Claims (11)

1. Uređaj za distribuciju plina (7), pogodan za upotrebu u uređaju za grijanje za zagrijavanje materijala u česticama, te uređaj za distribuciju plina obuhvaća: kućište koje ima uređaj za dovod plina (31) i sklop za odvod plina; kućište uključuje radnu gornju zonu, središnju zonu i radnu donju zonu, te je sklop za odvod plina predviđen u radnoj donjoj zoni; gdje se radna donja zona sužava, konvergira prema dolje; naznačen time što radna donja zona sadrži mnoštvo diskretnih prstenova (13) smanjujućeg raspona koji su smješteni barem djelomično jedan ispod drugoga tako da oblikuju stepenasti stožac, pri čemu je sklop za odvod plina definiran s okomito proširenim prstenastim prolazima između susjednih prstenova smanjujućeg raspona, pri čemu su prolazi u uporabi usmjereni prema dolje.
2. Uređaj za distribuciju plina prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što je donja zona u osnovi stožastog oblika.
3. Uređaj za distribuciju plina prema patentnom zahtjevu 2 naznačen time što je donja zona u obliku obrnutog konusa.
4. Uređaj za distribuciju plina prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva i naznačen time što uređaj za distribuciju plina uključuje cilindričnu srednju zonu, pri čemu je uređaj za dovod plina u protočnoj komunikaciji sa srednjom zonom.
5. Uređaj za distribuciju plina prema patentnom zahtjevu 4 naznačen time što uređaj za dovod plina sadrži najmanje jedan otvor predviđen na obodu srednje zone, koji otvor je u protočnoj komunikaciji sa spojnim kanalom za plin koji se od otvora pruža radijalno prema van.
6. Uređaj za distribuciju plina prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time što je gornja zona uređaja za distribuciju plina sužavajuće konfiguracije, te točnije ima uglavnom konusnu konfiguraciju.
7. Uređaj za grijanje pogodan za upotrebu u zagrijavanju materijala u česticama, te uređaj za grijanje obuhvaća: cilindričnu posudu koja ima radnu gornju zonu za skladištenje sirovine, zonu za prikupljanje plina koja se nalazi ispod zone za skladištenje sirovine, i gornju zonu grijanja koja se nalazi ispod zone za sakupljanje plina, pri čemu su gornja zona za skladištenje sirovine i gornja zona grijanja u protočnoj komunikaciji pomoću mnoštva dovodnih kanala koji se protežu između gornje zone za skladištenje sirovine i gornje zone grijanja kroz zonu za skupljanje plina; naznačen time što je uređaj za distribuciju plina smješten u gornjoj zoni grijanja uređaja za grijanje, pri čemu je uređaj za distribuciju plina uređaj za distribuciju plina kao što je zatraženo u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6.
8. Uređaj za grijanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 7 naznačen time što je uređaj za grijanje u obliku predgrijača za zagrijavanje mješavine grudastog i/ili zrnatog materijala prije punjenja materijala u postupak taljenja.
9. Sklop za grijanje za uporabu u grijanju krutog materijala, naznačen time što sklop za grijanje uključuje najmanje dva uređaja za grijanje kao što je zatraženo u bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 ili 8.
10. Sklop za grijanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 9 naznačen time što su uređaji za grijanje sklopa za grijanje spojeni u njegovoj radnoj donjoj zoni pomoću dovodnih vodova koji redom spajaju sve uređaje na ciljno odredište.
11. Sklop za grijanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 10 naznačen time što je ciljno odredište postupak taljenja.
