Claims (15)

1. Uređaj za miješanje i distribuciju tekućina za katalitički reaktor sa strujanjem prema dolje, pri čemu navedeni uređaj sadrži: - barem jednu zonu sakupljanja (A) koja sadrži najmanje jedno sredstvo za sakupljanje (5); - barem jedan uglavnom okomit sabirni vod (7) prikladan za prihvaćanje reakcijske tekućine sakupljene pomoću navedenih sredstava za sakupljanje (5) i barem jedno sredstvo za injektiranje (8) koje se otvara u navedeni sabirni vod (7) za ubrizgavanje tekućine za gašenje; - barem jednu zonu miješanja (B), koja se nalazi nizvodno od navedenog sabirnog voda (7) u smjeru strujanja tekućina i u vezi je s navedenim sabirnim vodom (7), navedena zona miješanja (B) sadrži barem jedan spremnik za miješanje tekućina (15); - barem jednu distribucijsku zonu (C), koja se nalazi nizvodno od navedene zone miješanja (B) u smjeru strujanja tekućina, koja obuhvaća razdjelnu ploču (12) koja podržava veći broj dimnjaka (13); naznačen time da je navedena zona miješanja (B) smještena na istoj razini kao i distribucijska zona (C) i također sadrži barem jedan spremnik (16) za izmjenu tekućina, spojen na, i u vezi s, navedenim spremnikom za miješanje (15), navedeni spremnik za izmjenu (16) obuhvaća barem jedan bočni prolazni dio (17a, 17b) koji je prikladan za prolazak tekućina iz navedenog spremnika za izmjenu (16) do navedene distribucijske zone (C).
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je navedeni spremnik za miješanje (15) smješten iznad navedenog spremnika za izmjenu (16).
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je kumulativna ukupna visina H'2 spomenutog spremnika za miješanje (15) i spomenutog spremnika za izmjenu (16) u rasponu između 200 i 800 mm.
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 3, naznačen time da je širina W navedenog spremnika za izmjenu (16) u rasponu između 200 i 800 mm.
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da je dio navedenog spremnika za miješanje (15) i/ili navedenog spremnika za izmjenu (16) paralelogram.
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da je omjer volumena između navedenog spremnika za izmjenu (16) i navedenog spremnika za miješanje (15) u rasponu između 5 i 60%.
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da su bočni prolazni dijelovi (17a, 17b) raspoređeni na najmanje dvije razine.
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da navedeni spremnik za miješanje (15) i navedeni spremnik za izmjenu (16) tvore jedan dio.
9. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da sadrži sustav za raspršivanje tekućina, smješten ispod navedene razdjelne ploče (12), navedeni sustav za raspršivanje sadrži barem jedno sredstvo za raspršivanje (19) tekućina.
10. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da sredstvo za raspršivanje (19) je mreža, os navedene mreže je okomita na uzdužnu os okvira reaktora.
11. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da je navedeni spremnik za miješanje (15) smješten između dva izmjenjivačka spremnika (16).
12. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da navedeni spremnik za miješanje (15) sadrži barem jedna sredstva za skretanje na barem jednoj ili više unutarnjih stijenki navedenog spremnika za miješanje (15).
13. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da navedeni spremnik za izmjenu (16) sadrži mnoštvo vodoravnih prolaznih dijelova pogodnih za prolaz tekućina iz navedene zone za izmjenu (16) do razdjelne ploče (12).
14. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da spremnik ili spremnici (15) i/ili (16) najbliže razdjelnoj ploči (12) je (su) smješteni na udaljenosti "d" od navedene razdjelne ploče (12) koja je između 20 i 150 mm.
15. Katalitički reaktor sa strujanjem prema dolje koji sadrži kućište (1) koje sadrži najmanje dva nepomična sloja katalizatora (2, 14) odvojena među zonom naznačen time da sadrži uređaj za miješanje i raspodjelu tekućina prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14.
