Claims (12)

1. Postupak proizvodnje pripravka koji sadrži amorfni kalcijev aluminat konačnog molarnog omjera (RF) vapna i aluminijevog oksida odabranog unutar prethodno određenog opsega, koji je između donje granice (Ri) i gornje granice (Rs), pri čemu je navedena donja granica (Ri) različita od gornje granice (Rs), naznačen time što, a) prvi amorfni kalcijev aluminat je izabran, s prvim molarnim omjerom (R1) vapna i aluminijevog oksida, striktno nižim od donje granice (Ri) navedenog prethodno određenog opsega, a drugi amorfni kalcijev aluminat je izabran, s drugim molarnim omjerom (R2) vapna i aluminijevog oksida, striktno višim od gornje granice (Rs) navedenog prethodno određenog opsega, b) odgovarajuće količine navedenog prvog i drugog amorfnog kalcijevog aluminata koje se miješaju su određene tako da je konačni molarni omjer (RF) vapna i aluminijevog oksida amorfnog kalcijevog aluminata koji odgovara prosjeku navedenog prvog i drugog molarnog omjera (R1, R2) vapna i aluminijevog oksida, izmjerenom odgovarajućim količinama, unutar prethodno određenog opsega; c) navedeni prvi i drugi amorfni kalcijev aluminat se miješaju prema količinama određenim u koraku b).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što su, u koraku a), navedeni prvi i drugi amorfni kalcijev aluminat izabrani u obliku praha, a u koraku c), ti se prašci miješaju da bi se dobio navedeni pripravak koji sadrži amorfni kalcijev aluminat.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što su, u koraku a), prvi i drugi amorfni kalcijev aluminat izabrani u obliku klinkera, a u koraku c), navedeni klinkeri se miješaju zajedničkim usitnjavanjem da bi se dobio navedeni pripravak koji sadrži amorfni kalcijev aluminat.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je razlika između navedenog prvog i drugog molarnog omjera (R1, R2) vapna i aluminijevog oksida veća od ili jednaka 0,1, poželjno veća od ili jednaka 0,5, poželjno veća od ili jednaka 0,8.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 i 4, naznačen time što je navedeni prvi molarni omjer (R1) vapna i aluminijevog oksida navedenog prvog amorfnog kalcijevog aluminata u rasponu od 0,01 do 3, poželjno od 1 do 2.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 4 do 5, naznačen time što je navedeni drugi molarni omjer (R2) vapna i aluminijevog oksida navedenog drugog amorfnog kalcijevog aluminata u rasponu od 1,5 do 15, poželjno od 2 do 3.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 4 do 6, naznačen time što pripravak također sadrži organski spoj koji uključuje najmanje dvije hidrofilne funkcije i jedan hidrofobni lanac.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 4 do 7, naznačen time što pripravak također sadrži najmanje jedan spoj odabran iz skupine koju čine: kalcijev sulfat, Portland cement, ili njihova kombinacija, i proizvoljno jedan ili dva dodatka.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što pripravak, u odnosu na svoju ukupnu suhu masu, sadrži masu: - od 35% do 75%, poželjno od 35% do 50%, navedenog amorfnog kalcijevog aluminata kao što je definirano prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 4 do 7; - od 25% do 65%, poželjno od 50% do 65%, kalcijevog sulfata, i - od 0% do 5% dodatka.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što pripravak, u odnosu na svoju ukupnu suhu masu, sadrži masu: - od 2% do 30%, poželjno od 4% do 20%, navedenog amorfnog kalcijevog aluminata kao što je definirano prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 4 do 7, - od 4% do 40%, poželjno od 10% do 28%, kalcijevog sulfata, - od 30% do 94%, poželjno od 52% do 86%, Portland cementa, i - od 0% do 5% dodatka.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što pripravak, u odnosu na svoju ukupnu suhu masu, sadrži masu: - od 10% do 35%, poželjno od 20% do 30%, navedenog amorfnog kalcijevog aluminata kao što je definirano prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 4 do 7, - od 15% do 56%, poželjno od 30% do 55%, kalcijevog sulfata, - od 2% do 30%, poželjno od 4% do 20%, Portland cementa, i - od 0% do 5% dodatka.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što pripravak također sadrži masu agregata od 50% do 95%, poželjno od 60% do 90%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu pripravka.
