Claims (10)
1. Sklop (10) za bušenje za izradu čistih rupa u ploči (18) zidne ploče koja ima barem jednu površinu sa površinskim papirnim slojem, sklop (10) za bušenje koji uključuje okvir koji ima donji sklop (14) konfiguriran da podrži ploču (18) zidne ploče, ploču (42) na gornjem sklopu (16) okvira koja je u uzajamnom odnosu sa najmanje jednom površinom ploče (18) zidne ploče i najmanje jedan bušač (84);
gdje je sklop (10) za bušenje naznačen:
najmanje jednom čahurom (46) za izdvajanje povezanom sa pločom (42), pri čemu navedena najmanje jedna čahura (46) za izdvajanje uključuje rupu (68) i rub (52) za probijanje;
najmanje jednim bušačem (84) konfiguriranim da se pomiče kroz rupu (68) u najmanje jednoj čahuri (46) za izdvajanje,
gdje u radu, ploča (42) se pomiče prema najmanje jednoj površini ploče (18) zidne ploče tako da rub (52) za probijanje najmanje jedne čahure (46) za izdvajanje dodiruje površinski papirnati sloj i barem djelomično siječe površinski papirnati sloj prije nego što se najmanje jedan bušač (84) pokreće kroz ploču (18) zidne ploče da formira najmanje jednu čistu rupu u ploči (18) zidne ploče.

više čahura (46) za izdvajanje povezanih za ploču (42) na gornjem sklopu (16) okvira, pri čemu svaka od čahura (46) za izdvajanje uključuje rupu (68) i rub (52) za probijanje;
više bušača (84) poravnatih sa odgovarajućim rupama (68,24) u čahurama (46) za izdvajanje i kalupnim čahurama (22), i konfiguriranih za kretanje kroz rupe (68, 24) u čahurama (46) za izdvajanje i kalupnim čahurama (22),
pri čemu u radu, ploča (42) se kreće prema gornjem površinskom papirnom sloju ploče (18) zidne ploče tako da rubovi (52) za probijanje svake od čahura (46) za izdvajanje dodiruju i barem djelomično sijeku gornji površinski papirnati sloj prije nego što se bušači (84) pokreću kroz rupe (68) u čahurama (46) za izdvajanje, ploču (18) zidne ploče i barem djelomično u rupe (24) kalupnih čahura (22) da se redom formira više jasnih rupa u ploči (18) zidne ploče.
10. Sklop (10) za bušenje iz patentnog zahtjeva 9, koji dalje sadrži barem jedan uređaj (86) za pomicanje pričvršćen za gornji okvir (16) sklopa i konfiguriran za pomicanje ploče (42) za izdvajanje prema ploči (18) zidne ploče kada je gornji sklop (16) u kontaktnom položaju.
