Claims (19)

1. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla (4), koji se sastoji u koracima: – osiguravanja tijela spremnika (8), kojeg omeđuje prvi obodni profil (20), – osiguravanja lećastog tijela (24), iznutra, kojeg omeđuje drugi obodni profil (28), a izvana vanjski rub (32), koji odgovara navedenom drugom obodnom profilu (28), – u najmanju ruku djelomičnog uzajamnog povezivanja odgovarajućeg prvog i drugog obodnog profila (20, 28) tijela spremnika (8) i lećastog tijela (24), gdje kontaktna površina između navedenih obodnih profila (20, 28) određuje granicu vara (48), koja se pruža po krivulji koju određuje zakrivljena apscisa (S), – osiguravanja najmanje jednog emitirajućeg laserskog uređaja, koji emitira zraku svjetla ili zračenje s karakterističnim emisijskim spektrom, naznačen time što se sastoji u koracima: – osiguravanja više vlakana (44), koja primaju dijelove laserske zrake iz emitirajućeg laserskog uređaja i usmjeravaju ih prema granici vara (36) kroz lećasto tijelo (24), gdje tijelo spremnika (8) djeluje kao apsorbirajući element prema zraki svjetla, a lećasto tijelo (24) djeluje kao element za transmisiju zrake svjetla, – osiguravanja optičkih uređaja (52), koji mijenjaju rasap dijelova laserskih zraka koje izlaze iz vlakana (44), radi njihovog zajedničkog kolimiranja po najmanje jednoj zadanoj optičkoj osi (X-X), – identificiranja najmanje jednog diskontinuiteta (54) na vanjskom rubu (32) lećastog tijela (24), – usmjeravanja na kritični dio (64) granice vara (36) u najmanju ruku prve laserske zrake (60), koju emitira odgovarajuće vlakno (44), koje leži u optičkoj ravnini (P), koja siječe navedeni kritični dio (64) granice vara (36), – gdje je navedeni kritični dio (64) dio granice vara (36) koji odgovara, tj. poravnan je, u smjeru okomitom u odnosu na navedenu granicu vara (36), s navedenim diskontinuitetom (54), – gdje navedeni diskontinuitet (54) predstavlja promjenu udaljenosti (55) između vanjskog ruba (32) i granice vara (36), gdje optička ravnina (P) identificira orijentacijski kut (α) između 0 i 45 stupnjeva s ravninom (T), tangencijalnom na kritični dio (64) granice vara (36).
2. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla (4) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što optička ravnina (P) identificira orijentacijski kut (α) između 0 i 30 stupnjeva s ravninom (T), tangencijalnom na kritični dio (64).

Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla (4) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što uključuje korak usmjeravanja više "n" laserskih zraka, od kojih svaku raspodjeljuje odgovarajuće vlakno (44), na kritični dio (64) granice vara (36), gdje navedene laserske zrake imaju odgovarajuće optičke osi (X), koje leže u istoj optičkoj ravnini (P), paralelnoj u odnosu na navedeni kritični dio (64).

Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla (4) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što vlakna (44), koja primaju dijelove laserskih zraka, sadrže optičke osi (X), nagnute u odnosu na odgovarajuće optičke ravnine (P) radi kompenziranja loma laserskih zraka do kojeg dolazi prilikom upada laserske zrake u vanjski rub (32) lećastog tijela (24).
8. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sastoji u koracima: – identificiranja najmanje jednog diskontinuiteta (54) ili promjene udaljenosti (55) između vanjskog ruba (32) i granice vara (36), – usmjeravanja u najmanju ruku prve laserske zrake, koju emitira odgovarajuće vlakno (44), na kritični dio (64) granice vara (36), gdje navedeni kritični dio (64) odgovara navedenom diskontinuitetu (54), gdje prva laserska zraka ima odgovarajuću optičku os (X), koja leži u optičkoj ravnini (P), koja siječe navedeni kritični dio (64) granice vara (36), gdje optička ravnina (P) identificira orijentacijski kut (α) između 0 i 45 stupnjeva s ravninom (T), tangencijalnom na kritični dio (64).
9. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što navedeni diskontinuitet (54) sadrži udubljeni dio, koji smanjuje udaljenost između vanjskog ruba (32) lećastog tijela (24) i drugog obodnog profila (28).
10. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla (4) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što navedeni diskontinuitet (54) sadrži ispupčeni dio, koji povećava udaljenost između vanjskog ruba (32) lećastog tijela (24) i drugog obodnog profila (28).
11. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla (4) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, 9 ili 10, naznačen time što navedeni diskontinuitet (54) lećastog tijela (24) određuje promjena kuta linija okomitih u odnosu na površinu ili vanjski rub (32) lećastog tijela (24), koji stvara udaljenost između susjednih ozračenih područja (x1) i (x2) granice vara (36), tako da je, između njih, ozračivanje laserskom zrakom na granici vara (36) manje od 25% od vršne vrijednosti.
12. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla (4) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 11, naznačen time što je u prisutnosti dijelova lećastog tijela (24) bez diskontinuiteta ili promjene udaljenosti između vanjskog ruba (32) lećastog tijela (24) i granica vara (36), uključen korak usmjeravanja najmanje jedne laserske zrake, koju emitira odgovarajuće vlakno (44), na odgovarajući nekritični dio (72) granice vara (36), – gdje navedena laserska zraka ima odgovarajuću optičku os (Y), koja leži u drugoj optičkoj ravnini (Z), koja siječe navedeni nekritični dio (72) granice vara (36), gdje druga optička ravnina (Z) identificira orijentacijski kut (β) između 46 i 90 stupnjeva s ravninom (R), tangencijalnom na nekritični dio (72).
13. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što navedena najmanje jedna laserska zraka ima odgovarajuću optičku os (Y), koja leži u drugoj optičkoj ravnini (Z), uglavnom okomitoj u odnosu na navedeni nekritični dio (72) granice vara (36).
14. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12 ili 13, naznačen time što uključuje korak usmjeravanja para laserskih zraka (68) na nekritični dio (72) granice vara (36), gdje navedene laserske zrake imaju odgovarajuće optičke osi (Y), koje leže u istoj drugoj optičkoj ravnini (Z), koja siječe navedeni nekritični dio (72) granice vara (36), gdje su navedene optičke osi (Y) razmještene simetrično na suprotnim stranama u odnosu na nekritični dio (72) granice vara (36).
15. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 14, naznačen time što uključuje korak usmjeravanja više "n" laserskih zraka, od kojih svaku raspodjeljuje odgovarajuće vlakno (44), na nekritični dio (72) granice vara (36), gdje navedene laserske zrake imaju odgovarajuće optičke osi (Y), koje leže u istoj optičkoj ravnini (Z), paralelnoj u odnosu na navedeni nekritični dio (72) granice vara (36).
16. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni optički uređaji (52), koji mijenjaju rasap laserskih zraka koje izlaze iz vlakana (44) sadrže negativni svjetlovod (76), koji ima izlaz (80) i ulaz (84), gdje je izlaz (80) okrenut prema navedenim vlaknima (44), a ulaz je okrenut prema navedenom lećastom tijelu (24), te par reflektivnih stijenki (88) zrcalno nagnut u odnosu na međuravninu (92), u kojoj leži navedena optička os laserske zrake, radi stjecanja prema lećastom tijelu (24).
17. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time što je ulaz (84) navodećeg svjetla komplementarnog oblika u odnosu na vanjski rub (32) lećastog tijela (24), kako bi imao oblik spregnut s vanjskim rubom (32) lećastog tijela (24).
18. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16 ili 17, naznačen time što navedeni negativni svjetlovod (76) raspodjeljuje lasersko zračenje iz navedenog izlaza (84) prema prostornoj raspodjeli koja ima više dijelova ili režnjeva (Ln), gdje se najmanje jedan režanj L0 pruža po navedenoj optičkoj osi (X), gdje postupak uključuje korak stvaranja najmanje jednog režnja (L0), koji ima stupanj "0", koji siječe na granici vara (36) kroz lećasto tijelo (24), bez refleksija unutar potonjeg.
19. Postupak proizvodnje automobilnog svjetla u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 18, naznačen time što optički uređaj za mijenjanje rasapa laserskih zraka koje izlaze iz vlakna (44) sadrži čvrsto tijelo, tj. pozitivni svjetlovod, pogodan za ispunjavanje uvjeta totalne unutarnje refleksije za najmanje jedan dio laserske zrake, gdje se čvrsto tijelo pruža od izlaza do ulaza, gdje je izlaz okrenut prema navedenim vlaknima, a ulaz je okrenut prema navedenom lećastom tijelu (24), gdje je čvrsto tijelo načinjeno od materijala prozirnog za emisijsku valnu duljinu laserske zrake.
