Claims (14)
1. Solarni termalni kolektori ovog tipa uključujući tijelo kolektora s površinom apsorbera prilagođenom da bude izložena sunčevoj svjetlosti i da bude zagrijana na taj način i koji ima prolaz (73) za protok tekućine kroz susjednu površinu spomenutog apsorbera, pri čemu se spomenuto tijelo kolektora stvara iz dijelova (67, 70) tijela od materijala izabranog iz polimera i polimernih kompozita i koji su ljepljivo spojeni na dva ili više kompleta komplementarnih dijelova (72) površina spajanja s prostorima između navedenih kompleta, navedeni prolaz (73) za protok tekućine koji je pretežno kontinuiran i definiran u susjednim površinama spomenutih dijelova tijela u spomenutim prostorima, naznačen time što spomenuti prolaz (73) za protok tekućine je spljoštenog poprečnog presjeka, pri čemu poprečni presjek prolaza (73) za protok tekućine ima dimenziju paralelnu s površinom apsorbera veću od dimenzije okomite na prolaz površine apsorbera u odnosu na koji ima paralelna dimenzija: okomitoj dimenziji ne manja od 3:1, pri čemu navedeni dijelovi površine za lijepljenje (72) nadopunjuju profile (80, 81) površine odabrane za pružanje preko spomenutog dijela za vezivanje koji je duži od širine spomenute površine vezivanja (72).
2. Solarni termalni kolektor sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu dijelovi tijela sadrže dio (67) potpornog tijela prilagođen da bude postavljen na konstrukciju i dio (70) tijela površine apsorbera, poprečni presjek prolaza se stvori djelomično u svakom od dijelova tijela, prolaz protoka tekućine sadrži prolaz kontinuiranog sigmoidalnog prolaza koji se proteže od ulaznog otvora sklopa (36) do izlaznog otvora sklopa (37), spomenuti sklopovi ulaza i izlaza se prilagođavaju za spajanje prolaza protoka tekućine na krug rashladne tekućine.
3. Solarni termalni kolektor sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su dijelovi (67, 70) polimernog tijela tlačno oblikovani od za oblikovanje limova od kompozita vinil estera, uključujući stakloplastiku s jednim ili više punila, usporivača gorenja, pigmenata i aditivi za kontrolu skupljanja.
4. Solarni termalni kolektor sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu profil površine tog lijepljenog dijela sadrži više paralelnih grebena (80) i žljebova (81) koji tvore polisinusoidni presjek, grebene i žljebove orijentirani u osnovi paralelno u smjeru protoka u prolazima i prilagođeni da tvore labirint u kojem djeluje vezivni materijal za spajanje tih dijelova, površinski profil uključujući kontakt točke između dijelova tijela odabranih za održavanje optimalne debljine veze za vezivni materijal.
5. Solarni termalni kolektor sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je taj vezivni materijal ljepljivi sustav odabran od dvokomponentnih metakrilatnih ljepila.
6. Solarni termalni kolektor sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu ulazni i izlazni otvori sklopova sadrži armature (46) ulaznih i izlaznih otvora koje brzo naležu pri sklapanju i otpuštaju se pri rasklapanju postavljene u odgovarajućim komplementarnim dijelovima za montiranje ulaznog otvora i izlaznog otvora formirane na dijelu linije između spomenutih dijelova tijela, spomenutih ulaznih i izlaznih armaturnih dijelova spojeni u odgovarajuće dijelove za montažu kao dijelovi tijela koji su povezani.
