pretvaranje sirovine teškog ugljikovodika, koji predstavlja visoku fleksibilnost za proizvodnju srednjeg destilata, benzina i propilena, prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što jedinica za pročišćavanje (PUR) smještena uzvodno od jedinice za oligomerizaciju (OLG) koristi prethodno pranje vodom, nakon čega slijedi adsorpcija na adsorbentima kao što su aluminijevi oksidi, silicijev dioksid-aluminijevi oksidi ili molekularna sita, potonji se po mogućnosti temelje na NaX ili NaY zeolitima.
