Claims (15)
1. Spravica (1) za kočenje tereta u padu,
naznačena time, da
sadrži remen (2) i kočioni element (3, 30), te da navedeni remen (2) sadrži:
- prvi kraj (21) koji se može pričvrstiti na točku usidrenja;
- drugi kraj (22) koji se može pričvrstiti na navedeni teret;
- preklopljenu sekciju (23) koja ima prvi dio (23a) navedenog remena (2) reverzibilno spojenu na drugi dio (23b) navedenog remena (2), a navedena preklopljena sekcija (23) daje otpor odvajanju navedenog prvog od drugog dijela (23a, 23b);
- prvu slobodnu sekciju (24), uključenu između navedenog prvog dijela (23a) navedene preklopljene sekcije (23) i navedenog prvog kraja (21);
- drugu slobodnu sekciju (25), uključenu između navedenog drugog dijela (23b) navedene preklopljene sekcije (23) i navedenog drugog kraja (22);
i u čemu navedeni kočioni element (3, 30) uključuje više prolaza za navedeni remen (2), navedenu prvu slobodnu sekciju (24) koja prolazi barem jednim prvim prolazom (3a), navedenu drugu slobodnu sekciju (25) koja prolazi barem jednim drugim prolazom (3b), tako da se navedeni prvi dio (23a), kao posljedica djelovanja vučne sile (FT, FT') veće od vrijednosti praga, na barem jedan od navedena dva kraja (21, 22), odvaja od navedenog drugog dijela (23b) koji prolazi navedenim prvim prolazom (3a), a navedeni drugi dio (23b) prolazi navedenim drugim prolazom (3b).
2. Spravica (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1,
naznačena time, da
navedeni preklopljeni dio (23) uključuje više sektora (231, 232, 233, 234, 235, A, B), u čemu su navedeni dijelovi (23a, 23b) reverzibilno spojeni jedan na drugi, a prvenstveno navedeni sektori (231, 232, 233, 234, 235, A, B) daju otpor odvajanju različito jedan od drugog.
3. Spravica (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2,
naznačena time, da
su navedeni dijelovi (23a, 23b) navedene preklopljene sekcije (23) spojeni jedan na drugi barem jednim šavom (41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 60).
4. Spravica (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 3,
naznačena time, da
su navedeni dijelovi (23a, 23b) spojeni jedan na drugi s više šavova (41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55), a navedeni šavovi (41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55) su različiti jedan od drugog.
5. Spravica (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 3,
naznačena time, da
su navedeni dijelovi (23a, 23b) spojeni jedan s drugim jednim jedinim šavom (60), a navedeni šav (60) ima varijabilni raspored kao funkciju razmaka od navedenog kočionog elementa (3, 30).
6. Spravica (1) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time, da
navedena preklopljena sekcija (23) prolazi navedenim kočionim elementom (3, 30) pomoću međuprolaza (3c) smještenog između barem jednog prvog prolaza (3a) i navedenog barem jednog drugog prolaza (3b).
7. Spravica (1) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time, da
navedeni kočioni element (3, 30) sadrži tijelo (3d) opremljeno navedenim prolazima (3a, 3b, 3c), a navedene slobodne sekcije (24, 25) navedenog remena (2) prolaze navedenim tijelom (3d) naizmjence kroz navedene prolaze.
8. Spravica (1) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time, da
navedena prva slobodna sekcija (24) prolazi određenim brojem prolaza, jednakim broju prolaza kojima prolazi navedena druga slobodna sekcija (25).
9. Spravica (1) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time, da
navedeni kočioni element (3, 30) sadrži izduljeno tijelo (3d) opremljeno prodorima koji definiraju navedene prolaze (3a, 3b).
10. Spravica (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 9,
naznačena time, da
da je debljina navedenog tijela (3d) manja od druge dvije dimenzije navedenog tijela (3d) tako da se definira pločica.
11. Spravica (1) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time, da
navedeno tijelo (3d) ima ravninu simetrije (P1) koja dijeli navedeno tijelo (3d) u dva dijela, a navedeni prvi dio ima barem jedan prvi prolaz (3a), te navedeni drugi dio ima navedeni barem jedan drugi prolaz (3b).
12. Spravica (1) prema patentnim zahtjevima 6 i 11,
naznačena time, da
navedena ravnina simetrije (P1) dijeli navedeni međuprolaz (3c) na polovine.
13. Spravica (1) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time, da
navedeni kočioni element (30) sadrži dvije preklopljene pločice (31, 32) opremljene otvorima (31a, 31b, 31c, 32a, 32b, 32,c) za definiranje navedenih prolaza.
14. Spravica (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 13,
naznačena time, da
je međuelement (33) smješten između navedenih pločica, a navedeni je međuelement (33) sa svoje strane opremljen otvorima (33a, 33b, 33c) za definiranje navedenih prolaza.
15. Spravica (1) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time, da
navedeni remen (2) prolazi navedenim prolazima (3a) pod kutem (α) koji jest između +60 i -60 stupnjeva s obzirom na ravninu (P2) okomitu na bočne plohe (3e, 3f) tijela (3d) kočionog elementa.
