Abstract

Una boquilla inferior (7) para aparatos de combustible (1) para reactores en la cual se equilibra su resistencia estructural y capacidad filtrante con la caída de presión del refrigerante. La boquilla posee múltiples hojas (8) que incluyen, cada una, múltiples miembros proyectantes (14) en un mismo sentido y secciones rectas (16) que empalman miembros proyectantes sucesivos. Las hojas están ensambladas con múltiples conjuntos (9) de nervios superiores (91) e inferiores (92) dispuestos simétricamente entre sí y de manera entrecruzada con las hojas para constituir una estructura de rejilla de modo de sostener y sujetar las hojas contra deformaciones y corrimientos. Para ello, los bordes opuestos de los nervios están provistos de igual cantidad de ranuras (20) que hojas haya y las secciones rectas de éstas presentan hendiduras (15) donde encajan las ranuras de los nervios. Cada miembro proyectante comprende un miembro plano y un abultamiento sobre una cara del miembro plano. La sección recta entre miembros proyectantes garantiza que los esfuerzos pasen por la sección recta en dirección paralela para reducir la solicitación sobre la hoja en la estructura filtrante. Al mismo tiempo, el abultamiento conformado puede dispersar las solicitaciones más aún en dirección vertical en sentido ascendente y descendiente. Los nervios se extienden al área entre las hojas para formar un pasaje (13) que realza su robustez y forma un trayecto de flujo junto con las hojas que filtra materiales extraños.
