Claims (15)

1. Uređaj za raspodjelu i miješanje fluida za silazni katalitički reaktor, pri čemu navedeni uređaj sadrži: - najmanju jednu sabirnu zonu (A) koja sadrži najmanje jedno sredstvo za sakupljanje (5); - najmanje jedan u osnovi okomit sabirni kanal (7) koji može primiti reakcijski fluid koji se sakuplja navedenim sabirnim sredstvom (5) i najmanje jedno sredstvo za ubrizgavanje (8) koje se otvara u navedeni sabirni kanal (7) radi ubrizgavanja tekućine za gašenje; - najmanje jednu zonu za miješanje (B) smještenu nizvodno od navedenog sabirnog kanala (7) u smjeru cirkulacije fluida, navedena zona za miješanje (B) sadrži najmanje jedan prostor za miješanje (15) za miješanje fluida, duljine L1, navedena zona za miješanje (15) sadrži prvi kraj u komunikaciji s navedenim sabirnim kanalom (7) i drugi kraj u komunikaciji s prostorom za izmjenu (16) za izmjenu fluida, duljine L2, koji se nalazi ispod spomenutog prostora za miješanje (15), duljina L2 navedenog prostora za izmjenu (16) je strogo veća od duljine L1 navedenog prostora za miješanje (15) tako da se stvara strop (30) iznad navedenog prostora za izmjenu (16), te navedeni strop (30) sadrži najmanje jedan otvor (31) koji je pogodan za prolazak fluida iz navedenog prostora za izmjenu (16) prema distribucijskoj zoni (C); - najmanje jednu distribucijsku zonu (C) smještenu ispod zone za miješanje (B), nizvodno od navedene zone za miješanje (B) u smjeru strujanja fluida, navedena distribucijska zona (C) sastoji se od distribucijske ploče (12) koja podupire veći broj dimnjaka (13) i mnoštva vodoravnih ploča (33), smještenih ispod otvora (31) stropa (30) prostora za izmjenu (16), ali iznad dimnjaka (13) ili na dimnjacima (13) distribucijske ploče (12) distribucijske zone (C).
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što omjer između duljine L1 prostora za miješanje (15) i duljine L2 prostora za izmjenu (16) iznosi između 0,1 i 0,9.
3. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 2, naznačen time što postotak površine koju zauzimaju otvor(i) (31) iznosi između 20 i 100% u odnosu na ukupnu površinu stropa (30).
4. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je postotak površine zauzete otvorom (otvorima) (31) jednak 100% s obzirom na ukupnu površinu stropa (30).
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što su navedene vodoravne ploče (33) na visini od najviše 100 mm iznad dimnjaka (13) distribucijske ploče (12).
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što su navedene vodoravne ploče (33) na dimnjacima (13) distribucijske ploče (12) .
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što je površina poprečnog presjeka koju zauzimaju navedene vodoravne ploče (33) u rasponu od 2 do 95% površine poprečnog presjeka distribucijske zone (C).
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što su navedene vodoravne ploče (33) međusobno udaljene na udaljenosti između 1 i 50 mm.
9. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što je navedena zona za miješanje (B) izvan središta u odnosu na središnju os distribucijske zone (C), tvoreći dvije zone (Z1) i (Z2) na distribucijskoj ploči (12), čiji je omjer R, definiran kao omjer između površine zone (Z1) i zone (Z2), obuhvaćen između 0 i 1, a vrijednosti 0 i 1 su isključene.
10. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što prostor za miješanje (15) sadrži dno (23) koje ima završni rub (27) koji je po obliku ukošen i tvori kut α u odnosu na uzdužni os XX' prostora za miješanje (15) između 20° i 70°.
11. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je sredstvo za ubrizgavanje (8) nadopunjeno mlaznicom koja se otvara izravno u navedeni sabirni kanal (7), pri čemu se navedena mlaznica sastoji od cijevi koja sadrži najmanje jedan otvor koji otvara se u navedeni sabirni kanal (7).
12. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što navedeni prostor za izmjenu (16) nadalje sadrži, na svojim bočnim stijenkama (20), mnoštvo bočnih prolaznih dijelova (17) prikladnih za prolazak fluida iz navedenog prostora za izmjenu (16) u navedenu distribucijsku zonu (C).
13. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži najmanje jedan bočni deflektor (32) smješten u navedenoj distribucijskoj zoni (C) okrenut prema barem jednom bočnom prolaznom dijelu (17).
14. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što je volumenski omjer između navedenog prostora za miješanje (15) i navedenog prostora za izmjenu (16) između 5 i 60%.
15. Silazni katalitički reaktor koji sadrži kućište (1) koje obuhvaća najmanje dva fiksna sloja katalizatora (2, 14) odvojena s međuzonom koja sadrži uređaj za raspodjelu i miješanje fluida prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14.
