Claims (5)
1. Modul (1) solarne ćelije koji sadrži:
- prvi sloj (7) koji ima polja koja imaju fotonaponski sloj (8);
- drugi sloj (5) postavljen iznad i odvojen od prvog sloja (7), pri čemu drugi sloj (5) ima raspored polja koja imaju fotonaponski sloj (4) i otvora (6), u vidu šahovske ploče;
- sloj (2) staklenih leća da koncentrira upadno svijetlo (L) i usmjerava svijetlo (L) prema prvom (7) i drugom sloju (5), gdje je sloj (2) leća postavljen iznad i odvojen od drugog sloja (5), gdje polja koja imaju fotonaponski sloj (8, 4) i od prvog (7) i drugog sloja (5) kao i polja koja imaju barem reflektivni sloj su okrenuta ka sloju (2) leća; i
- treći sloj (10) postavljen između prvog i drugog sloja, poželjno postavljen do drugog sloja, pri čemu treći sloj ima raspored polja (11) koja imaju fotonaponski sloj i otvora, u vidu šahovske ploče, gdje se otvori trećeg sloja (10) podudaraju sa otvorima drugog sloja (5) u pravcu upadnog svijetla (L) i gdje su polja (11) koja imaju fotonaponski sloj trećeg sloja (10) okrenuta prema prvom sloju (7)

prvi sloj (7) ima raspored polja (8) koja imaju fotonaponski sloj i polja (9) koja imaju barem reflektivni sloj, u vidu šahovske ploče i
gdje se otvori (6) drugog sloja (5) podudaraju sa poljima (8) koja imaju fotonaponski sloj prvog sloja (7) u pravcu upadnog svijetla (L).
2. Modul (1) solarne ćelije u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1, gdje polja (9) koja imaju barem reflektivni sloj prvog sloja (7) imaju reljef u obliku dijamanta ili piramide.
3. Modul (1) solarne ćelije u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 2, gdje je reljef u obliku dijamanta ili piramide obložen prethodno istegnutim grafenom i gdje je sloj piezoelektričnog materijala (12) postavljen na prvom sloju (7) na suprotnoj strani reljefa.
4. Modul (1) solarne ćelije u skladu sa bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji dalje sadrži četvrti sloj (13) piroelektričnog materijala koji je postavljen radi provođenja topline u dodiru sa barem prvim slojem (7) i zračnu komoru (14) postavljenu duž piroelektričnog materijala (13), pri čemu je zračna komora (14) osigurana ventilom (15) za smanjenje pritiska.
5. Solarni panel koji sadrži veliki broj modula (1) solarnih ćelija u skladu sa prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, gdje su moduli (1) solarnih ćelija električno raspoređeni u serijama.
