Abstract
Description
― この装置は、流体の混合および分配の有効性、特に高い流体流量(クエンチ流体および/または反応流体)の観点から、十分であるとは言い難い;
― この装置は、かなりかさ高く、それ故に、このような装置を用いる反応器内で失われたスペースが、触媒の使用可能量に影響を与えている。
― 少なくとも1個の収集手段を備える少なくとも1個の収集帯域と;
― 前記収集手段によって収集された反応流体を受けることが可能な少なくとも1個の実質上垂直な収集管と、クエンチ流体を注入するために前記収集管内へと開口した少なくとも1個の注入手段と;
― 流体の流れ方向における前記収集管の下流に位置する少なくとも1個の混合帯域であって、前記混合帯域は、長さL1の流体混合チャンバを少なくとも1個備え、前記混合チャンバは、前記収集管と連通する第1端部と、前記混合チャンバの下方に位置する長さL2の流体交換チャンバと連通する第2端部とを備え、前記交換チャンバの長さL2は、前記混合チャンバの長さL1より厳密に長く、これにより前記交換チャンバにシーリング(ceiling)が作り出され、前記シーリングは、流体が、前記交換チャンバから分配帯域へと通過することを可能とする開口部を少なくとも1個備える、混合帯域と;
― 混合帯域の下方に位置し、流体の流れ方向における前記混合帯域の下流に位置する少なくとも1個の分配帯域であって、前記分配帯域は、複数の煙突を保持する分配プレートと、複数の水平パネルとを備え、水平パネルは、交換チャンバのシーリングの開口部の下方に位置し、かつ、分配帯域の分配プレートの煙突の上方或いは煙突上に位置する、分配帯域と、を備える。
本発明の意味合いの中で、混合チャンバは、反応流体とクエンチ流体の混合がもたらされる空間であると理解される。交換チャンバは、混合された反応流体およびクエンチ流体が、少なくとも1個の開口部を介して、流体の分配帯域と直接接触する空間であると理解される。
以下に記載する実施形態は全て、本発明の全般的な開示の一部であり、互いに組合せ可能である。
― 良好な熱効率を有する点、および流体が効果的に、良好に混合される点;
― 交換チャンバ16の開口部31の存在、且つ、交換チャンバ16の開口部31の上方、および分配プレート12の煙突13の上方、或いは分配プレート12の煙突13上に位置する、複数の水平パネル33の存在により、流体が、分配プレート12上に良好に分配される点;
― 混合帯域(B)が分配帯域(C)の中心軸に対してずれていると、装置の下方および/または上方に位置する触媒の充填および/または取出しの作業を行うのが非常にたやすくなる点であり、これは、もはや装置を分解する必要がないためである;
― 本発明による装置により、コンパクト性が著しく向上する点;
ただし、交換チャンバが、水平パネル33上に直接載置されており、水平パネル33自体が、分配プレート12の煙突13上に直接載置されている場合、および/または収集管7および注入手段8が、混合帯域(B)内に位置している場合。
Claims (15)
- 下降流触媒反応器用の流体を混合および分配するための装置であり、前記装置は:
― 少なくとも1個の収集手段(5)を備える少なくとも1個の収集帯域(A)と;
― 前記収集手段(5)によって収集された反応流体を受けることが可能な少なくとも1個の実質上垂直な収集管(7)と、クエンチ流体を注入するために前記収集管(7)内へと開口した少なくとも1個の注入手段(8)と;
― 流体の流れ方向における前記収集管(7)の下流に位置する少なくとも1個の混合帯域(B)であって、前記混合帯域(B)は、長さL1の流体混合チャンバ(15)を少なくとも1個備え、前記混合チャンバ(15)は、前記収集管(7)と連通する第1端部と、前記混合チャンバ(15)の下方に位置する長さL2の流体交換チャンバ(16)と連通する第2端部とを備え、前記交換チャンバ(16)の長さL2は、前記混合チャンバ(15)の長さL1より厳密に長く、このことにより前記交換チャンバ(16)にシーリング(30)が作り出され、前記シーリング(30)は、流体が、前記交換チャンバ(16)から分配帯域(C)へと通過することを可能とする開口部(31)を少なくとも1個備える、混合帯域(B)と;
― 混合帯域(B)の下方に位置し、流体の流れ方向における前記混合帯域(B)の下流に位置する少なくとも1個の分配帯域(C)であって、前記分配帯域(C)は、複数の煙突(13)を保持する分配プレート(12)と、複数の水平パネル(33)とを備え、水平パネル(33)は、交換チャンバ(16)のシーリング(30)の開口部(31)の下方に位置し、かつ、分配帯域(C)の分配プレート(12)の煙突(13)の上方或いは煙突(13)上に位置する、分配帯域(C)と、を備える、装置。 - 混合チャンバ(15)の長さL1と交換チャンバ(16)の長さL2との比は、0.1〜0.9であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 開口部(単数または複数)(31)によって占められる表面積の百分率は、シーリング(30)の全表面積に対して20〜100%であることを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の装置。

- 前記水平パネル(33)は、1〜50mmの距離分、互いに間隔をあけて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記混合帯域(B)は、分配帯域(C)の中心軸に対してずれており、分配帯域(C)は、分配プレート(12)上に2つの帯域(Z1)および(Z2)を形成し、帯域(Z1)の表面積と帯域(Z2)の表面積との関係として定義される比Rは、0〜1(値0および1を含まない)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 混合チャンバ(15)は、底部(23)を備え、底部(23)は、斜角のついた形状を有しかつ混合チャンバ(15)の長手方向軸XX’に対し20〜70°の角度αをなす端部縁部(27)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 注入手段(8)は、前記収集管(7)内へと直接開口するノズルによって補われ、前記ノズルは、前記収集管(7)内へと開口する少なくとも1個のオリフィスを備える管からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記交換チャンバ(16)はまた、その側壁(20)に、流体が前記交換チャンバ(16)から前記分配帯域(C)へと通過するのに適した複数の横通路部(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 装置はまた、少なくとも1個の側方ディフレクター(32)を備え、側方ディフレクター(32)は、少なくとも1個の横通路部(17)に対向する前記分配帯域(C)内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記混合チャンバ(15)と前記交換チャンバ(16)との体積比は、5〜60%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載の流体を混合および分配するための装置を有する中間帯域によって隔てられた少なくとも2個の固定触媒床(2、14)を含むチャンバを有する下降流触媒反応器。
