Claims (8)
1. Postupak za obradu leće, koji sadrži korake:
- zadržavanje poluproizvoda (20) pomoću usisne sile zadržavanja koja je aktivna tijekom cijelog ciklusa površinske obrade poluproizvoda (20), pri čemu navedeni poluproizvod (20) sadrži prednju površinu (20a), stražnju površinu (20b) nasuprot prednjoj površini (20a) i obodnu bočnu površinu (20c), pri čemu usisna sila zadržavanja djeluje na navedenu prednju površinu (20a);
- izvođenje ciklusa površinske obrade na navedenoj stražnjoj površini (20b); naznačeno time što postupak sadrži korak:
- aktiviranje sile zadržavanja pritiska ovisno o razini mehaničkih naprezanja koja djeluju na poluproizvod (20) tijekom ciklusa površinske obrade na navedenoj stražnjoj površini (20b), sila zadržavanja pritiska koja djeluje na navedenu stražnju površinu (20b);
pri čemu ciklus površinske obrade na navedenoj stražnjoj površini (20b) sadrži prvi korak u kojem se poluproizvod (20) drži primjenom i usisne sile zadržavanja na navedenoj prednjoj površini (20a) i sile zadržavanja pritiska na navedenu stražnju površinu (20b), i sljedeći korak u kojem se poluproizvod (20) drži primjenom samo usisne sile zadržavanja na navedenoj prednjoj površini (20a).
2. Postupak za obradu leće u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se sila zadržavanja pritiska aktivira ovisno o trenutnom položaju koji zauzima alatni stroj (30) u ciklusu površinske obrade.
3. Postupak za obradu leće u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što se sila zadržavanja pritiska održava aktivnom kada je alatni stroj (30) blizu vanjskog ruba stražnje površine (20b).
4. Postupak za obradu leće u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2 ili 3, naznačen time što sila zadržavanja pritiska nije aktivna kada je alatni stroj (30) blizu središnjeg dijela stražnje površine (20b).
5. Postupak za obradu leće u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što korak zadržavanja kroz usisnu silu zadržavanja sadrži aktiviranje usisne skupine kada se prednja površina (20a) naslanja na usisnu komoru (12) smještenu u prvom rotacijskom vratilu (11).
6. Postupak za obradu leće u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što sadrži, prije koraka zadržavanja kroz usisnu silu zadržavanja, korak prilagodbe deformabilnog potpornog elementa (16) na oblik prednje površine (20a).
7. Postupak za obradu leće u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što korak prilagodbe deformabilnog potpornog elementa (16) sadrži:
- oslanjanje prednje površine (20a) na deformabilni potporni element (16) kako bi se takvom deformabilnom potpornom elementu (16) dao oblik koji odgovara obliku prednje površine (20a);
i
- zaključavanje u položaju potpornog elementa (16) u tako odgovarajućem obliku.
8. Postupak za obradu leće u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što korak aktiviranja sile zadržavanja pritiska sadrži dovođenje drugog rotacijskog vratila (14), paralelnog s prvim rotacijskog vratilom (11), u njegov operativni položaj u kontaktu sa stražnjom površinom (20b) i vršenje pritiska na navedenu stražnju površinu (20b).