7. Aparat za solarno termičko oblaganje sadrži solarni termalni kolektor sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 i uključuje:
odgovarajuće dijelove glave (12) i podnožja (16) formirane iz jednog dijela na suprotnim rubovima tijela kolektora, dio podnožja (16) je prilagođen surađivati u preklopu pretežno otpornom na vremenske prilike s dijelom (12) glave jednog ili više drugih tijela kolektora postavljenih na strukturi, spomenuti dijelovi glave i podnožja su međusobno povezani odgovarajućim dijelom koji je postavljen suprotno, komplementarni bočni rubovi (47, 50) spomenutog tijela kolektora i formiraju s njim tijelo obloge, spomenuti komplementarni bočni rubovi su prilagođeni i osigurani na vremenske prilike pretežno otpornog međusobnog sprezanja između spomenutog tijela obloge i susjednog spomenutog tijela obloge pričvršćenih na letve na spomenutoj strukturi, jedan od spomenutih bočnih rubova (47) spomenutog tijela kolektora u upotrebi preklapajući bočni rub (50) susjednog tijela kolektora i odabrana je završnu obradu spomenutog susjednog tijela na površini koja je u znatnoj mjeri u dodiru a koja se koristi na spomenutoj strukturi;
sredstvo za postavljanje na donjoj strani spomenutog tijela obloge i prilagođen da pričvrsti
spomenuto tijelo obloge na letve (10) na spomenutoj strukturi; i
priključci ulazne i izlazne tekućine spojeni između spomenutih dijelova (67, 70) tijela i, u uporabi, fluidno povezuju spomenuti prijelaz u vanjsku toplinu kruga fluida za razmjenu topline.
8. Aparat za solarno termičko oblaganje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 7 pri čemu je površina apsorbera spojena na jedan ili više solarnih fotonaponskih (PV) elemenata (44).
9. Aparat za solarno termičko oblaganje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu su dijelovi glave i podnožja i bočni rubni dijelovi izrađeni od polimernog kompozita, pretežno vodootporno preklapanje odgovarajućih dijelova glave i repa nadopunjeni uz pomoć elemenata labirinta osiguranih na jednoj ili obje glave i podnožja.
10. Aparat za solarno termičko oblaganje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu komplementarni bočni rubovi uključuju u sastavu elastičnu brtvenu traku (94).
11. Aparat za solarno termičko oblaganje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu je dio glave otvoren na donjoj strani ili unutar konstrukcije i uključuje šupljinu u kojoj su postavljeni jedan ili oba ulazna i izlazna priključka, pri čemu taj ulazni i izlazni priključak mogu biti procjenjeni budući se kolektor instalira.
12. Aparat za solarno termičko oblaganje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu ta sredstva za postavljanje sadrže pretežno L-oblikovane elemente (60), ti L-oblikovani elementi vežu s dijelom podnožja i prilagođeni su za uporabu da prođu ispod letve, pri čemu sadrže dio glave slijedećeg susjednog tijela obloge koje se naslanja na tu letvu.

Aparat za solarno termičko oblaganje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 12, uključujući letve, pri čemu te letve sadrže duguljasti valjanjem oblikovan metalni ili polimerni kompozitni segment koji ima par gornjih nosećih površina i par donjih nosećih površina, svaki par nosećih površina je izrađen pomoću periferne prirubnice i poda kanala; pri čemu je jedna ili obje gornje noseće površine izvedena s udubljenjima ili perforacijama da bi pružile otpor klizanju stopala, i/ili pri čemu je gornja površina jednog ili više donjih nosećih dijelova osigurana sa žljebom ili udubljenjem u koje se postavlja vijak da bi se omogućilo da se letve pričvrste vijkom na krovne rogove ili klinove, pri čemu L-oblikovani elementi sadrže dio za zavrtanje letve ili dijelove izrađene od jednog dijela ili pričvršćene na donju stranu tijela obloge u području dijela podnožja, i prilagođeni za uporabu za pričvršćivanje letve sa šipkom L-oblika ispod periferne prirubnice, pri čemu dio podnožja obuhvaća dio glave slijedećeg susjednog tijela obloge nasuprot gornjih površina te letve.
14. Aparat za solarno termičko oblaganje sukladno patentnim zahtjevima 7 i 8, pri čemu je površina apsorbera udubljena u njegov dio tijela u sjedištu solarnog niza koja obuhvaća najmanje zaštitni vanjski sloj od stakla, niz od solarnih ćelija i provodne kolektore, izolacijsku tankoslojnu podlogu pozadine i priključna sredstva koja osiguravaju završetak za spomenute kolektore.
