Dvo-aksijalno orijentirana polipropilenska (BOPP) folija, koja ima debljinu između 10 µm i 120 µm, dobivena pomoću ravnog kalupa za ko-ekstruziju i sekvencijalnim razvlačenjem redom u smjeru obrade (MD) i u smjeru poprečnom na smjer obrade (TD), navedena folija je predviđena s faktorom istezanja 3 do 6, poželjno 4,5 do 5,2, u smjeru obrade (MD) i s faktorom istezanja 7 do 12 u smjeru poprečnom na smjer obrade (TD), i pogodna je za izradu pakiranja, savitljivih pakiranja, laminiranih proizvoda i oznaka, pri čemu folija sadrži barem: - osnovni sloj (12) baziran na polipropilenu, koji ima vanjsku stranu i unutarnju stranu, - vanjski spojni sloj (14) susjedan vanjskoj strani osnovnog sloja (12) i baziran na ili koji sadrži kopolimere olefina koji sadrže polarne komonomere odabrane od vinil acetata, alkil akrilata, alkil metakrilata, akrilne kiseline ili maleinskog anhidrida; - vanjski sloj omotača (16), susjedan vanjskoj strani vanjskog spojnog sloja (14), i baziran na poliamidu, pri čemu navedeni vanjski sloj omotača (16) sadrži smjesu amorfnog poliamida i polu-kristalnog poliamida, navedena smjesa sadrži 25% do 75% (po masi) amorfnog poliamida i 75% do 25% (po masi) polu-kristalnog poliamida.
2. Folija prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što nadalje sadrži unutrašnji sloj omotača (20), suprotni vanjski sloj omotača (16), koji sadrži propilenski homopolimer, kopolimer, ili terpolimer, alfa-olefinske kopolimere koji sadrže komonomere etilena ili propilena, elastomer propilena ili etilena, polietilen, ili njihove smjese.
3. Folija prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačena time što nadalje sadrži unutarnji spojni sloj (18), postavljen između navedenog osnovnog sloja (12) i navedenog unutrašnjeg sloja omotača (20), koji sadrži propilen homopolimer ili kopolimer.
4. Folija prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što nadalje sadrži unutarnji spojni sloj (114) koji sadrži kopolimere olefina koji sadrže polarne komonomere odabrane od vinil acetata, alkil akrilata, alkil metakrilata, akrilne kiseline ili maleinskog anhidrida, susjedan unutrašnjoj strani osnovnog sloja (12), i unutrašnji sloj omotača (116), baziran na poliamidu, susjedan unutrašnjoj strani unutarnjeg spojnog sloja (114), pri čemu navedeni unutrašnji sloj omotača (116) baziran na poliamidu sadrži smjesu od 25% do 75% (po masi) amorfnog poliamida i 75% do 25% (po masi) polu-kristalnog poliamida.
5. Folija prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što sadrži unutarnji spojni sloj (219), susjedan unutrašnjoj strani osnovnog sloja (12), te koji sadrži propilenski kopolimer, ili terpolimer, ili C2 C3 plastomere, ili njihove smjese, i unutrašnji sloj omotača (220), susjedan unutrašnjoj strani unutarnjeg spojnog sloja (219) koji sadrži propilenski homopolimer, kopolimer, ili terpolimer, alfa-olefinske kopolimere koji sadrže komonomere etilena ili propilena, propilen ili etilen elastomer, polietilen, ili njihove smjese.
6. Folija prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačena time što sadrži unutrašnji sloj obloge (322) susjedan unutrašnjoj strani navedenog unutrašnjeg sloja omotača (220) i baziran na alifatskom poliuretanu ili poli aziridinu, ili EVA smoli.
7. Folija prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što sadrži unutarnji spojni sloj (312), susjedan unutrašnjoj strani osnovnog sloja (12), te koji sadrži propilenski homopolimer, i unutrašnji sloj omotača (321), susjedan unutrašnjoj strani unutarnjeg spojnog sloja (312), baziran na smjesi kopolimera polipropilena modificiranih s maleinskim anhidridom.
8. Folija prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačena time što sadrži unutrašnji sloj obloge (322), susjedan unutrašnjoj strani navedenog unutrašnjeg sloja omotača (321) i koji sadrži alifatski poliuretan.
9. Folija kao u bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što navedeni vanjski spojni sloj (14) sadrži kopolimere etilena s polarnim komonomerima odabranim od vinil acetata, metil (met)akrilata, butil (met) akrilata ili akrilne kiseline ili maleinskog anhidrida, ili cijepljene kopolimere bilo kojeg od ovih komonomera s poliolefinima.
10. Folija kao u bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što se navedeni vanjski sloj omotača (16) obrađuje plamenom, koronom, plazmom, ili drugim tehnologijama.
11. Folija kao u bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što je navedeni vanjski sloj omotača (16) obložen metalom, metalnim oksidom, organskim ili anorganskim lakovima, ili njihovom kombinacijom.
12. Folija kao u bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što navedeni osnovni sloj (12) sadrži punila, sredstva za pražnjenje, i/ili tvrde smole, i/ili aditive.
13. Folija kao u bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što navedeni vanjski sloj omotača (16) ima debljinu koja iznosi između oko 0,3 µm i 10 µm.
14. Folija kao u bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu od 1 do 12, naznačena time što navedeni vanjski sloj omotača (16) ima debljinu koja iznosi između oko 0,3 µm i 1 µm.
15. Folija kao u bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što navedena folija ima skupljanje pri 130 °C od manje od 7%, poželjnije manje od 5% u oba smjera, smjeru obrade (MD) i smjeru poprečnom na smjer obrade (TD).
16. Postupak za izradu dvo-aksijalno orijentirane polipropilenske (BOPP) folije koja ima debljinu između 10 µm i 120 µm i prikladna je za izradu pakiranja, savitljivih pakiranja, laminiranih proizvoda i oznaka, koji sadrži sljedeće korake: - prvi korak ko-ekstruzije, pomoću jedinice ravnog kalupa za ko-ekstruziju, da se dobije ko-ekstrudiran među proizvod u obliku folije, - drugi korak istezanja u smjeru obrade (MD) i - treći korak istezanja u smjeru poprečnom na smjer obrade (TD), među proizvoda, da bi se odredila željena dvo-aksijalno orijentirana struktura (BOPP) i definirala konačna debljina svakog od slojeva; pri čemu prvi korak ko-ekstruzije omogućuje ekstrudiranje među proizvoda oblikovanog barem od osnovnog sloja (12) baziranog na polipropilenu i koji ima vanjsku stranu i unutarnju stranu, vanjski spojni sloj (14) susjedan vanjskoj strani osnovnog sloja (12), i baziran na ili koji sadrži kopolimere olefina koji sadrže polarne komonomere odabrane od vinil acetata, alkil akrilata, alkil metakrilata, akrilne kiseline ili maleinskog anhidrida, i vanjski sloj omotača (16), susjedan vanjskoj strani vanjskog spojnog sloja (14), i baziran na poliamidu, pri čemu, za ekstrudiranje navedenog vanjskog sloja omotača (16), omogućuje korištenje smjese amorfnog poliamida i polu-kristalnog poliamida, navedena smjesa sadrži 25% do 75% (po masi) amorfnog poliamida i 75% do 25% (po masi) polu-kristalnog poliamida, i pri čemu navedeni drugi i treći korak istezanja osigurava istezanje među proizvoda za faktor 3 do 6 u smjeru obrade (MD) i nakon toga za faktor 7 do 12 u smjeru poprečnom na smjer obrade (TD).
