Claims (14)
1. Pritiskujući twist-off® zatvarač namijenjen za posude koje imaju otvor koji treba zatvoriti sa zatvaračem od posude i koje imaju unutarnji promjer od najmanje 3,5 cm, koji sadrži brtveni element bez PVC-a na bazi polimera, navedeni brtveni element je smješten u zatvaraču posude na takav način da, kada je posuda zatvorena, tvori kontaktnu brtvu pri otvaranju posude, a spoj polimera u navedenom zatvaraču je dovoljno tekući kada se zagrijava i nanesen na zatvarač posude u području brtvenog elementa da bi nastao i da bi se mehanički pretvorio u željeni oblik, koji će se zadržati nakon hlađenja,
naznačen time da polimerni spoj ne sadrži više od 10% tekućih sastojaka, posebice bijelog ulja, koji su tekući na temperaturi upotrebe;
pri čemu Shore A tvrdoća spoja polimera je između 40 i 90;
a pri čemu polimerni spoj sadrži kopolimer, koji se s jedne strane zauzvrat sastoji od polietilenskih jedinica, a s druge strane se sastoji od monomera alkena odabranog između propena, butena, heksena i posebno oktena.
2. Zatvarač prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da polimerni spoj ima Shore A tvrdoću od 60-75.
3. Zatvarač prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time da polimerni spoj sadrži ne više od 7%, posebno ne više od 4%, a posebno poželjno ne više od 1% sastojaka, posebice bijelog ulja, koji su tekući na temperaturi upotrebe.
4. Zatvarač prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da je kopolimer proizveden metalocenskim katalizatorima.
5. Zatvarač prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je polimerni spoj napravljen tako da se brtveni element može koristiti u uvjetima pasterizacije (do 98 °C).
6. Zatvarač prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je polimerni spoj napravljen tako da se upotrebljava element za brtvljenje u uvjetima sterilizacije (iznad 98 °C, točnije iznad 121 °C, poželjno pri 132 °C).
7. Zatvarač prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da zatvaranje posude u zatvorenom stanju ima učinak barijere plina i/ili učinak preklopnog ventila.
8. Zatvarač prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da zatvaranje posude u zatvorenom stanju pokazuje zadržavanje vakuuma.
9. Zatvarač prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je polimerni materijal izrađen u granulama i zagrijavan uz pomoć ekstrudera.
10. Zatvarač prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da se tekući polimerni materijal nanosi iz mlaznice u unutrašnjost zatvarača posude.
11. Zatvarač prema zahtjevu 9 ili zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da se primijenjeni polimerni materijal oblikuje pomoću uboda ili slično.
12. Zatvarač prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da zatvarač posude odgovara unutarnjem promjeru otvora posude od najmanje 4 cm.
13. Zatvarač prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se polimerni spoj nanosi iznutra na vaskularni zatvarač od metala.
14. Zatvarač prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da polimerni spoj ima skup kompresije između 30% i 70% u skupu kompresije prema ASTM nakon 22 sata skladištenja pri 70 °C i 25% kompresije.
