Claims (14)
1. Postupak proizvodnje funkcionalnog materijala
koji ima toplinsku vodljivost prema EN (Europski Standard) 12667 od maksimalno 0,10 W/(m*K), nasipnu gustoću veću od 450 kg/m3, tlačnu čvrstoću prema DIN EN (Njemački / Europski Standard) 826 veću od 6 MPa, čvrstoću na savijanje prema DIN EN 12089 veću od 4 MPa, smičnu čvrstoću prema DIN EN 12090 veću od 1 MPa i poprečnu čvrstoću prema DIN EN 12090 veću od 1 MPa,
iz duromernog materijala na bazi PUR tvrde pjene i/ili PIR tvrde pjene, koja je usitnjena i zatim pomiješana sa najmanje jednim veznim materijalom,
te vezivni materijal ima, u ne stvrdnutom stanju, tekuću konzistenciju,
pri čemu se prije primjene temperature i/ili tlaka na duromerni materijal i vezivni materijal, dodaje najmanje jedan aditiv koji poboljšava svojstvo gorenja,
te svojstvo gorenja odgovara barem razredu požarne reakcije C prema DIN EN 13501-1.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1,
naznačen time što duromerni materijal sadrži drobljenu PUR tvrdu pjenu i/ili PIR tvrdu pjenu i usitnjenu fenolnu tvrdu pjenu, koje su vezane pomoću vezivnog materijala.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2,
naznačen time što vlaknasti materijal tvori daljnju komponentu funkcionalnog materijala, koja je pomiješana s duromernim materijalom i/ili vezivnim materijalom i/ili aditivom.
4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što svojstvo gorenja odgovara barem razredu požarne reakcije C prema DIN EN 13501-1 i barem razredu građevinskog materijala B1 prema DIN 4102-1.
5. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što se aditiv miješa s duromernim materijalom i/ili s vezivnim materijalom.
6. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što aditiv tvori maseni udio od najmanje 3 %.
7. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što, s primjenom temperature, aditiv pokazuje intumescentno ponašanje.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 7,
naznačen time što aditiv ima brzinu ekspanzije od najmanje 30 cm3/g.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 7 ili 8,
naznačen time što aditiv ima temperaturu aktivacije od najmanje 90°C.
10. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što aditiv ima udio ugljika.
11. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što je aditiv načinjen na osnovi grafita.
12. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što se aditiv je dodaje prije i/ili nakon i/ili istodobno s uvođenjem vezivnog materijala.
13. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što duromerni materijal sadrži drobljeni funkcionalni materijal.
14. Element toplinske izolacije naznačen time što je dobiven postupkom prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13.
