Claims (15)

1. Pripravak protiv zaleđivanja pogodan za ugrađivanje u bituminozne konglomerate za asfaltiranje puteva, koji sadrži klorid alkalnog metala, karbonat zemnoalkalijskog metala, format alkalnog ili zemnoalkalijskog metala, polisiloksan i izborno klorid zemnoalkalijskog metala, u kojem je polisiloksan sadržan u količini između 0.5 i 2.0% težine u odnosu na ukupnu težinu pripravka.
2. Pripravak protiv zaleđivanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, koji sadrži klorid alkalnog metala i klorid zemnoalkalijskog metala, naznačen time da je navedeni klorid alkalnog metala natrijev klorid i navedeni klorid zemnoalkalijskog metala je kalcijev klorid.
3. Pripravak protiv zaleđivanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je navedeni karbonat zemnoalkalijskog metala kalcijev karbonat.
4. Pripravak protiv zaleđivanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da navedeni format je format alkalnog metala, poželjno natrijev format.
5. Pripravak protiv zaleđivanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, koji se sastoji od slijedećih komponenti, navedenih u težinskim postocima u odnosu na ukupnu težinu pripravka: natrijev klorid 60-84 natrijev format 5-15 kalcijev klorid 5-15 kalcijev karbonat 2-8 polisiloksan 0.5-2.0
6. Pripravak protiv zaleđivanja prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da je navedeni polisiloksan polidimetilsiloksan (dimetikon).
7. Pripravak protiv zaleđivanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da navedeni polidimetilsiloksan ima viskoznost između 300 i 400 mm2/s, poželjno između 325 i 375 mm2/s.
8. Bituminozni pripravak protiv zaleđivanja koji sadrži od 20 do 70% težine pripravka protiv zaleđivanja prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7 i 30 do 80% težine bitumena.
9. Bituminozni pripravak protiv zaleđivanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, koji sadrži od 30 do 60% težine navedenog pripravka protiv zaleđivanja i od 40 do 70% težine bitumena.
10. Bituminozni konglomerat prilagođen da osigura da se led ne stvara na asfaltiranim putevima, koji sadrži agregate, bitumen, materijal za punjenje i od 2 do 6%, poželjno 3 do 5%, težine u odnosu na težinu navedenih agregata, navedenog pripravka protiv zaleđivanja prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 7.
11. Bituminozni konglomerat prilagođen da osigura da se led ne stvara na asfaltiranim putevima, koji sadrži agregate, materijal za punjenje i od 3 do 10%, težine u odnosu na težinu navedenih agregata, navedenog bituminoznog pripravka protiv zaleđivanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 8 ili 9.
12. Postupak proizvodnje bituminoznog konglomerata prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, koji sadrži korak dodavanja, uz miješanje i na temperaturi koja varira od 130°C do 200°C, u smjesu agregata i materijala za punjenje, bitumena i pripravka protiv zaleđivanja prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 7.
13. Postupak proizvodnje bituminoznog konglomerata prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, koji sadrži korak dodavanja, uz miješanje i na temperaturi koja varira od 130°C do 200°C, u smjesu agregata i materijala za punjenje, bituminoznog pripravka protiv zaleđivanja prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 8-9.
14. Postupak proizvodnje pripravka protiv zaleđivanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, koji sadrži korake miješanja navedenog klorida alkalnog metala, navedenog karbonata zemnoalkalijskog metala, navedenog formata alkalnog ili zemnoalkalijskog metala, i izborno navedenog klorida zemnoalkalijskog metala da bi se dobila smjesa u obliku homogenog praha, i dodavanje navedenog polisiloksana u fino podijeljenom obliku u navedenu smjesu u obliku homogenog praha.
15. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da je navedeni korak dodavanja polisiloksana izveden prskanjem polisiloksana uporabom uređaja za prskanje na navedenu smjesu u obliku homogenog praha, dok se homogeni prah održava pod miješanjem u mikseru, poželjno vijčanom mikseru.
