Claims (12)
1. Postupak za pročišćavanje ispušnih plinova, u kojem postupku se ispušni plin uvodi u reaktor (3) s fluidiziranim slojem zajedno sa sorbentom, nakon čega se u sistemu (7) za filtriranje odvajaju čvrste čestice, nakon čega se sorbent vraća nazad do 99% u reaktor (3) s fluidiziranim slojem,
gdje
• plin rotira oko osi protoka u reaktoru (3) s fluidiziranim slojem, gdje se rotacijsko kretanje plina postiže elementima postavljenim u mlaznicama (2) koje su smještene u područje reaktora (3) sa fluidiziranim slojem u kojem se vrši ubrizgavanje plina i sorbenta, i
• kisele komponente ispušnog plina u proširenom takozvanom cirkulacijskom fluidiziranom sloju reagiraju s čvrstim proizvodima reakcije koji zajedno s čvrstim česticama sadržanim u izvornom plinu, kao što je na primjer pepeo, i sorbentom oblikuju prošireni fluidizirani sloj, i
• mlaznice (2) predstavljaju višestruke mlaznice i gdje su elementi u višestrukim mlaznicama krilca (11) za usmjeravanje, i
• je brzina plina u reaktoru (3) sa fluidiziranim slojem u odnosu na prazan reaktor od 2 m/s do 10 m/s, i
• je prosječno vrijeme boravka čvrstih čestica od 15 minuta do 200 minuta, i
• je postavljeno prosječno punjenje čvrstih čestica od 1 kg/m3 do 10 kg/m3.
2. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što se rotacijsko kretanje plina dodatno proizvodi nagibom mlaznica (2) i/ili oblikom linije za dopremanje u samom području za ubrizgavanje plina i sorbenta.
3. Postupak prema jednom od Zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time, što se sorbent uvodi u reaktor (7) sa fluidiziranim slojem ispod višestrukih mlaznica (2), što se čestice koje su reciklirane u separatoru (7) čvrstih čestica uvode ispod ili iznad višestrukih mlaznica (2), i što se voda uvodi iznad višestrukih mlaznica (2).
4. Postupak prema jednom od Zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, što reaktor (3) s fluidiziranim slojem radi na temperaturi od 5°C do 30°C iznad granične temperature hlađenja čvrstih čestica koje su prisutne u reaktoru (3) s fluidiziranim slojem, pri čemu se optimalna temperatura reakcije podešava ubrizgavanjem vode.
5. Postupak prema jednom od Zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, što se od 20% do 99% čvrstih čestica koje su odvojene u filteru vraća nazad u reaktor (3) s fluidiziranim slojem.
6. Postupak prema jednom od Zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, što je prosječno vrijeme boravka čvrstih čestica prilikom jednokratnog prolaza kroz reaktor (3) s fluidiziranim slojem između 5 sekundi i 60 sekundi, i/ili je minimalno vrijeme boravka u apsorberu (7) 2 sekunde.
7. Postupak prema jednom od Zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, što sorbent u čvrstom stanju posjeduje promjer čestica d50 od 1 µm do 20 µm.
8. Postupak prema jednom od Zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, što se od 0% do 100% pročišćenog plina vraća u dovod za izvorni plin.
9. Uređaj za izvođenje postupka prema jednom od Zahtjeva 1 do 8 namijenjen za čišćenje ispušnih plinova u reaktoru (3) sa fluidiziranim slojem, u kojem se mješavina plina i čvrstih čestica po prolasku kroz reaktor (3) s fluidiziranim slojem preko linije (8) prosljeđuje u sistem za filtriranje sa separatorom (7) čvrstih čestica gdje se plin otprašuje, čvrste čestice se vraćaju u reaktor (3) s fluidiziranim slojem kroz liniju (6), otprašeni i pročišćeni plin napušta filter (7) kroz liniju (9) a proizvod reakcije se otpušta kroz drugu liniju (12),
gdje
je područje reaktora (3) s fluidiziranim slojem u koji se ubrizgavaju plin i sorbent opremljeno na takav način da se izvorni plin može dovesti u rotacijsko kretanje oko osi protoka u reaktoru (3) s fluidiziranim slojem, gdje su radi generiranja rotacijskog kretanja u području reaktora (3) s fluidiziranim slojem u kojem se ubrizgavaju plin i sorbenti omogućene mlaznice (2) s unutarnjim elementima i gdje su mlaznice (2) višestruke mlaznice i gdje su elementi u višestrukim mlaznicama krilca (11) za usmjeravanje.
10. Uređaj prema Zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, što se rotacijsko kretanje plina dodatno generira nagibom mlaznica (2) i/ili dizajnom linije za dopremanje u samom području za ubrizgavanje plina i sorbenta.
11. Uređaj prema jednom od Zahtjeva 9 ili 10, naznačen time, što su mlaznice (2) Venturijeve mlaznice.
12. Uređaj prema jednom od Zahtjeva 9 do 11, naznačen time, što kada u mlaznici (2) postoji veći broj krilaca (11) za usmjeravanje, krilca su poravnana na takav način da se plin dovodi u stanje uniformne rotacije.
