Claims (9)
1. Postupak oksidiranja i naknadnog reduciranja u najmanju ruku djelomično oksidirane pune struje, naznačen time što obuhvaća korake:
osiguravanje jedinice za oksidiranje (2) i uvođenja sredstva za rasplinjavanje radi u najmanju ruku djelomičnog oksidiranja pune struje koja sadrži čvrste, tekuće i plinovite materijale, tako da se puna struja pneumatski transportira do izlaza za materijal jedinice za oksidiranje (2),
osiguravanje uglavnom okomito orijentirane jedinice za reduciranje (3), gdje je izlaz za materijal jedinice za oksidiranje (2) povezan s jedinicom za reduciranje (3), tako da materijal iz jedinice za oksidiranje (2) završi u jedinici za reduciranje (3), gdje se poprečni presjek jedinice za reduciranje sužava prema izlaznom otvoru jedinice za oksidiranje (2),
gdje se brzina protoka pune struje u jedinici za reduciranje (3) prilagođava materijalu pune struje i obliku poprečnog presjeka toka jedinice za reduciranje, tako da se stabilni sloj koji se drži u suspenziji formira u jedinici za reduciranje (3).
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se transportni vijci nalaze takvoj razini da će se gornji rub sloja koji se drži u suspenziji uvijek uklanjati počevši od specifične, po mogućnosti podesive, njegove razine, gdje se položaj gornjeg ruba sloja koji se drži u suspenziji može definirati.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je stabilni sloj koji se drži u suspenziji prisutan u jedinici za reduciranje (3) bez upotrebe bilo kakvih ugrađenih mehaničkih elemenata, poput rešetki i/ili dodatnog materijala za sloj, poput kremenog pijeska.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se poprečni presjek toka kontinuirano povećava prema izlazu jedinice za reduciranje (3), po mogućnosti kao kod trube.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se nagib unutarnje stijenke na ulaznom kraju jedinice za reduciranje (3) razlikuje od nagiba unutarnje stijenke na izlaznom kraju jedinice za reduciranje (3), gdje unutarnja stijenka po mogućnosti ima veći nagib na ulaznom kraju nego na izlaznom kraju.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se nagib unutarnjih stijenki mijenja kontinuirano i/ili diskontinuirano, od ulaznog kraja do izlaznog kraja.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što jedinica za reduciranje (3) sadrži preljev (32) za ispuštanje čvrstih, tekućih ili plinovitih tvari.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što je preljev (32) smješten oko jedinice za reduciranje (3), te ima najmanje jednu cijev za ispuštanje koja vodi prema dolje, gdje se materijal ispušta gravimetrijski.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7 ili 8, naznačen time što preljev (32) po mogućnosti sadrži sustav za mehaničko ispuštanje (33).
