Abstract
1. Реакторная установка (10), содержащая: ! несколько реакторов (12), соединенных друг с другом и содержащих, по меньшей мере, одну пару реакторов (12а, b), разделенных промежуточным местом (33); ! магистраль (25) подачи сырья, предназначенную для подачи сырьевого потока реагентов на вход (21а, b) более одного из указанных нескольких реакторов (12а, b); и ! отводящее устройство (30), соединенное с промежуточным местом (33) и способное направлять первую часть потока (32а) продукта, вышедшего из первого реактора (12а) указанной пары реакторов (12а, b), в первое место (40) и направлять вторую часть потока продукта на вход (21b) другого реактора (12b) указанной пары реакторов (12а, b). ! 2. Установка (10) по п.1, в которой первый реактор (12а) из нескольких реакторов (12а, b) содержит первую кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (56а), а второй реактор (12b) из нескольких реакторов (12а, b) содержит вторую кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (58а) и первая кольцеобразная каталитическая камера (56а) концентрически расположена внутри второй кольцеобразной каталитической камеры (58а). ! 3. Установка (10) по п.2, которая дополнительно содержит первую кольцеобразную камеру (60) сбора, расположенную между первой кольцеобразной каталитической камерой (56а) и второй кольцеобразной каталитической камерой (58а) и вторую кольцеобразную камеру (62) сбора, расположенную вокруг второй кольцеобразной каталитической камеры (58а). ! 4. Установка (10) по п.2, в которой выходящий поток (32а) первой кольцеобразной каталитической камеры (56а) подают во вторую кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (58а). ! 5. Установка (10) по п.3, в которой магистраль (25) подачи сырья соединена с первым входом (21а) в первую кольцео�
Claims (10)
1. Реакторная установка (10), содержащая:
несколько реакторов (12), соединенных друг с другом и содержащих, по меньшей мере, одну пару реакторов (12а, b), разделенных промежуточным местом (33);
магистраль (25) подачи сырья, предназначенную для подачи сырьевого потока реагентов на вход (21а, b) более одного из указанных нескольких реакторов (12а, b); и
отводящее устройство (30), соединенное с промежуточным местом (33) и способное направлять первую часть потока (32а) продукта, вышедшего из первого реактора (12а) указанной пары реакторов (12а, b), в первое место (40) и направлять вторую часть потока продукта на вход (21b) другого реактора (12b) указанной пары реакторов (12а, b).
2. Установка (10) по п.1, в которой первый реактор (12а) из нескольких реакторов (12а, b) содержит первую кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (56а), а второй реактор (12b) из нескольких реакторов (12а, b) содержит вторую кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (58а) и первая кольцеобразная каталитическая камера (56а) концентрически расположена внутри второй кольцеобразной каталитической камеры (58а).
3. Установка (10) по п.2, которая дополнительно содержит первую кольцеобразную камеру (60) сбора, расположенную между первой кольцеобразной каталитической камерой (56а) и второй кольцеобразной каталитической камерой (58а) и вторую кольцеобразную камеру (62) сбора, расположенную вокруг второй кольцеобразной каталитической камеры (58а).
4. Установка (10) по п.2, в которой выходящий поток (32а) первой кольцеобразной каталитической камеры (56а) подают во вторую кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (58а).
5. Установка (10) по п.3, в которой магистраль (25) подачи сырья соединена с первым входом (21а) в первую кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (56а) и соединена со вторым входом (21b) во вторую кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (58а).
6. Установка (10) по п.1, в которой первое место является участком (40) восстановления продукта, который способен разделять компоненты продукта.
7. Установка (10) по п.2, в которой третий реактор (12с) из нескольких реакторов (12) содержит третью кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (56b) и четвертый реактор (12d) из нескольких реакторов (12) содержит четвертую кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (58b) и катализатор может течь из первой кольцеобразной каталитической камеры (56а) в третью кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (56b) и из второй кольцеобразной каталитической камеры (58а) в четвертую кольцеобразную каталитическую камеру (58b).
8. Установка (10) по п.7, в которой магистраль (25) подачи сырья питает трубу (70), которая содержит проницаемую для текучей среды стенку (65), соединенную с указанной первой кольцеобразной каталитической камерой (56а).
9. Установка (10) по п.8, в которой магистраль (25) подачи сырья дополнительно питает распределительную магистраль (23), соединенную с указанной второй кольцеобразной каталитической камерой (58а).
10. Установка (10) по п.9, в которой труба (70) проходит через распределительную магистраль (23).
