Claims (15)

1. Prehrambeni pripravak dobiven od magarećeg mlijeka, naznačen time što sadrži najmanje: 20-50 g proteina, 0.1-25 g lipida, 3.0-20 g ugljikohidrata, 1.4-1.6 g kalcija i 0.9-1.1 g fosfora na 100 g pripravka.
2. Pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što sadrži najmanje 30-45 g proteina, 0.5-21 g lipida, 5-18 g ugljikohidrata, 1.5 g kalcija i 1 g fosfora na 100 g pripravka.
3. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time što sadrži 35 g proteina, 7 g ugljikohidrata, 14 g lipida, 1.5 g kalcija i 1 g fosfora na 100 g pripravka.
4. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je s dodatkom koncentrirane multikomponente dobivene od magarećeg mlijeka.
5. Koncentrirana multikomponenta dobivena od magarećeg mlijeka, koja sadrži najmanje 70-90 g proteina, 0.1-5.0 g lipida, 2.0-10 g ugljikohidrata, 0.0-1.5 g kalcija, 0.0-0.8 g fosfora na 100 g koncentrirane multikomponente.
6. Koncentrirana multikomponenta u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačena time što sadrži najmanje 75-88 g proteina, 0.3-4.8 g lipida, 2.8-8.7 g ugljikohidrata, 0.5-1.2 g kalcija i 0.3-0.65 g fosfora na 100 g koncentrirane multikomponente.
7. Koncentrirana multikomponenta u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 ili 6, naznačena time što sadrži približno 80 g proteina, 6 g ugljikohidrata, ≤ 2 g lipida, 1 g kalcija i 0.4 g fosfora na 100 g koncentrirane multikomponente.
8. Postupak za proizvodnju pripravka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5 ili koncentrirane multikomponente u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5-7, naznačen time što sadrži sljedeće korake: a) zagrijavanje magarećeg mlijeka do temperature između 62°C i 75°C; b) hlađenje magarećeg mlijeka iz koraka a) do temperature između 22°C i 45°C; c) ultrafiltraciju magarećeg mlijeka iz koraka b) na membranama s graničnim vrijednostima molekulske težine između 5KDa i 50KDa, sve dok se ne dobije proizvod s koncentracijom proteina između 20% i 90%; d) zagrijavanje proizvoda iz koraka c) do temperature između 62°C i 75°C; e) omogućavanje ovako dobivenoj kompoziciji ili koncentriranoj multikomponenti da se ohladi, i pakiranje iste.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, gdje je navedeno magareće mlijeko iz koraka a) odabrano od punomasnog magarećeg mlijeka i obranog magarećeg mlijeka.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 8 ili 9, gdje navedeni proizvod iz koraka c) ima koncentraciju proteina u opsegu od 20% do 50%.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 8 ili 9, gdje navedeni proizvod iz koraka c) ima koncentraciju proteina u opsegu od 70% do 90%.
12. Upotreba pripravka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, po izboru s dodatkom koncentrirane multikomponente u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5-7, za prehranu prijevremeno rođenih beba.
13. Upotreba pripravka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, po izboru s dodatkom koncentrirane multikomponente u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5-7, za prehranu slabih i/ili krhkih subjekata i/ili rekonvalescenata i/ili starijih ljudi.
14. Postupak za prehranu prijevremeno rođenih beba, naznačen time što sadrži primjenu kod subjekta pripravka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, po izboru s dodatkom koncentrirane multikomponente u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5-7, rastvorene i/ili razblažene u tekućini.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, pri čemu je navedena tekućina odabrana od humanog mlijeka, magarećeg mlijeka ili mliječne formule.
