本发明涉及织物开孔装置技术领域,尤其是一种低阻钻孔器。其包括底座、钻体和钻头,钻头插接在钻体内,底座安装在钻体的底部,钻头为空心管状,内设圆盘刀片和切片,圆盘刀片通过支架与钻头旋转连接。在空心管状的钻头内安装圆盘刀片和切片,圆盘刀片通过支架旋转连接在钻头的底部,切片为弹性金属片,上端与钻头的内壁齐平,下端压在圆盘刀片的内侧面上,使用时,钻头旋转下压,带动圆盘刀片旋转,在织物上滚动切割,不但阻力小,而且切线平整光滑,切下的碎片被切片从圆盘刀片上剥离,防止粘结在圆盘刀片上影响运行,提高打孔的稳定性。

本发明涉及织物开孔装置技术领域,尤其是一种低阻钻孔器。
背景技术
目前,用于织物类的软体材料的开孔工具结构简单,钻孔时,由于织物的材质特性,直接采用下压打孔不但阻力大,比较费力,而且织物强制受力易褶皱,导致钻孔不平整。
发明内容
为了克服现有的织物开孔装置开孔阻力大,易使织物褶皱,钻孔不平整的不足,本发明提供了一种低阻钻孔器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种低阻钻孔器,包括底座、钻体和钻头,钻头插接在钻体内,底座安装在钻体的底部,钻头为空心管状,内设圆盘刀片和切片,圆盘刀片通过支架与钻头旋转连接。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括圆盘刀片均匀分布在钻头钻壁的底部。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括切片为弹性金属片,上端固定在支架上,与钻头的内壁齐平。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括切片的下端压在圆盘刀片的内侧面上。
本发明的有益效果是,在空心管状的钻头内安装圆盘刀片和切片,圆盘刀片通过支架旋转连接在钻头的底部,切片为弹性金属片,上端与钻头的内壁齐平,下端压在圆盘刀片的内侧面上,使用时,钻头旋转下压,带动圆盘刀片旋转,在织物上滚动切割,不但阻力小,而且切线平整光滑,切下的碎片被切片从圆盘刀片上剥离,防止粘结在圆盘刀片上影响运行,提高打孔的稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种低阻钻孔器,包括底座1、钻体2和钻头3,钻头3插接在钻体2内,底座1安装在钻体2的底部,钻头3为空心管状,内设圆盘刀片4和切片5,圆盘刀片4通过支架6与钻头3旋转连接。圆盘刀片4均匀分布在钻头3钻壁的底部。切片5为弹性金属片,上端固定在支架6上,与钻头3的内壁齐平。切片5的下端压在圆盘刀片4的内侧面上。
在空心管状的钻头3内安装圆盘刀片4和切片5,圆盘刀片4通过支架6旋转连接在钻头3的底部,切片5为弹性金属片,上端与钻头3的内壁齐平,下端压在圆盘刀片4的内侧面上,使用时,钻头3旋转下压,带动圆盘刀片4旋转,在织物上滚动切割,不但阻力小,而且切线平整光滑,切下的碎片被切片5从圆盘刀片4上剥离,防止粘结在圆盘刀片4上影响运行,提高打孔的稳定性。

Claims (4)

1.一种低阻钻孔器,包括底座(1)、钻体(2)和钻头(3),钻头(3)插接在钻体(2)内,底座(1)安装在钻体(2)的底部,其特征是:钻头(3)为空心管状,内设圆盘刀片(4)和切片(5),圆盘刀片(4)通过支架(6)与钻头(3)旋转连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低阻钻孔器,其特征是:圆盘刀片(4)均匀分布在钻头(3)钻壁的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低阻钻孔器,其特征是:切片(5)为弹性金属片,上端固定在支架(6)上,与钻头(3)的内壁齐平。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低阻钻孔器,其特征是:切片(5)的下端压在圆盘刀片(4)的内侧面上。
