Claims (22)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju umjetnih staklenih vlakana (MMVF) koji sadrži:
osiguravanje uređaja za izradu vlakana, pri čemu uređaj za izradu vlakana sadrži:
skup od najmanje četiri rotora koji su montirani radi rotiranja oko različite u osnovi vodoravne osi;
pri čemu svaki rotor ima pogonsku jedinicu;
rotiranje rotora;
pri čemu se prvi rotor okreće rotira kako bi stvorili polje za ubrzanje od 25 do 60 km/s2, drugi rotor
rotira da bi rotira kako bi stvorili polje za ubrzanje od 125 do 250 km /s2, treći rotator rotira da bi rotira kako bi stvorili polje za ubrzanje od 150 do 300 km / s2 i četvrti rotator rotira da bi rotira kako bi stvorili polje za ubrzanje od 225 do 400 km/ s2,
pri čemu je polje ubrzanja zadnjeg rotora od 5 do 15 puta veće od polja ubrzanja
prvog rotora,
osiguravanje mineralne rastaljene tvari; pri čemu rastaljena tvar sadrži slijedeći sastav, izražen prema masi oksida:
Si02u količini od 33 do 45 tež%,
Al2 O3 u količini od 16 do 24 tež.%, \ T
količina K2 0 i / ili Na2 0,
količina CaO i / ili MgO,
pri čemu je omjer količine Al2 O3 u odnosu na količinu Si02 u omjeru 0.34-0.73,
pri čemu je omjer ukupne količine K2 O i Na2 O, ukupne količine CaO i MgO, manji od 1,
izlijevanje rastaljene tvari na periferiju prvog rotora;
pri čemu se rastaljena tvar izljevena na periferiju prvog rotora u sklopu ulijeva na periferiju slijedećih rotora u ciklucu i vlakna se otpuštaju s rotora; i
skupljaju vlakana koja se stvaraju.
2. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što rastaljena tvar sadrži slijedeći sastav, izražen prema masi oksida:
Si02 u količini od 33 do 45 tež%,
Al2 O3 u količini od 16 do 24 tež.%,
Ti02 u količini od 0 do 3 tež.%,
Fe2 O3 u količini od 6 do 11 tež.%,
CaO i MgO u ukupnoj količini od 23 do 33 vt%, i
K2 O i Na2 O u ukupnoj količini od 1 do 6 tež.%.
3. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, što uređaj za izradu vlakana sadrži četiri rotora.
4. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, pri čemu su osi prvog i drugog rotora raspoređene tako da linija koja se vuče od osi prvog rotora do osi drugog rotora pravi kut od 0 do 20º, ispod vodoravne.
5. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, pri čemu je odnos promjera zadnjeg rotora prema promjeru prvog rotora od 1,1:1 do 1,5:1.
6. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, pri čemu prvi rotor ima promjer od 120 do 250 mm, i zadnji rotor ima veći promjer od 180 do 330 mm.
7. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, pri čemu nadalje obuhvaća proizvodnu komoru za izradu vlakana i kolektor za prikupljanje koji ima transporter u dnu komore; skupljanje pregorjelih vlakana kao mreže i njihovo odnošenje iz skupa rotora.
8. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je temperatura površine periferije prvog rotora najmanje 100° C viša od temperature površine periferije četvrtog rotora.
9. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, pri čemu je rastaljeni material postavljen na periferiji prvog rotora na temperaturi od 1450 do 1575 ºC, preporučljivo 1480 do 1550 ºC.
10. Umjetna staklena vlakana (MMVF) formirana od mineralne taline, pri čemu MMVF ima srednju dužinu od 100 do 300 µm, srednji promjer ne više od 2,5µm, i pri čemu je omjer srednje dužine vlakna u odnosu na vlakna srednjeg promjera od 25 do 500.
11. MMVF sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačeno time da MMVF ima spoj koji sadrži slijedeće okside, izraženo eksprimiranom težinom oksida:
Si02 u količini od 33 do 45 tež%,
Al2O3 u količini od 16 do 24 tež.%, \ T
količina K20 i / ili Na20,
količina CaO i / ili MgO,
pri čemu je odnos količine Al2O3 u odnosu na količinu Si02 u omjeru 0.34-0.73, i
pri čemu je odnos ukupne količine K2O i Na2O prema ukupnoj količini CaO i MgO manja od 1.
12. MMVF sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačeno time da MMVF ima spoj koji sadrži slijedeće okside, izraženo eksprimiranom težinom oksida:
Si02 u količini od 33 do 45 tež%,
Al2O3 u količini od 16 do 24 tež.%,
Ti02 u količini od 0 do 3 tež.%,
Fe2O3 u količini od 6 do 11 tež.%,
CaO i MgO u ukupnoj količini od 23 do 33 tež.%, i
K2O i Na2O u ukupnoj količini od 1 do 6 tež.%.
13. MMVF sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačeno time, da sadrži ne više od 30 tež. % promjera većeg od 63 µm.
14. MMVF sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva10 do 13, naznačena time, da sadrži ne više od 3 tež.% promjera većeg od 250 µm.
15. MMVF sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 14, naznačen time što je promjer varijacije promjera vlakna definiran kao 84% kvantilnih minus 16% kvantilnih je manje od 3,8µm, poželjno manje od 3,4µm, najpogodnije manje od 2,4µm.
16. Supstrat umjetnih staklenih vlakana (MMVF supstrat) formiran kao vezana mreža koja sadrži MMVF prema bilo koji od zahtjeva 10 do 15, ili MMVF oblikovan postupkom sukladno bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9 i sušenim vezivom sastava.
17. MMVF supstrat sukladno zahtjevu 16, naznačen time, što MMVF supstrat sadrži 0,5 do 6 tež% veziva.
18. MMVF supstrat sukladno zahtjevu 16 ili 17, naznačen time, što je gustoća MMVF supstrata u rasponu 15 do 250 kg / m3, poželjno u rasponu od 20 kg/m3 do 180 kg/m3, posebno poželjno u rasponu od 60 kg/m3 do 150 kg/m3.

20. Uporaba MMVF supstrata sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 16 do 19, ili MMVF supstrat oblikovan od MMVF dobivenog postupkom sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, kao (a) tehnička izolacija ili (b) za zaštitu od požara u industrijskom ili morskom okolišu.
21. Uporabaa MMVF supstrata sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 16 do 19, ili MMVF supstrat oblikovan od MMVF dobivenog postupkom sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, kao izolacijske ploče za pomorsku industriju, izolacijsku ploču za brodsku konstrukciju, lamelarna izolacijska prostirka za brodsku konstrukciju, mrežaste izolacijske prostirke za brodsku konstrukciju, preformirane izolacijske ljuske za brodsku konstrukciju ili protupožarnu ploču za brodsku konstrukciju.
22. Uporaba MMVF supstrata sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 16 do 19, ili MMVF supstrat oblikovan od MMVF dobivenog postupkom sukladno bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 9, naznačen time, što je kao (a) tehnička izolacija ili (b) zaštita od požara za temperature od najmanje 300 ºC
