Claims (5)
1. Metoda bezvodne obrade tekstilnih materijala korištenjem superkritičnog fluida, metoda obuhvaćajući kao predobradu postupak čišćenja tekstilnog materijala korištenjem fluida u superkritičnom stanju s prvim pritiskom od 8 – 10 Mpa i prvom temperaturom od 50 – 100ºC, prije postupka bojanja tekstilnog materijala korištenjem fluida u superkritičnom stanju s drugim pritiskom od 20 – 30 Mpa i drugom temperaturom od 70 – 120ºC, dodavanje funkcionalnog materijala tekstilnom materijalu korištenjem fluida u superkritičnom stanju istovremeno s postupkom bojanja tekstilnog materijala, pri čemu je fukcionalan materijal spoj koji obuhvaća fluor ili silicij koji ima vodootporna svojstva, i postupak naknadne obrade ispiranja nefiksiranih boja na tekstilnom materijalu korištenjem fluida u superkritičnom stanju, nakon postupka bojanja tekstilnog materijala korištenjem fluida u superkritičnom stanju, pri čemu je fluid pohranjen u tekućem obliku u spremniku kako bi se mogao reciklirati za svaki postupak predobrade, bojanje i dodavanje funkcionalnog materijala tekstilnom materijalu, i postupak naknadne obrade.
2. Metoda bezvodne obrade tekstilnih materijala korištenjem superkritičnog fluida kao što je navedeno u zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da postupak čišćenja kao predobrada obuhvaća:
tretiranje plinovitog ugljikovog dioksida superkritičnim postupkom čime plinoviti ugljikov dioksid postiže superkritično stanje; provođenje superkritičnog ugljikovog dioksida kroz visokotlačni kotao u kojem se nalazi tekstilni materijal, time ispirući tekstilni materijal i odstranjujući mast s njega; i otpuštanje i odstranjivanje masti od ugljikovog dioksida, i skupljanje ugljikovog dioksida u plinovitom stanju za ponovno korištenje.
3. Metoda bezvodne obrade tekstilnih materijala korištenjem superkritičnog fluida kao što je navedeno u zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da postupak naknadne obrade ispiranja nefiksiranih boja obuhvaća:
tretiranje plinovitog ugljikovog dioksida superkritičnim postupkom čime plinoviti ugljikov dioksid postiže superkritično stanje; provođenje superkritičnog ugljikovog dioksida kroz visokotlačni kotao u kojem se nalazi tekstilni materijal, time perući tekstilni materijal i odstranjujući nefiksirane boje s njega; i otpuštanje i odstranjivanje nefiksiranih boja od ugljikovog dioksida, i skupljanje ugljikovog dioksida u plinovitom stanju za ponovno korištenje.
4. Metoda bezvodne obrade tekstilnih materijala korištenjem superkritičnog fluida kao što je navedeno u zahtjevu 2 ili zahtjevu 3, dalje obuhvaćajući korak dodavanja organskog otapala u visokotlačnom kotlu unaprijed u postupku čišćenja kao predobrade i postupku naknadne obrade ispiranja nefiksiranih boja, pri čemu je dodano organsko otapalo u iznosu od 0,1 – 10% masenog udjela tekstilnog materijala.
5. Metoda bezvodne obrade tekstilnih materijala korištenjem superkritičnog fluida kao što je navedeno u zahtjevu 1, dalje obuhvaćajući korak:
dodavanja funkcionalnog materijala u posudu za bojanje koja sadrži materijal za bojanje, provođenje superkritičnog ugljikovog dioksida u posudu za bojanje kako bi otopio materijal za bojanje i funkcionalan materijal; i provođenje superkritičnog ugljikovog dioksida s otopljenim materijalom za bojanje i funkcionalnim materijalom kroz visokotlačni kotao u kojem se nalazi tekstilni materijal, time time izvodeći sedimentiranje materijala za bojanje i funkcionalnog materijala na tekstilni materijal
