Claims (15)
1. Uređaj za miješanje i distribuciju tekućina za katalitički reaktor sa strujanjem prema dolje, pri čemu navedeni uređaj sadrži:
- barem jednu zonu sakupljanja (A) koja sadrži najmanje jedno sredstvo za sakupljanje (5);
- barem jedan uglavnom okomit sabirni vod (7) prikladan za prihvaćanje reakcijske tekućine sakupljene pomoću navedenih sredstava za sakupljanje (5) i barem jedno sredstvo za injektiranje (8) koje se otvara u navedeni sabirni vod (7) za ubrizgavanje tekućine za gašenje;
- barem jednu zonu miješanja (B), koja se nalazi nizvodno od sredstava za sakupljanje (5) u smjeru strujanja tekućina, navedena zona miješanja (B) sadrži barem jednu komoru za miješanje (9) spojenu na navedeni sabirni vod (7) i izlazni kraj (10) za uklanjanje tekućina;
- barem jednu distribucijsku zonu (C), koja se nalazi nizvodno od navedene zone miješanja (B) u smjeru strujanja tekućina, koja obuhvaća razdjelnu ploču (12) koja se proteže radijalno preko cijelog dijela kućišta reaktora, navedena razdjelna ploča (12) sadrži barem jednu prvu zonu (C1) koja podržava veći broj dimnjaka (13) i drugu zonu (C2);
naznačen time da se navedena zona miješanja (B) sastoji od prstenastog kućišta (15) smještenog u distribucijskoj zoni (C), te su navedena zona miješanja (B) i distribucijska zona (C) ograničena najmanje jednom prstenastom stjenkom (16) koja obuhvaća barem jedan bočni prolazni dio (17a, 17b) koji je prikladan za prolazak tekućina iz navedene zone miješanja (B) do prve zone (C1) navedene distribucijske zone (C), te time da druga zona (C2) navedene distribucijske zone (C) sadrži mnoštvo otvora (18) pogodnih za djelomični prolaz tekućina izvan distribucijske zone (C).
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je navedeni prstenasti prostor (15) smješten na udaljenosti D od razdjelne ploče (12) u rasponu između 50 i 200 mm.
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je navedena prstenasta stjenka (16) navedenog prstenastog prostora (15) postavljena na udaljenosti d2 od kućišta reaktora, te navedena udaljenost d2 varira od 2% do 20% promjera reaktora.
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da je navedena komora za miješanje (9) postavljena na udaljenosti d1 od kućišta reaktora, te je navedena udaljenost d1 u rasponu između 5 i 300 mm.
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da je visina navedenog prstenastog prostora (15) u rasponu između 200 i 800 mm.
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da prstenasta stjenka (16) sadrži mnoštvo bočnih prolaznih dijelova (17a, 17b) raspoređenih na najmanje dvije razine.
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da je prstenasta stjenka (16) prstenastog prostora (15) uglavnom cilindrična.
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da je poprečni presjek komore za miješanje (9) dio paralelograma.
9. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da dio komore za miješanje (9) ima odnos između visine "h" dijela i širine "w" navedenog dijela u rasponu između 0.2 i 5.0.
10. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da je navedena komora za miješanje (9) kružnog presjeka i takva je da je promjer "d" navedene komore za miješanje u rasponu između 0.05 i 0.5 m.
11. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da sadrži dvije komore za miješanje (9).
12. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da navedena komora za miješanje (9) sadrži na barem jednoj od unutarnjih stijenki navedene komore za miješanje najmanje jedno sredstvo za skretanje tekućina.
13. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da također sadrži sustav raspršivanja koji je smješten ispod navedene razdjelne ploče (12), navedeni sustav raspršivanja sadrži barem jedan uređaj za raspršivanje (19).
14. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da su navedena zona miješanja (B) i distribucijska zona (C) razgraničene s dvije prstenaste stjenke (16) koje svaka sadrži barem jedan bočni prolazni dio (17a, 17b) prikladan za prolaz tekućina iz navedene zone miješanja (B) u prvu zonu (C1) navedene distribucijske zone (C).
15. Katalitički reaktor sa strujanjem prema dolje koji sadrži kućište (1) e sadrži najmanje dva nepomična sloja katalizatora (2, 14) odvojena među zonom naznačen time da sadrži uređaj za miješanje i raspodjelu tekućina prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14.
