Claims (15)
1. Postupak proizvodnje umjetnih staklenih vlakana koji sadrži:
osigurati uređaj za izradu vlakana, pri čemu taj uređaj za izradu vlakana sadrži:
skup od najmanje tri rotora svaki montiranih za rotiranje oko različite pretežno vodoravne osi:
pri čemu svaki rotor ima pogonsku jedinicu;
rotiranje rotora;
pri čemu se prvi rotor rotira kako bi stvorili polje za ubrzanje od 25 do 60 km/s2, i drugi i treći rotor se rotira kako bi stvorili polje ubrzanja od najmanje 125 km/s2,
osiguravajući mineralnu rastaljenu tvar, pri čemu ta mineralna rastaljena tvar ima rastopinu koji ima slijedeći sastav izražen prema masi oksida:
SiO2 u količini od 33 do 45 wt%,
Al2O3 u količini od oko 16 do 24 wt%,
količini od K2O i/ili Na2O, količini od CaO i/ili MgO,
pri čemu je odnos količine Al2O3 prema količini SiO2 u rasponu 0,34-0,73,
pri čemu je omjer ukupne količine K2O i Na2O, do ukupne količine CaO i MgO, manji od 1;
izlijevanje rastaljenog materijala koji se ulijeva na periferiju prvog rotora;
pri čemu je rastaljena tvar ulijevena na periferiju prvog rotora u sklopu ulijevanja na periferiju slijedećih rotora u ciklusu i vlakna se otpuštaju s i rotora; i
skupljaju vlakna koja se formiraju.
2. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu otopina ima sastav koji sadrži slijedeće, izraženo težinom (wt) oksida:
SiO2 u količini od 33 do 45 wt%,
Al2O3 u količini od 16 do 24 wt%,
TiO2 u količini od 0 do 3 wt%,
Fe2O3 u količini od 6 do 11 wt%,
CaO i MgO u ukupnoj količini od 23 do 33 wt%, i
K2O i Na2O u ukupnoj količini od 1 do 6 wt%.
3. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu uređaj za izradu vlakana sadrži četiri rotora.
4. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, pri čemu su osi prvog i drugog rotora raspoređene tako da linija koja se vuče od osi prvog rotora do osi drugog rotora pravi kut od 0 do 20º, ispod vodoravne.
5. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, pri čemu je odnos promjera zadnjeg rotora prema promjeru prvog rotora od 1,1:1 do 1,5:1.
6. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, pri čemu prvi rotor ima promjer od 120 do 250 mm, i zadnji rotor ima veći promjer od 180 do 330 mm.
7. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, pri čemu se zadnji rotor u sklopu rotira da bi se proizvelo polje ubrzanja koje odgovara 5 do 15 puta polju ubrzanja prvog rotora.
8. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, pri čemu drugi i treći rotori i opcionalno četvrti rotor se rotiraju kako bi se stvorilo polje ubrzanja od 125 do 500 km/s2.
9. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, pri čemu drugi rotor i treći rotor i opcionalno četvrti rotor rotiraju kako bi se stvorilo polje ubrzanja od 125 do 400 km/s2.
10. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, nadalje sadrži upotrebu komore za izradu vlakana i jedinice za skupljanje koja sadrži transporter u dnu te komore, prikupljanje puhanih vlakana u obliku tkanine i njihovo uklanjanje iz sklopa rotora.
11. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, pri čemu je površinska temperatura periferije prvog rotora najmanje 100ºC viša od temperature površinske temperature periferije četvrtog rotora.
12. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, pri čemu je rastaljeni material postavljen na periferiji prvog rotora na temperaturi od 1450 do 1575ºC, preporučljivo 1480 do 1550ºC.
13. Uporaba FVA supstrata formiranog iz FVA koji je proizveden postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12 da bi se dobila (a) tehnička izolacija ili (b) zaštita od požara u industrijskom ili pomorskom okruženju.
14. Upotreba FVA supstrata formiranog iz FVA, proizvedenog postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, kao izolacijske ploče za pomorsku industriju, izolacijsku ploču za brodsku konstrukciju, lamelarna izolacijska prostirka za brodsku konstrukciju, mrežaste izolacijske prostirke za brodsku konstrukciju, preformirane izolacijske ljuske za brodsku konstrukciju ili protupožarnu ploču za brodsku konstrukciju.
15. Upotreba supstrata formirana od FVA FVA koje su proizvedene postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, da se dobije (a) tehničke izolacije ili (b), zaštitu od požara, na temperaturi od najmanje 300°C.
